We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hemingway House in April. The home was perfect for our family gathering; enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy beautiful Marco Island. The house was clean, well stocked with everything needed for our stay, to cook & to entertain and the pool area is lovely. I contacted the owner before and after with questions, she responded promptly and addressed our issues immediately. A really nice place to stay with the whole family.

This home was absolutely perfect and offered everything we were searching for.

From the moment we stepped into the home, we were impressed! Location is perfect! It was the perfect combination of luxury and functionality. So many amenities that made the trip much nicer! We appreciated the life jackets, beach cart, high chair, fully-stocked kitchen, etc. The views from the windows took my breathe away. It felt like paradise! Our favorite part was probably the salt-water pool and hot tub. We could relax in it without the chemical feel or smell of a chlorine pool. We had a range of ages from 3-49 and everyone loved this home! Communication was fast and helpful too!

This was a great house for our family! We had 10 people and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and it was very close to the beach and shops/restaurants.

The house is well equipped for a large family vacation. We had my parents, me/my husband, my sibling and his wife and four children. The rooms are quite large and have a variety of sleeping options making it comfortable to all stay in the house together. The kitchen and living space is open and accommodating for a large family. The house is well stocked both inside and out. The pool is nice size and hot tub was a favorite for the kids. A few of the bathrooms are a little outdated but totally functional (shower door in downstairs bathroom could use a little repair). Very nice that everyone gets their own bathroom. Location is great because it’s near all of the amenities. Publix / Starbucks is a short walk and Walmart is about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

WE WERE 4 COUPLES WHO HAVE RENTED IN MARCO-CAPE CORAL FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS OR SO WITH 4 OF THEM IN MARCO. THIS WAS THE BEST LOCATION AND AND HAD JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED FOR A VACATION AND WAS REALLY CLEAN. WE ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE POOL AND HOT TUB HEATERS BUT THIS ONE WAS NEAR PERFECT. THE MANAGER WAS REAL GOOD AND IF WE HAD A QUESTION SHE WOULD GET BACK TO US RIGHT AWAY.. WE RENTED A PONTOON BOAT FOR A FEW DAYS AND THE DOCK MADE IT SIMPLE TO PARK AT NIGHT. WE WILL DEFINETLY TRY TO RENT THIS AGAIN

We had an excellent vacation the beds were so comfortable the view is spectacular. Our host was so wonderful we are coming back next year. We loved the house

My husband and I, along with our 3 adult children, their spouses and our 3 grandchildren stayed for a week in January. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning!

The Hemingway house was perfect for our family vacation. It’s a beautiful house, and it had everything we needed for the week! Highly recommend!

We had 3 different families, total of 10 people ages from 3-70+, and it was a great layout. Spacious bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, ample living space (indoor and out) made it comfortable for everyone. There was something for everyone with the pool, hot tub, bikes, grill, outdoor seating/lounging, and the tv/Sonos system. It was a nice location overlooking the water, easy to bike to the store/around the island, and a quiet neighborhood. We did not have any problems and did not need to reach out to Marlene but she proactively messaged to make sure things were going well/see if we needed anything. We were confident she would be responsive if we did need to reach out. We’d definitely rent again when returning to Marco Island.

The property was absolutely perfect. We had a family of 10, everyone was able to gather together in the living space and still feel like there was a ton of room! Bedrooms were fantastic, spacious and comfortable for some privacy. EXTREMELY responsive with any questions- even on Christmas day!! No doubt that we would book this again- already looking for next year holiday!!

Marlane is a fantastic host! It had rained heavily prior to our stay and she stopped by to check on the condition of the pool and property. She was very responsive and kind. The house was spacious and well equipped. Our adult children loved the 9 bikes, kayaks and the hot tub. Great place to escape!

We had a great weekend on Marco Island staying at the Hemingway House! There were a total of 4 couples staying in the house, which was spacious and well-maintained. Enjoyed lounging by the pool and using the bikes to get around the island.

The house was super clean when we arrived. The checkin was easy and the house was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for the family of 8 adults and 5 small children under the age of 8. The pool area was amazing with a hot tub. The kids played in it every day and the weather was sunny and warm. We saw dolphins swim In the bay and the views are great. The house is very well located with plenty of parking in the driveway. There is no parking on the street! It's a short drive to the beach and easy walk to the shops. The house is well equipped with a well stocked kitchen, lots of TVs and a comfy sofa that seats alot of people. There are five bedrooms and 5 baths that work well for a lot of people. I would highly recommend this house!

