Ceci est une copropriété de luxe à Villa La Estanci. Situé sur la plage de Medano, la seule plage de baignade sûre de la région. Villa La Estancia est exploité comme un complexe d'appartements cinq étoiles. Tous les avantages d'une station avec le luxe d'une maison privée.
La villa a trois chambres et quatre salles de bain complètes et le mobilier a été mis à jour. Les chambres sont toutes immenses et tous les lits sont des lits king size. Les bains sont tous en marbre avec des comptoirs en granit. Deux des salles de bains ont de grands bains à remous. Il y a aussi une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils, une barre de petit déjeuner et une buanderie avec laveuse, sécheuse et évier. Il y a une belle vue sur l'océan depuis la villa et depuis l'immense balcon. Le balcon a des ventilateurs de plafond et une barre humide avec réfrigérateur et un gril à gaz.

Ce complexe est adjacent aux complexes Villa del Palmar et Villa del Arco et les clients de Villa La Estancia sont invités à utiliser les commodités de ces complexes, notamment le supermarché à service complet, le magasin de vidéos et l'épicerie fine. Les deux autres stations ont également un centre d'activités pour enfants qui est à la disposition de nos clients.

This room is amazing! My friends and I (6 of us total) comfortably stayed here on our vacation to celebrate all of us turning 40 this year. I can’t say enough about how great the location of this room is. It’s on the first floor, steps away from the pool, hot tub and beach. Easy to save chairs in the morning right outside your room and convenient to step back into the room to make a drink or grab a snack. A short walk on the beach brings you to some great lunch spots, beach activities and massages on the beach. The space is basically like three separate hotel rooms plus a common area with living room, dining room and kitchen. John’s communication was timely and very helpful. We used his local personal contacts to arrange or airport transfers and to do a grocery run for us to have food and drinks in the room. The resort is very nice, clean and staff was very friendly. I couldn’t recommend this place more for all types of travelers, families, couples and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa and appreciate the extra help with arranging transportation and grocery shopping. The Villa is perfectly located on the ground for pool and beach access (beach access is next door though and a short walk) The beds are comfy and it easily accommodated our group of six friends who traveled in to celebrate birthdays. We also appreciated the margaritas and homemade guacamole! Thank you Johana!

We have been to Cabo many times, but this was our first time staying here. This was one of the most amazing times that we have had as a family. The location is perfect. The Villa is perfect. The resort is perfect and the people were awesome. We had absolutely no issues. The Villa was clean and beautiful. No complaints. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

The location of this unit was spectacular. Access to pool or ocean are just steps away!! Decor could use some upgrading.

The view and location were totally amazing. Our landlord was so responsive and helpful.. it was great if you have kids because it was the bottom floor and there’s grass outside for the kids to play and then go over to the pool as well as play on the beach, I would totally recommend this villa.

We had an amazing time! This villa was perfect for our Mom/Daughter group. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the pool! Quick cab ride (5 min) into town for restaurants and shopping. Staff was very attentive. We had our groceries delivered on arrival. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location and Very Beautiful!
La Estancia was the perfect getaway for a friend vacation. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious, clean and the staff were very nice. John was great to communicate with and very responsive.
The check-in process is very lengthy and there is very little wiggle room of you arrive early. We got to the resort around 3pm and were told we could not go to the room until 4pm. There was a maintenance issue that was being worked on, but we thought the room should have been ready, not a huge deal though. There were 6 of us in total and each person had to sign something twice and give a lot of information. The check-in process took about 30 minutes which seems a but long.
Due to the COVID test requirement to travel back, the resort provides on-site testing at their sister property next door which was very convenient and quick.
Oscar was lovely and came to our room to make margaritas and provides chips, guac and salsa. We saw him around a few times and he was great to talk to.
It was also very easy to get taxis from the bellman and they were very quick to arrive. We always felt very safe. The food at the resort is also good!
Would definitely recommend this VRBO and John to any guest that wants to stay at LA Estancia!

Top Notch Unit at Estancia
This is our 6th trip to Cabo where we've stayed at Estancia and this is by far the best unit we've stayed in. Hearing the waves from the bedroom or porch is incredible and while it's close to the pool (convenient) you don't feel like the pool lounge chairs are in your "front yard". John (the owner) is great to communicate with and Ernesto (who we met back when he worked at Estancia) is fantastic as well. We'll be back!

This is the Way to Enjoy Cabo!
This is a luxurious 3 bedroom condo. The condo itself is gorgeous, the owner was so easy to work with, the location of the condo on the property can't be beat and the overall experience is always excellent. We stay at Villa La Estancia every year and have been using Johns 3 bedroom unit for the past several years and it is always wonderful. He is a great owner that makes everything easy for me and my friends or my family. In addition the onsite managers John has working with him. Estancia always offers the best of vacations.

Villa La Estancia 1101 is one of the prime locations in all of Cabo San Lucas.
We have been coming to Cabo and staying at VLE for 10 years. 1101 is a great location for a large gathering of friends or family. The owner is easy to work with, the dedicated concierge is helpful, friendly makes great guacamole and margaritas. The room is in a great location with access to the pool and beach. The VLE staff are always friendly. Looking forward to 10 more years.

Everything about this home from the booking and check-in process to the poolside patio, sunrise / sunset views and perfectly kept decor work to make this a phenomenal vacation home. Our two families enjoyed it tremendously and will certainly be back. Thank you again!

Beautiful villa and amazing location + amenities!
John's villa is by far the best one at La Estancia! Amazing location, basically on the water, and literally steps to the pool. The staff were wonderful, we were greeted with drinks and chips + guacamole, and also utilized John's personal concierge to book a chef one day, as well as table reservations at a club in downtown Cabo one night. 10 of us stayed very comfortably, and probably could have easily squeezed a few more in!
The only minor issue we had while we were there is that a curtain rod seemed to be broken and fell down a couple of times when we or housekeeping opened/closed the curtains...but the staff at La Estancia were very helpful and put it back up easily for us.
I would definitely recommend this villa and I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful time
This is truly the best location at Villa La Estancia. I have stayed at Villa La Estancia several times and this location is tops. Its ease of access to the pool and back to the villa is unlike no other and its layout with 5 king sized beds provides superior sleeping arrangements like no other I have had at this location. The villa is right on the beach and views are fabulous. The owner provides a wealth of information on places to eat, transportation services and places to visit in Cabo along with on site managers dedicated this villa to resolve any issues. They even provided welcome drinks with guacamole and chips. The villa is beautifully appointed and has everything you will need for your stay. Villa La Estancia is a 5 star resort with exceptional service. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Villa La Estancia and Villa 1101. Date of Stay January 26 to February 1.

Wonderful Vacation
Our stay at Villa La Estancia was just great. Our villa was the best location on site and the owner was a pleasure to work with. He provided guidance on all aspects of our trip and his onsite manager provided everything we needed including welcome drinks, chips and dip. The villa is appointed just as the pictures show. The resort staff at Villa La Estancia all provided excellent service. We will return to this resort and this villa again.
