Completely renovated apartment on golf course
Notre condo est bercé dans les légendaires falaises d'Hermosa dans les complexes Tamarron récemment rénovés. Nous sommes à 15 miles au nord du centre-ville de Durango et à 8 miles au sud de Durango Mountain Resort. Nous avons des vues spectaculaires sur le parcours de golf de Glacier Club qui ne manqueront pas de vous détendre et de dissiper votre stress.
Le condo a été entièrement rénové au printemps 2016. Tous les appareils de cuisine, laveuse / sécheuse et matelas sont neufs. Le condo peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. La chambre principale est située au 2ème niveau et est meublée avec 2 lits queen size. Une salle de bain complète relie la chambre à une spacieuse chambre en mezzanine, qui a un lit king size. Nous avons également un lit escamotable en bas dans le salon.
Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris des casseroles, des plats, des ustensiles, une cafetière, un cuiseur à riz, un grill George Foreman, etc. Nous fournissons également des serviettes et des draps pour votre commodité.
Nous avons accès à une aire de jeux, une piscine intérieure / extérieure, un court de tennis, une salle de sport et un spa.

Love the updates in the condo. The humming birds constantly co.e to the back deck looking for treats. Could use some supplies in kitchen but otherwise, excellent!

Great location! Not far from Durango, lakes, and hiking trails. Have access to the pools and restaurants from the Resort. Beautiful area that is peaceful and quiet. The house is clean and plenty of space to make feel like home.

Loved the condo. Great location to Purgatory. The condo was well equipped with pots, etc.
However, the place needs a new coffee pot big time!

very nice place my grandson and his wife were to stay with us but could not find a dog sitter so they had to find somewhere else to stay. Would definitely stay here again

Nice location. 25 minutes from town. Check out James Ranch Grill down the road and Schoolhouse. Close to trails and fishing

Distance from both Durango and Purgatory was just right.

Property was as expected, everything seemed to work fine. Sectional sofa slides around a bit on hardwood floor and it was very dirty under the sofa. Would recommend or stay again!

This location and the breathtaking views are worthwhile to stay here! Easy to check in and out, the host answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival! Now I will say, me and my friends all flew into Durango to ski at purgatory resort, therefore we did not have a vehicle. Tamarron Resort (where the VRBO is located) offers a free shuttle from the lodge to purgatory (fantastic) it runs twice a day 8:20 AM and 4:15 PM. The only thing is, the resort itself does not have transportation from the main lodge up to the highpoint and vice versa (where the VRBO is) and is about a mile walk up hill. We flew in late and had to walk from the main lodge to our VRBO, uphill walking in about a foot of fresh snow at night. This is in no way the host’s fault, but just a heads up if you plan on flying in and not renting a vehicle! If you do plan on driving or having your own vehicle and staying at this VRBO in the winter months I would definitely recommend a 4 wheel or AWD vehicle as I said, it is uphill and mixed with snow and ice can be a little tricky. Other than the mile walk and car situation our stay was great and would definitely come here again, but next time rent a vehicle !

This place was awesome! After I found my email that explained how to check in, it was a breeze. My bad. It was a beautiful area, wonderful condo with good beds and nice privacy from others staying in the place. We loved the pool and would definitely come again!

Great place! Plenty of room and beds for family of 5. Murphy bed was well liked by the 9 year old, tired of sleeping with his brothers. Beautiful property, pool was nice.

This condo is in a great location. Very easy to get to the ski lifts and town when we wanted to. The condo was very clean and plenty of room for family of 4.

Amazing Place to Stay!!!
This property was absolutely perfect! Myself and a couple of friends stayed here for a little ski trip at the purgatory. The house was so clean, Han was great at communicating, perfect amenities, and only 15 min from the ski resort! I highly HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Great Location
The location is north of Durango but the 15 minutes extra drive is worth it. Indoor and outdoor pools, great gym, tennis and pickle ball oh and of course golf. The drive takes you out of Durango but is beautiful.

Family Trip
We had a great time at the Condo in the Mountains. We were in a wedding and stayed a couple extra days and it was well worth the stay! Owners are great and communicated all you need pre-trip and during trip. Great place to stay!

Great little place in Durango
It was a pleasure staying at this property in Durango CO. Getting there was a bit challenging. You have to go to the main office to check in before going to the actual apartment. The property was cleans and perfect for our family of 5. Was missing some toiletries but glad we brought our own.

Wedding Weekend
We rented this unit for our son’s wedding weekend. Han was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, and the unit exceeded our expectations! It was nicely appointed, clean, and located perfectly for our needs. Thank you, Han! If we are ever back in the Durango area, we will stay again!

Great View and Excellent Condo
Property was in great shape with plenty of cooking utensils and most everything that you might need. Excellent location with a fantastic view off of the balcony. Glacier club staff are really nice and accommodating as far as booking the pool and hot tub (must be booked in advance during COVID restrictions). Han was great to work with, super-fast to respond to questions and very accommodating. Great stay overall!

We had a great time in Durango. We were there to ski and the condo was a perfect distance from both the resort and Durango. The condo was very clean and nicely updated.

Great Place Close to Purgatory
We had a great stay! The place was nice and is only 10 minutes or so from Purgatory. The property was great! Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub at the main lodge. They make you make a reservation due to Covid, and it was all booked up for the weekend. Besides that, our stay was awesome.

Home Away from Home!
My family had the most memorable, peaceful vacation we've had in a while. Our original reservation in another city was cancelled last minute we were very upset and were actually going to stay home but luckily for us Han saved the day. She went above and beyond for my family and we are very grateful for the care and attention she showed us given the situation. We had never stayed in this part of Colorado and were hesitant at first but we were pleasantly surprisinged when we arrived by the breathtaking mountain views, the condo was clean and felt like home. This area is beautiful, secluded and peaceful we can't wait to stay at Han's place again.

Located about 12-15 miles from downtown, it was an easy drive back and forth to Durango and not far from Silverton, close to a Purgatory. The location is beautiful and the condo had everything we needed. It was nice to have a full kitchen to make breakfast and lunch, offsetting the costs of meals. The house was clean upon arrival, plenty of towels, basics for cleaning and household needs were available (i.e. blow dryer, extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies, vacuum, toiletries, coffee filters, etc.) I very much appreciated night lights in the bathrooms and hallway stairs bc the house get very dark (no street lights near) and loved all the switches being labeled for which light they turned on! (It’s the little things!) The beds were firm but comfortable, which is huge for me with back issues. We did not use any of the on-site amenities such as the pool, gym or golf course so I am unable to comment about those. Han, the owner, was quick to reply to my inquiries about the property prior to our stay. Would 100% stay here again and recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you for sharing your property, Han!

Nice area.
Great property, quite and clean. Everything we possibly could have needed was included with this rental.
Only complaint is the requiring of reservations to use pool. Hardly any reservations available for the duration of our stay and we tried within minutes of checking in. This is not a complaint of the owner or the rental, this was the property managements policy.

Great stay
The property is as advertised. All the amenities one needs, the kitchen has all the things needed to prepare meals. The grounds are beautiful. Check in was easy and property owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great summer stay
We had an awesome stay, the condo was well stocked, comfortable & a great base for us as we did different activities around Durango & Purgatory. Of course, there were health policies in place for common areas like the fitness center & swimming pools & while it was a little hard at first to get times booked for our activities, the staff at the lodge & fitness center were great & so helpful with getting reservations made.
