I did a round trip through Florida and stayed in different accommodations. The Cabin was the best and most comfortable accommodation. Clean, spacious and a great view of the water. I could watch the alligators splashing around.

Friendly helpfull staff. Spacious, private, clean unit. Large screened porch with river view. All recreational options nearby.

The location was exactly as described and was bigger than expected. We had good views to front and more steps and a view down to water behind. There was a patio and a a communal table and chairs by the waterside. The room including kitchen and bathroom were well specified and everything worked fine. We were a short walk to the local cafe for meals. We had sheltered parking (under the room). It looked quite old but that added to the character we were expecting and as mentioned everything worked perfectly.

Most splendidly situated, from the terasse a superb view over lake and mangrove swamp. Excellent point of departure for visiting the wild nature of the Everglades. And no so far away from the Seminole tribe AH-TAH-THI-KI Museum. And closer, the historical Smallwood Store in Chokoloskee is worth visiting, with museum, possibilities for boat trips as well as fresh oysters and sea food.

The friendly staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the island and water. The location was excellent to fish and centrally located to get anywhere easily. The cabins were clean and with a smart and functional layout design with access to your car and back deck both.

Everything was great

authentic, rustic, very spacious, sitting room, dining area and separate full kitchen, clean, large balcony overlooking lake, washer / drier room, friendly staff, accommodated an earlier check-in to allow us to take a 4pm air boat tour, easy parking, good a/c units.

We were able to cook our own breakfast. There was a full kitchen.

Location are super.

The location is wonderful. We really enjoyed sitting on the screen porch watching the sunrise. we appreciate the fact that our dogs could be there with us.

The air conditioner in the living room was extremely loud and would make a banging noise periodically. It was hard to sleep with it on.

The friendliness the view the kitchen the deck on the water It was so cool to see the dolphins swim right in front of us the sun sets were gorgeous the view was just amazing all in all I just love this place

the “old Florida” great place and comfy.

Location was very convenient. I was able to launch my kayak behind the unit, bait and tackle next door.
