Location was great…but our day visitors were reprimanded for parking on the street.

The key selling point of this property was the riverside seating and “ You can fish and crab in your own backyard.” The seating was there but you couldn’t see the river because of all the head high weeds and brush…also it’s against the city ordinances to crab or fish off the riverbank. With all the brush growth we couldn’t get to the river if we wanted to.

Location was very good. Close to everything. Very roomy and lots of board games. Appliances worked great. Nice view of the waterway.

The backyard was not kept neat at all. To get to the hot tub you had to pass weeds and dirt. There was a patio window with a tattered screen. It would have been better if they simply removed the screen. Hot tub was not ready and the maintenance person assured me I would get a credit for the missed day use. I was so looking forward to a good soaking. The next door apartment was rowdy so we had to close our windows at night. Carpet needed a good cleaning. We left a note for the washing machine. We couldn't figure how to start it. Instructions would help.

The River Belle home is a house so similar to the one I grew up in. With the built-in shelves and cupboards everywhere, the crystal doorknobs, and the gorgeous old hardwood floors. But the River Belle has the added bonus of being right on the estuary with a lovely elevated porch to sit and relax while you bird watch, a walkable distance from the beach and promenade, a covered picnic style table and grill, and the delightful hot tub. We will be coming back next year!

The neighbour's little dog pooped in the yard and I almost stepped in it while walking around and looking at the camelia bushes. This is NOTHING negative about the actual River Belle and the hosts. But beware, the neighbours let their little dogs wander into the yard and then do not remove the waste so watch your step in the yard near them.

great facilities, hot tub and covered patio. Kitchen was well equipped and appreciated the ice machine. I really liked having all the extra beach items, blankets, buckets, and crab pots were great. we tried our hand at crabbing, but wasn't the right season.

The beds need an upgrade and it would have been nice to have televisions in a couple of the bedrooms for those that need it to sleep. House could use a little repair work, but I loved the quirkiness of the house. The neighbor had a barking dog :(

The location was great. Twelve minute walk to the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and stores. We loved the house. Very clean and neat. Beautiful back yard with river views. You can hear the ocean in the distance!

Everything was great.
