Comfortable, great location.

This is hands down the coolest property we have ever been to. My boys are 20 and 23 and they've never been more excited about the place we were staying. It has a cool vibe, comfortable furniture, and tons to do just in the house. It's easy to get to places in the city and Minnesota has beautiful lakes and hiking. Absolutely recommend!!

The property was amazing! Had everything you could need! Very quick to respond if we had a problem (like me not figuring how to lock the door haha!) The only downside was the location. Wasn’t aware that it wasn’t in the best area. We definitely didn’t feel comfortable walking the streets at times. But you can’t control that. Overall we had a blast and loved everything about the loft!

*Please Read Before Booking*…. This property is in the heart of downtown Duluth with many homeless sitting at entry of doorway and walking all around but that wasn’t the worst of our stay. During our stay we had 5+ unwanted guests come walking into the property which means they had to enter through not one but TWO key coded doors that only US as guests should know. One of the unwanted guests even knew which bathroom had a toilet and which didn’t and proceeded to use the bathroom disregarding our words to leave. We ended up calling the police to have the situation taken care of. The owner was able to scapegoat the entire situation, after we requested a full refund, by stating we were partying which was NOT the case at all. These hosts are scammers and I highly recommend booking elsewhere.

Great location if you’re in Duluth for the night life and bar scene walkable to canal park!

Really cool place for mid-large sized groups. Very close proximity to restaurants, bars and even a casino. Very clean, lots of fun, good communication with owners.

Was a great space for our needs and the place was spotless! Much appreciated the instructions on items within the space and expectations and options. The artwork, furniture, lighting and space components were very nice. Little noisy at night with outside crowd but overall the space was great! Would stay again.

This was our second time staying with our group, and the space has always worked great for a larger group. Kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware too.

This “wonderland” loft came equipped with all amenities expected from a super host and then some. Our hosts were responsive and made sure that my two teenage sons and I were accommodated for. The loft is more than spacious and included every type of entertainment ( pool table, dart board, books, tv/WiFi, card table etc) imaginable in a well laid out manner. I also enjoyed the office space where I was able to do some work remote while in Duluth for a college visit ( UMD is only 10 mins away as is the lighthouse and central attractions). Our hosts provided clear instructions and again, ensured our stay in this unique find was perfectly curated!

Our family stayed here for my nephews wedding weekend! We had a great stay. The space is super clean and the owners were very responsive! Beds and pillows were very comfortable! The space would be perfect for a bachelor party being it has a pool table, poker table, darts, and hot tub! My only complaint is that there is a bar around the corner and you could hear the music playing at night in one of the bedrooms. Thank you for opening your home to us!

100% worth the price. The pictures don't do it justice for how big it actually feels in person. Has all of the amenities you would really ever need. Would stay here again!

We stayed here while in Duluth for a wedding. My husband and 2 sons (ages 18 & 20) were blown away when they saw the place finding it to be so cool! It has everything and more for a fun stay: hot tub, pool table, golf putting, poker table, work out equipment, etc. Beds were very comfortable with the softest sheets ever. This was definitely a memorable stay in a unique place we won’t forget.

A unique studio in a happening part of town next to a dance club. Good for a large group. Great communication and helpful to return an item left behind.

What a fabulous treat in the middle of Duluth! The house has everything you would want for a fun time. Top notch and we will definitely be back.

This was one of the most interesting, not in a good way, experience we’ve ever had on VRBO or similar platforms. It was marketed as good spot for families and as a family with 2 children under 3 you start by having to climb roughly 30 stairs. Only after you climb the stairs do you come to find out that it’s above a night club. Our first night music blared until about 1 AM. The second night, the night before a half marathon race, the club was open until 3AM. We wake up and see about 18 police and then after the police officers clear the scene and arrest a few individuals the group comes back. Those same individuals decide to open their car with their subwoofers and play loud rap music all evening until 430 which was the time we had to leave to go for our race. To only make things worse when we booked it there was zero information about an iguana. We were expected to sleep next to an iguana and with its feces in its cage for 3 nights. The owners even asked us to feed it on their behalf.

Loved our stay here! Weather wasn't great which made it even nicer to have so many amenities on site. Kids loved the pet iguana :)

This listing is in a great spot close to all of the action. Super unique space with lots of room to spread out. Also accommodating for large groups!!

Beautiful property in the heart of downtown Duluth, MN! Beds were amazingly comfortable! I recommend not bringing much with you, as they have almost everything you need for your stay available for use! We stayed in the winter-but I would love to stay in the summertime and open up those windows!

Looking forward to going back with kids in the next month! Great time again!

Best VRBO experience yet! The hosts were very accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The property is in an awesome location, within walking distance to anything you want/need in terms of bars, restaurants, groceries, liquor store, and pharmacy. We may have had more of a blast just walking around the inside of the property though! The decor, art work, iguana, water features, lighting, furniture, games, hot tub, and design/layout was HGTV-series worthy! Thank you for making our stay memorable, enjoyable, and fun. :-)

Spotless! Great location and great light! We loved it for our ages…tweens, teens and adults. Will definitely be back!

Lots of open area for socializing and games. They have plenty of things to do right at the place and if you want to go out you have options with the location of the property.

The unit itself is beautiful. The amenities are 1st class. Lots of games and stuff for kids to do. Hot tub was very nice. The adults and teens were able to walk to Canal Park within 5 minutes. We did that several times. Lots of food options near the property. Had everything we needed. The few drawbacks were the immediate area was a little sketchy. Not bad, but I wouldn't let my girls walk out by themselves. Just a few homeless people around once in a while. No different than most downtown areas. I felt fine if the older kids were not alone. The only other inconvenience was the lack of space for our clothes. All the closets and drawers were full. Would be nice to have a dresser for guests to put away their clothing if there for extended stays. They did have some hangers for us, and we just kept our stuff in our suitcases, but I typically like a couple drawers if I'm staying more than 2 nights. It really is a beautiful property, and the location is convenient for visiting downtown Duluth. You can walk pretty much everywhere you need to go or you can grab a rental scooter and really go! We had a good time.

The place was beautiful and easily housed the family gathering. It was close to many places within walking distance which was nice too.

It was so nice to have a place to stay where we had everything we could ever want right onsite: multiple open spaces for lounging and conversation, hot tub, poker table, putting, exercise equipment, and more. Our group slept comfortably and also appreciated being just a short walk away from the beautiful lakefront and Canal Park. The owners responded almost immediately to even small questions about parking, area recommendations, etc. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house with plenty to do inside if weather is less then ideal outside. Good bars within walking distance and just a nice short walk from canal park!
