It’s a beautiful house with lovely views! The host was very accommodating and the breakfast was excellent! the en-suite bathroom was well- stocked, modern, and clean. The tea service in the room was perfect.
As it says in the brochure, you must be able-bodied to get to and from the town proper if you are walking (or hauling a suitcase), no less getting to your floor (as there is no elevator). The wifi was very spotty on the 3rd floor (I could only get the internet when next to the door to the room).

We were so impressed with the Bryn Derwen Guest House. The location was in a really quiet road and the property had an excellent view of the surrounding area. The location was just a short walk to the town which meant that i could leave the car. The room was really clean and very comfortable. The hosts were great, really friendly and made my wife and I feel so welcome. The breakfast (Welsh Breakfast) was without doubt the best we have ever had over the years staying in B&Bs.

Beautiful little room at the top of the house overlooking the garden. Very comfortable bed. Hosts were very accommodating with my slightly odd arrival and leaving times. Nice and quiet.
Not really a negative - you just need to be aware - lots of steps up to house and up to room.

Breakfast was excellent. Full breakfast. Choice of scrambled poached fried eggs , bacon sausage beans tomato Black pudding hash brown . Choice of cereal fresh fruits yogurts and greek yogurts cheese . Coffee/ tea and different flavoured tea if preferred. Toast white/brown ..
We all love the breakfast and the choice , there was nothing we didn't like .

The rooms were light and comfortable and also had two chairs to relax in while soaking up the wonderful views. The breakfast was great and the owners very kind and helpful. Would stay again and recommend.

Lovely friendly service, the room and bed were very comfy. Tasty breakfast options cooked to order each morning. A nice quiet location, set back from the road, and just a short walk from Conwy town walls.
Only minor quibble was that the pathway to the front of the property is very steep for anyone with mobility issues.

the breakfast was the best we have ever had anywhere the house was spotless very well decorated and of a high standard
allso there was fresh milk in a fridge on the landing for tea and little jugs for the milk allso the bed was very comfortable

Warm Welcome from owners, lovely bedroom & facilities, very clean & tidy throughout. Excellent breakfast choices fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, toast etc.. & delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Ideal location within 5 minute's easy walk to town.

Everything about this guest house was spot - on.Extremely clean and excellent attention to detail.Lovely breakfast ,a fridge on tge 1st floor with Fresh milk so you could help yourself.Bed was extremely comfortable, and just a 5 minute walk into Conwy.