The house was perfect for our families! We had awesome views of the intercoastal from the pool and wrap around porch. Each room has a private bath and the amenities were great. We enjoyed using the kayaks, beach cruisers and beach gear. Just bring your clothes and food, and leave the rest at home!

We loved this home! It worked perfectly for our adult children and their spouses. The house was clean and well equipped with towels, and other amenities. The curb appeal was beautiful. We enjoyed riding the bikes (there was 10!) to coffee and breakfast, kayaking (4 available!) and relaxing at night with drinks, pool and hot tub after a fun day at our nephews wedding. We knew our host always available however we never needed her! Location was prefect and close to everything. highly recommend!

My family of 9, ranging in age from 10 to 78, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very spacious with comfortable seating areas inside and out. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and hot tub, and also made use of the kayaks and bikes. We were amazed at how well provisioned the home is, with a fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, pool floats, puzzles and games, etc.. Perfect family vacation; we hope to do it again next year! We had a great time at the property. The home was very clean and contained great gathering spaces both outside and inside. The manager was very responsive and a good communicator. I would highly recommend this property.

Great property with all the amenities!

We had a great time at the Hemingway House. Marlene was incredibly fast and attentive, always responding to requests and accommodating.

If you’re in any way on the fence about choosing the Hemingway House for your stay, jump off that fence right now and BOOK IT!!! My family of 10 ranges in age from 13 to 86, and it was the perfect home for each and every one of us. The bedrooms with en suite baths are enormous. One of the things we loved the most was the multitude of seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The pool is lovely and we spent every afternoon enjoying it. Our family also made great use of the kayaks. There are plenty of beach towels and other beach necessities, you won’t need to worry about a thing! The kitchen is so well equipped, we cooked dinner in 3 times. The grill is easy to use. Marlene is a gem and so easy to work with. Our family made memories to last a lifetime and so will yours!!

Absolutely wonderful! Our family (Grandparents, Children, Grandchildren) gather together for an annual vacation and this year we decided on The Hemingway House on Marco Island. Communication with the Property Manager was quick and easy. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. We were pleasantly impressed that the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, glasses, plenty of pots and pans, blender, coffee makers - Drip maker and K-Cup, slow cooker, etc. Spices and Olive Oil are in the spice drawer in the island as well as in the pantry. Plenty of Pool/Beach towels located in the laundry area. We loved that the home was also equipped with pool floats etc (side of house, on porch in a storage cabinet). We used the Kayaks located in the garage and everyone loved those - even used the kayak lift a couple of times for easy in/out of the water. Lots of bicycles in the garage for multiple folks to enjoy together. We rented a Pontoon Boat and had it delivered to the dock for the weekend use. Each bedroom offers ensuite bathroom so everyone gets a great room! Really loved the "hideaway" bedroom located past the laundry room - felt intimate and the mini-split AC unit kept it good and cold in that room. We were able to park 4 vehicles at the house. One vehicle in the garage and 3, side by side, on the driveway. (and the three on the driveway were 2 big trucks and SUV). Very easy access to everything around!

Property was easy to get to. Had 10 adults and 2 children and we all slept comfortably in the 5 bedrooms. Brought 4 cars... one parked in the garage and the other 3 (2 trucks) fit nicely in the driveway. Property was spacious, very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, eating dinner or unwinding in front of the TV after a day of boating... there was always plenty of space for everyone to hang around. Beautiful property and large enough dock to fit a 23' pontoon. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great house with pool!

We had an amazing stay at the Hemingway House!! From the time we arrived to our last moment there Marlene was very responsive with any questions or concerns and was very communicative and made sure we had a great stay. The house itself was perfect for our group, four couples. Plenty of bedrooms and everyone had their own personal space. The common areas accommodated our group perfectly. The pool and hot tub was the perfect temps for us and were very enjoyable during the day and evening. The views are breathtaking and we even watched dolphins in the channel on several occasions. Everyone in our group looked the home, amenities, and had only glowing remarks. We plan to stay here again in the future, one of our best experiences and we loved the area.
