Situé à une vingtaine de maisons du sable. Cette maison est entièrement meublée, avec tous les extras! Nous pouvons facilement dormir 8 ou plus dans cette spacieuse maison à plusieurs niveaux. Il y a 3 grandes salles de bains avec un total de 5 lavabos, des douches spacieuses et une baignoire jacuzzi dans la suite principale!
Il y a de nombreux balcons et d'immenses terrasses pour votre plaisir et un barbecue à gaz sur le pont. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, avec beaucoup de vaisselle, ustensiles, etc. Les draps sont fournis et il y a une buanderie surdimensionnée avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a plusieurs téléviseurs, DVD, Internet sans fil, etc ... tout le confort de la maison avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances fantastiques !!
La cour arrière offre un autre espace extérieur avec un barbecue supplémentaire et un jacuzzi creusé pour 10 personnes! La porte arrière s'ouvre sur une `` brise-voie '' semi-privée qui mène à l'océan - prenez une tasse de café et promenez-vous dans le sable pour une promenade matinale ...
Le premier étage offre un espace plus privé avec un autre salon avec cheminée, kitchenette, chambre avec lit queen et grande salle de bain avec baignoire / douche ... installation parfaite !!
L'emplacement est FANTASTIQUE !! Situé entre Malibu et Santa Barbara, près du port de Ventura et Channel Islands. Trop de choses à faire - ou ne rien faire du tout. Des plages de sable propres et douces vous attendent!

Yes, the property is an out dated and not the cleanest or most organized - but it’s half the cost of similar properties. Quick walk to the beach, room full of beach toys & chairs, lots of plates, pots & pans, etc. There is a hot tub and two grills but we did not use those. The property owner was quick to reply to questions. Great place to vacation for a large family!

We loved the location of the property. We walked to the beach in 10 minutes several days. There were plenty of boogey boards at the property.
Host was ver accommodating and wonderful. She reached out day we checked in to make sure we got in ok and promptly answered any questions I had.
Will book again next time I am in town

My wife and i brought our kids and grandkids to visit the coast. There were 10 of us in all, 6 adults and 4 kids. This house was large enough to accommodate us all the couples had a room and the kids loved sleeping in the furnished loft. Its an easy (long block) walk to the beach and we enjoyed walking down to watch the sunset. Neighbors were quiet kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

We had our large family in Oxnard/Ventura for one of our daughter’s wedding. This home was enough space for part s good part of our family with a nice private space for my parents. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and get ready for various events. Kitchen was equipped to allow us to cook for the clan. Lovely walk to the beach, nice little yard space. Never got the hot tub into our schedule, tried late 1 night but didn’t warm up, I’m sure operator error. Owners were easy to work with on changes in schedules. Definitely recommend the damage for family vacation!

Stayed here with my family and had a great time. The home is 3 stories and very spacious. Home came equipped with everything you could need. Location was great just a few blocks from the beach. Communication with the host was great. Overall it was a wonderful time.

Very nice home in a great location. Perfect especially for a family with different age groups. Home makes it easy to separate and everyone have their own space when you want some down time outside the larger group. Or as in our case, Grandparents on the lower floor, family with kids upstairs. Very workable set up. Would definitely recommend and book again ourselves.

Some friends and I drove up to Oxnard for a beach weekend and this house was perfect for it. The host was great at communicating and overall delightful to interact with. From the moment we walked in the door our only regret was only booking 2 nights. Next time we will be staying for longer!

Kristy the owner was very kind and accommodating. However, the property furnishings feels very pieced together. I felt like I was staying in a goodwill and the cleanliness level was about that too--ok, but not great.
I don't think this is zoned to be a VRBO. The neighbors were nice, but looked at us like we don't belong because it is a neighborhood. Overall, it was ok.

The price is unbeatable for the location. It's a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Kristy was very friendly, nice and accommodating. She even went out of her way to provide us a pack and play for our grandson. Thank you Kristy!

The home fit our gang of 10 perfectly. The walkway to the beach was charming. The beach itself waa grand, clean and sparsely populated. The only downside was a fairly loud neighborhood dog.

