The location was awesome! We were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to do.

They have a nice lobby and pool. The beds are comfortable. It is clean. It's in a great location. Staff are nice but they need to hire a few more, they need more staff to service all the customers. It's very full.

Staff are nice, but they need to hire a few more. The hotel is huge and usually full. There was always a line at the front desk. The rooms are really the weird part. They are like dark empty caves. The walls are concrete. There's not enough furniture and the carpet throughout the whole place. The halls and everything are a deep dark brown. Not much sunlight, either.

The breakfast was nice, and the location was great.

The rooms need to be cleaned way better than they were. They are outdated and need be brought up to modern standards. For the money you have to pay for a room you expect a whole lot more than we had.

Our room had no windows. They did move us to a different room upon request. Very dirty. Peeling & chipped paint. Hot tub out of order.

i had extended my stay for one more night which would have put me thru the 5th. i had went out to meet my granddaughter on her birthday for a brunch and when i returned to my room at 10, the room was being cleaned and they had removed my luggage from the room. i was really upset when i asked the lady cleaning my room what was going on and she said the room was on the cleaning schedule and i would have to go to the front desk. they had moved my luggage down there also. the front desk had not put me in for another night until we informed that we had been there early friday morning to extend my stay one more night. nothing was offered to me for their major mistake. i had very valuable stuff in my luggage and the safe did not work in the room.

They called us to show up to check In 3 different times just to tell us our room wasn’t ready took 2 hours past check in time to get us in the room. Once arrived our ceiling was leaking carpet was soaked, toilet didnt flush drip ceiling in bathrooms was hanging and the room was generally dirty.

The location was perfect. Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The room was very outdated. Mold around the bathtub, scuff marks on the walls, and the couch had stains all over it. I wasn't too sure about going barefoot on the carpet. Overpriced
