Getaway in the Everglades
Évadez-vous de la grande ville vers la petite ville des Everglades! Idéalement situé pour explorer les Everglades et d'autres parcs du sud-ouest de la Floride. Cette location peut accueillir 5 personnes et se trouve à distance de marche des excursions en bateau et des restaurants locaux.
La maison est une propriété multifamiliale et vous logerez dans un appartement de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain au 2ème étage.
Les deux chambres sont meublées avec des lits queen, et il y a une grande salle de bain complète avec douche / baignoire. Il y a aussi un futon en taille réelle dans le salon. Tous les draps sont fournis.
Le salon / salle à manger / cuisine a de hauts plafonds et de grandes portes coulissantes en verre que vous pouvez ouvrir pour laisser entrer les brises tropicales. Ou ouvrez simplement les rideaux pour profiter du soleil de la Floride et des magnifiques couchers de soleil dans un confort climatisé. La cuisine est équipée d'assiettes, de casseroles / poêles et d'ustensiles afin que vous puissiez cuisiner vos propres repas. Ou vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à plusieurs restaurants locaux. Bien que non montré sur la photo, il y a maintenant une télévision à écran plat dans le salon.
Pendant votre séjour, vous aurez également accès à Internet sans fil.
En plus de l'appartement, les clients ont également accès à la cour tropicale avec terrasse et hamac.

This place was so beautiful- even more beautiful than the photos. It was a perfect getaway for our Big Cypress weekend. Host was great as well. We kept saying it’s what our dream place would look like (-: will be back.

The property is conveniently located in the center of town and within walking distance to most of the restaurants. The fishing is great in Everglades, we were there for peacock bass.

The location was perfect for my husband and myself! It was quiet and very welcoming. We prefer small town charm over big city hustle and bustle. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and sat out there every evening. Our host Rebecca was great! The locals in town were very friendly. We would definitely book again if we need a getaway from the snow! Thank you!

The property was in the perfect spot to explore all the wonders of the Everglades. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. Extra points for a modern kitchen and roomy bath! Rebecca was very helpful letting us know about biking and hiking opportunities. We would definitely stay again on a return trip.

This was the cutest place, great beds and perfectly clean. It would be great anytime but for the Everglades Seafood Festival it was the ultimate! FIVE stars all the way, thank you for a great stay!

Everglades home
Smooth rental and we loved the house. Our host even had shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and salt and pepper etc in the kitchen. My only complaint is that the bathroom sink drains too slowly! Otherwise it was a cozy well decorated home. Thanks for renting to us!

Amazing experience in Everglades City
My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this cozy and beautiful apartment. We loved the big detailed guidebook of recommendations from Rebecca of where to eat and what to see and do around the area, and the space was welcoming and sparkling clean! Hope we can stay again sometime!

Everglade City Get-a-way
This property exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised. We’ve stayed at several properties in Everglades City and this by far is the best. Other places kind of made us feel like we were staying at a fish camp, but this was a nice cozy place for 2 couples. It is decorated nice and has updated appliances. It’s not on the water, but you can easily walk to water and just about anywhere else you want to go because it is centrally located. This will be our go to place for future trips.

The condo was very dark. Sparsely furnished.
I did not even want to sit on the couch it looked so creepy.
Did not feel the bedspreads were cleaned from the last guest.
When we walked in the place had a very musty smell.

Fun visit in Everglades City!
The house was great. Two good sized bedrooms and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Lots of space for two couples. We will definitely stay there again.

Great place! Everything we needed and more!
We visit Everglades City at least once a year. We've stayed in the hotels as well as some of the other short term rentals. This was our favorite. It's clean and quiet. It has everything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen. The beds were comfortable. It really felt like "home". We'll be staying here from now on!

Perfect
Very Spacious, Spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need, very comfortable and felt like being @ home. We enjoyed our stay very much & wouldn't think twice about staying again. We were there for the Seafood Festival but there is so much to do other than that, hiking, airboat tours, regular boat tours, kayaking....viewing wildlife, beautiful sunsets, quaint restaraunts...my favorites Havana Cafe and Camillas Grill.....such a special little town with an interesting history, Would like to mention that the owner supplied & decorated the residence with the areas feel from reading material & information and decor that makes you feel the area in which you are staying...Big Thumbs up!!!!!!

Perfect rental for a fisherman
This rental was very clean, convenient and well-stocked. We stayed for 2 evenings and the house had everything we needed. Rebeccca, the Owner, met us upon arrival and was very nice and helpful. There was plenty of room for my boat/trailer along side the house. Note: when I fish in the everglades, I rarely watch TV. However, since our stay was over the New Year's holiday, my two sons and I were hoping to watch the bowl games. There is minimal/no cable, so be prepared (they do have Netflix and wifi, which were also nice for my two kids). Lastly, you are essentially staying in an apartment within a house that is occupied by others; everyone is encouraged to be courteous with respect to noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am (this was perfect for us). The house gets high marks from my family and me.