My husband and I chaperoned a group of eight recent graduates from our small village in Alaska. None had been out of the state before, and we raised money with them to make a trip to California. Kristy’s home was a great fit for us because there was a lot of space, and she was a flexible host. The kids loved the giant hot tub (so did I) and the proximity to the beach and basketball/volleyball there. Thanks to Kristi for providing such an excellent day for us!

Located in a beach community convenient to ocean and facilities. House is large and can accommodate a large family as it can sleep 10+-, 3 baths, 2 living rooms, 5 outdoor spaces and a fully fenced backyard with spa and fire pit. The owner is the best! Great communication. Our dog even loved it. Totally recommend and will stay there again next time in area.

We had an excellent stay! The communication with the owner was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was very close to Ventura & the Harbor & walkable to the beach.The home is super comfortable when we were just relaxing & spending time with family.The owner has provided everything we could possibly require. The kitchen was better equipped for a large family. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi! We hope to rent again.Thank you.

Family came from NC, NY and AZ for a wedding and was a great spot for all 10 of us...and a dog. The stairs were tricky for the 2yr old escape artist, but it worked perfectly. Quick walk to the beach on the beautiful walk path. Spent lots of time there. Super close to shops and restaurants. The driveway fit all four cars tight, but worked well. Kristy was super responsive with my questions and the neighbors were very sweet. A must stay for anyone coming to the area! Thanks again Kristy for everything!!

This house is perfect for families and friends. It's walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The house is huge and had everything we needed. The owners are very responsive and welcoming. 10/10, we will definitely stay here again.

I rented this house for the family to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and a it was a nice pleasant trip despite the rain.
The owner Kristy was very responsive to all my questions and very accommodating to all our needs. Their home was very comfortable and everyone had a great time! Too bad the weather wasn't better so we could enjoy the beach, but relaxing in the jacuzzi in the rain made up for the loss.

A great house for families that’s close to the beach, a market, a bakery, a surf shop and a playground and a park. We were 2 couples, one grandma, 2 kids, 3 dogs (1 being a service dog). We stayed on the ground floor which is a self contained apartment with access for the dogs to the fenced in yard. Everyone else stayed on the main floor where there are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Ample outdoor seating in the yard and on every terrace. It feels like a well loved home and had everything we needed to cook and to enjoy our stay. Kristy is vivacious, sparkling and a knowledgeable host! We hope to stay here again when the family visits LA. Thank you Kristy!

While there were some issues with our flights, the house we stayed at was great, A few minor issues were quickly dealt with through the owner. The jacuzzi was fantastic and the highlight for the kids, as was the short walk to the beach.
The only thing I would change would be the access via the front door. We had a great deal of difficulty waking up the screen on the electronic lock on the front door and resorted to the key on several occasions.

Very spacious for all 7 of us, everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in. The jacuzzi was clean and big enough for all of us to fit in. The walk to the beach was very pleasant, even though we didn't spend much time there because of the weather. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only problem we had was getting the tv to work properly. Otherwise a wonderful stay with great communication with the host.

We loved the openess of this home. A lot of windows, glass doors, high ceilings bringing in natural light. Good view of the ocean from the upper decks. We absolutely loved the breezeway to the beach! Early morning, afternoon and evening group walks to the beach! So nice!
We loved the hominess, the openess and the space of the house. Loved the huge spa for an early morning soak! Plenty of room for 8 adults( 4 brothers and their wives!)

This home is a short walk to the beach and is large enough to host a big family. We only used the master bedroom, and both my husband and I agreed that the bed was the most comfortable bed we ever slept on. Multiple decks allow you to bask in the sun and the topmost deck gives you a slight ocean view. When we arrived there were some things the cleaning crew had missed, but once I informed the owner she offered to come over immediately and take care of it. She was very responsive and accomodating. There is even a sizable backyard with shady fruit trees and a hot tub, which we regret we never got around to using. We are already trying to plan our next stay at this house.
