Shorewood 430 - Stunning Oceanview 4th Floor Condo

Shorewood is a great place to stay. This condo is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with items you’ll need.
The only problem we had was the elevator broke on our last night and we had to carry everything down four flights. That was rough!

We had a wonderful family vacation on HHI! The condo was MAGNIFICENT! Condo was exactly as pictured, newly updated, well stocked and super clean! Property is located right near the beach, gated and within walking distance to Coligny Shopping Plaza! Highly Recommend! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

This was our second stay in 430. Just like the first time, the condo was clean and well maintained. The dining room table and chairs, couch and chairs had been changed. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all one needs to cook and more. The bed was comfortable, which is a big plus. Sitting on the balcony reading, drinking coffee, talking makes for a relaxing time. The ac did quit was was fixed in a reasonable time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to others. We have rented thru Seashore many years, without any problem.

Unit 430 is a beautiful condo with all the updates you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom showers are so nice, and the balcony is spacious. If you have the opportunity, definitely rent this unit. You will not be disappointed

When we arrived to our fourth floor condo the elevator was broken. We had to carry all of our luggage plus a toddler plus groceries up 9 flights of stairs. It was brutal and wore us out. Had we been in bad shape or older there is no way we could have even did it. The next day I contacted the management after hearing from another guest that the elevator had been down for a month. They told us that it would be fixed as soon as a part came in. The entire 7 day stay we had to go up and down 9 flights of stairs with our stuff. Had we been warned beforehand we would have booked a ground unit or stayed somewhere else. When it is 85 degrees, carrying a toddler up and down stairs is not ideal. It was extremely aggravating. Also, the condo bathrooms need a good cleaning. The showers were disgusting with mildew.

Great condo with lots of room to spread out. The proximity to Coligny Beach and the balcony are 2 big reasons we loved it here. The only downside was the elevator was broken the whole time and going up 4 flights of stairs every time we left was brutal.

We loved the layout of the condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated nicely. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Lots of seating in the family room, and the dining table and barstools add to that. The patio was spacious and had a very nice view, fitting of the name of the condo. Our only concern was the grout in the showers could be cleaned better as well as the bathroom AC vents, which had lots of dust and some mildew.

Clean and updated villa. Great location only steps from Coligny Beach amenities. Check in process is a bit prehistoric as the days of having to check in at a remote office to gain access to your condo are over! Or at least they should be. Other than that great condo great pool and one level beach access which is great for those lugging kids gear and wagons!!!

This property was absolutely perfect for a family getaway. The pool and easy access to beach were both ideal for fun filled days! The property was very clean and well maintained with a very well stocked kitchen.

We absolutely loved out stay at Shorewood Villas 430. Everything was as described. Pictures did not do this place justice! Plenty of space to spread out at the end of the day and amazing view from the balcony! Easy walk to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back! :) Thank you for the hospitality!!!!!

The condo is located in close proximity to Coligny Circle. We were able to walk to restaurants close by. Loved the view of the ocean from balcony. Condo has been nicely updated. Shorewood complex is well maintained. We loved having elevators and not having to lug heavy luggage upstairs. We would stay here again.

Wonderful accomodation
The condo was delightful. It was very clean, well decorated and it is in central location.
No complaints at all with the condo. Only frustration was that there were not more umbrellas at the pool. In the extreme heat, it is almost unbearable to enjoy the pool when there is no relief from the sun. The pool was quite nice, just additional umbrellas were needed.

Spring getaway
We enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head. The rooms were spacious and it was a beautiful condo. The property is in a great location and the beach access was wonderful.

One tip we have is to skip Harbor Town & go to the quaint little “Hallmark” Town of Bluffton. Shops are charming.

Amazing condo!
If you're looking for a modern, clean and perfectly located condo on the beach look no further. This condo was amazing. It truly feels like a home and not just a rental property. The owners really have thought of every detail and are very informative on how to use everything from turning on the TV to using the washer and dryer.
The condo was very clean when we arrived. The communication from the property management company leading up to our arrival was fantastic. They even met us at the rental office even though it was after hours and were very informative.
The pool on site was great and the access to the beach was perfect.
I can't say enough things about this property except to say we are already planning our trip back next year. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVED Our Stay!
This property was just as it was advertised. It was perfect for my wife and 16 year old son. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The Seashore Staff (particularly Cissy and Buddy) was outstanding! The location of the property can’t be beat; we had quick access to the pool area, as well as the beach. And Coligny Plaza and Beach Park were just a short walk away. We would most definitely stay here again!

You'll want to come back!
Great condo on a great property in an unbeatable location! The condo is updated with nice finishes. The combination of ocean view, beach access, heated pool in November (not sure if year-round), and easy walk into Coligny make this a condo we'd love to stay at again! The property management was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. The only drawback was the floors weren't as clean as we'd expect. That said, they weren't terrible and there was a vacuum in the closet (on a positive note - the closet also had a couple beach chairs and a tub of beach toys!). Would definitely recommend staying here.
