My family had a great 2-week stay and enjoyed quick access to the beach. The beach and ocean view from the deck were amazing, too. This place has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to cable TV and a Keurig. Walking distance to several restaurants including Crabby Bill’s. Loved it!

Very nice condo with an amazing view! Conveniently located to many great restaurants and just steps to the beautiful beach! Alex was readily available to answer questions and made some great shopping/dining recommendations. We hated to see our relaxing week come to an end.

Great location, cozy setting.

This condo is located perfect between the ocean and intercostal. Supplied with everything you need, except food! But, do a walk through before grocery shopping as there are many items available. Great supply of beach towels. Alex was very responsive prior to and during our stay when we had questions. We had a great week!

We have stayed in this condo probably a half dozen times. It’s always in great condition, is super convenient to to area and amenities. It’s much quieter than Clearwater Beach, although traffic congestion Is catching up .The only problem, most likely something the owner has no control over, is poor water pressure.

Absolutely a great condo to stay at. Alex the owner always responds quickly. Have never stayed anywhere that was so stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation, from beach chairs to sunscreen and much more. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as described, check-in process was seamless, the place is clean, and best of all, the location is perfect! The balcony was so perfect for watching sunsets, it was a very quiet location, even though it is on Gulf Boulevard. So many great places to dine nearby, we considered not renting a car, but did end up getting one, mainly because of other places we wanted to be able to drive ourselves to. There is also the trolley that runs back and forth between Clearwater & St. Pete Beach. Indian Rocks Beach will always be our favorite, a very laid back beach. The condo is nicely furnished, my husband & I each had our own bathroom, that was great! A great place to stay, and enjoy the beach!

The property was awesome. The view even better . I would recommend this condo it offered everything you could want for staying in, or going to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs to the table and sofa on the balcony. Also walking distance to restaurants.

It was very good.

Clean, comfortable , 50 yards or so to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture snd beds. It could use another lamp or two in the living room. Only downer is not the fault of ghe owner.... water pressure is low, shock I would guess is a problem of design. Will stay again we hope,

As soon as we opened the door to the condo we were amazed with the view. We believe it's the best this complex has to offer. It was just myself and my husband and there was more than enough room in this unit. We walked the beach every morning and spent the days doing exactly what we were on vacation to do....nothing!!.... but sitting on the beach enjoying a good book. We made use of the full kitchen, having a quick breakfast and making lunch to take to the beach everyday. We tried several restaurants for dinner, all within walking distance. There are plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs and a cooler for the beach. There are some kitchen staples that really helped keep the shopping list down...coffee, filters, cooking oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, a variety of spices. We purchased and left for others to use...sugar, ketchup, mayo, mustard. It was very handy to have use of a washer and dryer. No more salty, wet swimsuits to pack and didn't have a suitcase full of dirty laundry to do when we arrived home.We rented a car for the week and put just over 100 miles on it. Driving from Tampa Airport and back again and one day- trip to Clearwater, about 10 miles away. Alex is a wonderful host who is very quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again or recommend it to family and friends.

We had a fabulous time staying at this property and would definitely stay again! The view is amazing, the condo is very clean and there is tons of room for a family of 5!

Wonderful Condo in the perfect location. Alex the owner was very responsive and made our stay hassle free.

The view of the gulf was excellent and it was a very short walk to the beach. The parking was on site. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance! To make the stay better, there were a couple of things that could be updated, which i mentioned to the condo owner.

Everything was nice, beach view,beach chairs, toys, towels. Close walk to some great restaurants. It couldve use a good dusting, but nothing bad. My 16yr old didnt care for sunroof in 2nd Bedroom. We will probably stay again!

Condo was perfect for long family vacation. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels. Fantastic view and access to the beach.

We stayed here last year and the whole family loved it so much we decided to stay again this year. IRB is truly a beautiful beach and we love the area. The beach is never crowded and everything is so close. We always find the most amazing treasures when we are snorkeling out in the beautiful ocean. We also really love this condo. It is always so clean and very well stocked. The owner is great to work with and extremely helpful. I am so happy we were able to still enjoy our family vacation. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place again this year! We look forward to returning again next year!

Best stay our family has enjoyed in IRB so far! Location right on the beach made all the difference. Condo was perfect for our family ( there with husband and mom ) - within walking distance to our favorite restaurant- Can’t wait to go back !!

We had a great time. It was clean, well stocked, spacious, and had a great view of the gulf. Alex was awesome to deal with. The best owner we have dealt with yet. He was always quick to respond, and very accommodating. He even put a list of restaurants for us to try together. It was a great family vacation.

This condo is gorgeous, Lovely, simple and comfortable, relaxing and beachy. We were wowed when we came in and saw that view too. There are plenty of linens, and towels. The kitchen is well-equipped. Very thoughtful beach chairs and gear to share. We spent evenings on the balcony enjoying the sunset. We used the pool, walked on the beach and loved walking to restaurants and CVS.

Place/ location was awesome! Very spacious! Place was a little dusty but overall a 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back! Alex was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction and giving us tips!

Everything was comfortable except mattress in second room. Everything provided. Great view. Love the balcony seating. Walking distance to everything. Great stay.
