En vedette sur HGTV en 2008. Cette Maison Sud est situé dans le nord-Heights à Albuquerque, Nouveau-Mexique. (Soyez sûr de voir la vidéo de YouTube sur le lien ci-dessous la liste) Il est un coin de rue avec un accès facile à la I-40. Il se trouve à quelques pas de divers parcs, sentiers, théâtres Cinema IMAX et à proximité de tous les magasins du quartier d'Up Town, récemment rénové. À proximité: les centres commerciaux Winrock et Coronado. (Barre d'éléphants, BJ's, Locos Ojos, Face nord, Dave et Busters, Trader Joe's, Cible, Marché de producteurs, Jasons Deli, Gardunos, Gengis Grill, BJs, Bar et Grill, CPK, Bucca De Pepo, Red Robin, Krung Thai, et beaucoup plus...) La maison dispose de 2 terrasses en bois avec ombrage de style pergola sur le devant et le dos. Il est également l'une des rares maisons avec garage 2 voitures dans la région. Il a réfrigéré AC et un foyer au bois pour l'hiver. Laveuse et sécheuse inclus. La maison est entièrement meublée avec de nombreuses touches personnelles pour profiter pleinement des vacances ou un voyage d'affaires. Toutes les commodités pour se détendre comme vous le feriez à la maison. Cette maison est parfaite pour les professionnels qui travaillent avec le Wi-Fi fourni, la Smart TV, les bureaux et le système de sécurité pour la surveillance extérieure. La plupart des meubles dans la maison sont restaurés ou fabriqués à la main à partir de zéro. Compte tenu de ses nombreux meubles sur mesure personnelle et ambiance générale, il est un très confortable, agréable mélange de contemporain / sud-ouest Adobe sentir. En outre, il est un quartier calme avec des voisins amicaux et les propriétaires de distance de marche.

The home is well appointed with amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to activities, shops and the freeway. It was the perfect home away from home.

This was a mother/daughter/grand dog trip to New Mexico. This home is beautiful and comfortable with a nice, enclosed backyard for the dog. The neighborhood is quiet and appears to be family oriented. We went on several walks to nearby parks and always felt comfortable. We chose this home knowing that it was 20 minutes away from Old Town and other areas we wanted to visit. We found traffic to be light and the drive easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others for an outstanding vacation.

Stay was fine. But we had no idea how to operate the 4 tv's and the computer and printer. There were only 2 butter knives; coffee pot strainer was dirty when we arrived. Front screen door handle kept falling off. But, we still had a good time; the house was certainly adequate for our week stay. Thank you.

This property felt like a home-away-from-home. Spacious and well set up with all the amenities we needed. Loved the outside space as well. It’s hard to feel safe in ABQ but this location is tucked into a neighborhood and we were very comfortable with the location.

The house was clean, comfortable and well kept. The area of its location is not a good part of town unfortunately. The host was wonderful and the house was quaint.

We had an amazing stay this past weekend at this property, and let me tell you, it delivered! We were in town for a wedding and couldn't have asked for a more perfect rental for our group. Everything we needed was available, and the hosts were more than gracious! Thanks again!

The house was clean and very pretty. It was very spacious and a welcoming feeling when going into the home. I was very comfortable staying in this home and they were very helpful and would reply back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend and will be my go to place when I’m in Albq.

We really loved our stay. We had a bad experience with another rental property company and we were leary of trying another. We had a great stay and got to relax while celebrating graduation. The location put us within 10-15 mins of everywhere we needed to be!

We came down from Colorado to spend time with our son and his girlfriend for a long weekend. Had a great time! The home was just as described! Homey, warm and inviting, so comfortable! We would definitely reserve it again when we come back down! Thank you for helping us have a great weekend!

It was easy to check in and out.
House was tidy but dirty. It needs a deep cleaning. I had to clean showers and dishes before using them. Dishes had sticky stuff and grime on them, bathroom floors and showers felt grimy, you can see the thick grime on floor boards and window seals. You would think people haven't been there for a long time based on all the dust on grime. Just grossness, felt like a dirty hotel not a home.

This home is in a great location in Albuquerque. We went for a cornhole tournament & we're only 6 mins away from the event. The weather was beautiful, the home was beautiful. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Every roomy, very clean, the communication with the owner was great.

Lovely homeowners, but needs an exterminator
Lovely owners. Such a cute couple. I thought it might be weird with them being next door, but they give you your space.
The house, neighborhood are quiet though near a busy street. Multiple safety items in place to keep you safe.
They do accept dogs which was an unknown benefit! There is a small yard in the back and a fenced in yard.
I was disappointed with the bug situation We had ants and those large “ water bug” roach s. After about a week, we let them know this was a real problem. They immediately came over and sprayed and cleaned behind the fridge.
This took care of my he ants- but those roaches were another problem . We would see 1-2/day— I became very anxious about them. Even the dogs became experts out of sniffing them out.
We also had a problem with the dryer working. Again, landlords came over , cheerfully.. if we were lucky, it worked once. We had to wash clothes at first he house: then, dry clothes at a laundromat.

We were in town for a conference and there were five adults who stayed at the house. It has plenty of space and allowed for a relaxing evening. Plus it has easy access to multiple businesses. The owners were quick to respond to questions and eager to accommodate our needs.
