We rented this house for 2 months. The house and location was great. Neighborhood was quiet and safe - allowing us to take regular walks. You are also close to restaurants and several grocery stores (Publix and Deteillers). Richard (the owner) was also great - making sure everything was good for us. We rate this property 5 - enjoyed our stay.

Furnished with loads of paper products, soaps, etc - unusual because usually scant in a rental property. Private backyard. We will definitely return to this house! ❣️

Immaculate, updated two bedroom, two bath centrally located house very close to siesta key beaches. Richard, the Owner, was prompt and attentive to all inquiries. This is a perfect location. Neighborhood very quiet. House was very clean and well maintained. All shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The gas grille works perfectly on the very private patio. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended
