Des vues incroyables depuis le patio sur le toit. Cette maison moderne dispose de deux chambres avec salle de bain complète, d'un grand canapé-lit et d'un canapé-lit double. Près de l'activité de Ocean Beach et à distance de marche de Sunset Cliffs. Marcher un et demi pâtés de maisons de l'océan. Appareils modernes, y compris cafetière Keurig, comptoirs de cuisine en granit, laveuse et sécheuse. Deux nouveaux lits queen dans la chambre principale, un nouveau lit queen dans une autre chambre. Grand canapé-lit dans le salon et canapé-lit jumeau à l'étage. Nouveaux meubles dans toute la maison. Profitez du temps magnifique sur Ocean Beach depuis les terrasses de la chambre principale, du toit et de la cuisine. Couchage 9 adultes dans des lits. Smart TV avec Amazon et Netflix. Un barbecue sur le toit, deux chaises de plage, deux planches de Boogie, 9 serviettes de plage et jouets de plage fournis. Accès au port de voiture par une allée derrière la maison, une place de voiture du côté ouest et beaucoup de places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue C'est un quartier. PAS DE FIN DE PARTIES LOUD!

House was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck doubles the living area of the home. Quiet neighborhood and very walkable to OB attractions and restaurants. Very nice having the 2.5 bathrooms which is rare in OB. Will return to this comfortable home.

This is a lovely property. Is it completely new and modern? No. Still, it is clean, it is large, and it is very comfortable. The rooftop is incredible and has the most beautiful view. The house has everything one needs and has a beautiful layout and it's clean and inviting. The host is very responsive and the area is lovely too. For the price, this is an incredible opportunity. Would totally stay here again.

A colleague and I were in town for a conference and thought that this might be better than a hotel. Turns out it was the right call. Great location with plenty of restaurants and a grocery nearby. Enjoyed having all of the extra space, especially the rooftop patio. I would recommend it.

The Hosts were Amazing and responded to any questions that I had. Top deck had Amazing views and beach was 2 1/2 blocks away if you walk down the alley , turn right and left in the first street , there is stair access to a really nice area to set up all day and enjoy the sun and water . Will definitely be back

Had a great time at the house, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood with markets and a couple restaurants walking distance. Also down the street from Sunset Cliff’s, a short walk to watch the beautiful sunsets. The house was comfortable, the roof top deck was a nice place to just relax and soak in the cool breezes.

This was the perfect property for our family with teens to celebrate my 50th birthday and show our kid's where we use to live. Great location and easy walking distance to Sunset Cliffs. Friendly neighbors and easy communication with the host. We will definitely be back.

Visited our son’s family over Christmas. The location of this property was perfect for us…great access to downtown OB and Point Loma area. The rooftop deck is amazing, and we appreciated the covered car port, too, plus easy street parking in Point Loma Ave for our family. Troy was very communicative.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and working. Plenty of balcony space and the rooftop patio had plenty of seating and a view of the ocean.

Unit is a rear, 2nd unit off the street and on the alley. For the money, an excellent value with 2 master bedrooms and spacious kitchen/family room up stairs. Clean throughout (see note below). Communication with owner was great, he’s very responsive.
A couple for challenges included a very strong and weird smell on the 2nd floor (kitchen and living) that was a cross between mold and something decaying. There was a wad of black hair in my shower. Exterior windows were quite dirty but was a minor issue as they are all covered with closed window coverings.
All of these challenges might be transitory so I’m sticking with a (mostly) positive review.

Entire family had a great time. Only suggestion would be to have shampoo and soap for bathrooms. Nice location and little market on corner was a lifesaver

This house was in a great location. It was just a couple blocks from Sunset Cliffs and less than a mile from Ocean Beach, where there are plenty of restaurants and other things to do. We spent each morning for breakfast and evening on the rooftop balcony enjoying the view. Troy was very responsive to any questions that I had during the trip. We would stay again if we come back to San Diego.

The location was perfect. The view at the top of the roof and space up there was incredible. Beds were comfy and lots of kitchen storage space!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was in a fantastic location, and we enjoyed grilling out on the rooftop balcony! The property has a really neat floor plan. There are a few repairs that need to be done - loose faucets, poor water pressure, all minor, but noticed. We would stay here again.

The Host is making improvements to the property. Much of them completed. Parking is on the street but it's free and there's plenty of it. The view from the roof was great for Happy Hour. Comfortable and secure property.

Our group of 4 had a lovely time at the beach house! Everywhere we wanted to go was a short walk or drive away, amenities were great, and wow, did we enjoy the rooftop terrace! Thanks for a great time.

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Beach. The rental was clean upon arrival but needs updating. It was too cold during our April visit to enjoy the decks. Coffee pods were the only extra in the unit—no spices, condiments or soap and shampoo in the shower. We found convenient parking in front of the building every day. The two floors had a spacious feel. Check-in was easy with a simple door code.

We stayed here for Spring Break with 3 kids under 10 and 3 adults. The property was comfortable for us all and the roof deck was amazing. The location could not be better - a short walk to the beach and the downtown OB area. I also really appreciated having a liquor store/deli that had many items we needed just two doors down! My only complaint was that one of the downstairs bathrooms didn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, and the toilet was difficult to flush. Otherwise our stay was great, and the owner was prompt to respond to any and all questions.

We had a group of 3 moms and 4 girls staying for a visit/tour of Point Loma University. It was a great location just a mile from the school and walking distance to food and little shops. The home had everything we needed for a great stay. Troy was a great communicator. The rooftop patio was a wonderful plus with beautiful views. Definitely recommend this place for a vacation with family/friends.

The area isn't right in the heart of any action. But, aside from grabbing groceries or dinner, that makes it PERFECT. There's parking in the back, but plenty of parking on the street too. It didn't hurt that the weather was dreamy while we were there, but maybe that's just San Diego for you!
Our boys each had their own queen sized bed. Each bedroom has it's own small but totally adequate bathroom. laundry is right on the same floor with the bedrooms.
My husband worked during the days while we went out and explored and it worked perfect for all of us.
