The house is located 10-15 minutes from downtown quebec upon your arrival a bottle of wine will be waiting for you the house is equipped with 2 full bathrooms, 1 hot tub, 1 spa open all year round, free parking, heated pool 2 minutes walk with water game and children's game everything is free, city bus access, 2 km St-Lawrence river, 3 bed rooms, 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and bed cought, wifi, 2 minutes from the bridges. Close to everything stores, cinema, skiing center.All equipped , ceiling fan , smart TV 65 inch curved (living room) , smart TV 40 inches samsung (master bedroom ), smart TV 45 inches (second bedroom) smart TV 32 inches ( third bedroom), all equipped with a videotron system, netflix, wireless internet , stove , fridge with icemaker , microwave , coffee maker , dishwasher , toaster , washer, dryer , air conditioning, charging point, whirlpool, spa open all year around and very close to major arteries, the airport, the river CITQ 287206 (11-01-2025)

Great space with thoughtful details. Host is great

Great place! Clean and nicer than expected. It was a bit far from old Quebec (about 20 mins) and tricky to get a taxi for dinner. Besides that, it was a great place with lots a parking and room for everyone.

This was a very clean, well set up property. It was spacious with room for all to decompress. It had off street parking with remote check in. The screened in porch was very nice to have breakfast in. I liked all the recliners built into the seating arrangements. It was a quiet location. It was 15-20 minutes from downtown Quebec City.
None of us wanted to leave. We would gladly stay here again

Great Stay!
We had a lovely experience staying here, and when we had questions as we planned our stay Martine was super helpful. Lovely home in a quiet little neighborhood easily accessible to all the great things to do in Quebec City. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Wonderful House
This house has been very well and thoughtfully remodeled and decorated. It was a generous space for our family of 5 and convenient to what we wanted to do while visiting Quebec City. Martine is an exceptional hostess! Not only was she easy to communicate with, but there are so many little touches about the house to make it nicer for guests. Upon arriving we found a bottle of wine, tourist brochures, and a binder with notes on how to use the appliances. There were nightlights along the hallways, and flashlights in the nightstand drawers to help keep us safe at night.
The kitchen was well appointed, the bathrooms were luxurious, the beds well all very comfortable, and my boys loved the living room adjustable lounging chairs. The outdoor spaces are also very well set up to enjoy all the seasons.

Family vacation to Quebec City
Martine is wonderful and her home is beautiful and perfectly located. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week discovering all that QC has to offer. Martine provides a lot of helpful information as well! A pleasurable experience all around!

Relax 101 a la Quebec
This is a well located and well stocked spacious home . Six adults spent time with enough group-time and me-time without stepping on each other’s toes. All stores were within short driving distances and lots of eating placed were nearby. Recommended.

Perfectly appointed, centrally located base of operations!
We absolutely loved our stay at martine’s home. The entire house has been updated & they did a fantastic job. We made full use of their lovely, well stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were outstanding. Hot tubbing in the frigid air was a treat! We visited Old Quebec, Valcartier for snow tubing, Mont St Anne for ice canyoning & Jacque Cartier Parc for snowshoeing. Many thanks for a perfect Christmas vacation!

Very comfortable home for a larger group
The house is very well suited for a larger group, as there are three bedrooms plus another bed in the rec room. Also a good sized kitchen and living room. Outdoor spa was great after days of exploring Quebec City. And the location is very convenient to the airport and highways coming into town. Owner was great at responding quickly.

Very nice home
We had a very nice stay at this home. The location was excellent in a residential area but close to downtown. We were able to easily drive into the downtown or surrounding areas. It was located near to an excellent restaurant, Le Manoir, where we had dinner the first evening. The spa was a nice bonus, especially after a day of walking all over the city. There are a lot of stairs in this house, but everything was lovely including a welcome gift and lots of information on the area.

Comfortable and Convenient!
Large, clean and comfortable home. Great backyard for socializing. Access to public transportation that goes to Old Quebec. Great hostess. Perfect for our family of seven.

Wonderful Family Location
We stayed at this home for three nights. It was perfect for two traveling families. The place is very well-kept and spacious. We love the opportunity to use the hot tub. Martine Was extremely responsive to all of our questions and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend this as a little sanctuary outside the city.

Excellent!
The accommodations & location were excellent! The clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, all equipped kitchen/baths, lovely back deck with hot tub were great amenities that made our stay most pleasant. The owners were so gracious! They were at the house with a warm welcome when we arrived. They left brochures & gave us other helpful information about the city & other points of interest. I would highly recommend this comfortable home.

Great find!
Extremely comfortable, well kept home. Spacious bedrooms. Great kitchen with all amenities. Perfect for our group of 7 adults and 1 infant. Owners are extremely gracious and accommodating.
