The house was beautiful and had so much space! We had plenty of space to move around and if we needed alone time we had space to do so. Direct access to the beach was amazing, along with the private pool and golf cart. We enjoyed everything we could and we loved that they had furniture for toddlers!

We came to the beach with our two adult children, their spouses, and their children. We have been visiting the Myrtle Beach area for six/seven years. Each year has been fun but this year was clearly the best. Surfside Beach was exactly what we were looking for. This house was in a great location, We were able to enjoy the beach with our own beach access. The beach was not crowded and was well kept by the town. The house had just the right amount of room for the 11 of us. We prepared most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great having our own pool. The kids loved that. Molly and Paul were so helpful. They provided the routine house information but also gave recommendations for activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend them and this location.

Beautiful House and Beautiful View
The Atlantic Breeze was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Everything was clean when we arrived and felt right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and updated. Beds were very comfortable. The balconies were fantastic. Stunning views and we loved the rocking chairs. The pool was great too. We liked that it was partially shaded so we could cool off and be put of the sun when we wanted. The moms with little kids who loved jumping in the pool really liked that they could touch the bottom in the whole pool. This was a great location and highly recommend it. The hosts were fantastic too!

Perfect family spring break getaway
Our family loved this place! We lucked out on weather and the kids bounced back and forth between building sand castels on the beach and swimming in the heated pool! Great rooms and setup everything was neat and clean and well taken care of.

Myrtle Beach Vacation
Check in was very easy. The construction on the tiles near the pool was very dusty and noisy. Did not have access to the beach chairs because the door would not open due to the tile laying. Was only able to use the pool for 3 days the pilot light was out and had to be lit by the pool guy. The dishwasher would not clean or drain very well ended up doing by hand. Good time had by all would recommend to stay again.

This house was perfect for us. We had family ranging in age from 13 to 79 and it suited us wonderfully! Molly was excellent in getting back to us about one minor thing. Kitchen was well equipped and loved the table and stools at the bar! The living area is much bigger than it appears in the pics. It was very spacious! Views are wonderful from living area and the decks made it easy for all of us to enjoy each other and the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was nice for a quick dip and then back to the sun! I would highly recommend this house and these owners!

Great Property
We've been going to Myrtle Beach for 10 years now. This property is far and away the best we've stayed at. We plan on staying here on our future trips. House is in a great location with great amenities. The owner has beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available for use as well.

Great Family Vacation Spot
We arrived to a beautiful clean and spacious home with wonderful water views. The size of the house was perfect for us and extended family. The kids loved the pool and beach. We loved the shade over the pool during the mid day heat. The location of the home is perfect. You can walk or take a quick drive to food, entertainment, mini golf, water parks you name it. The home is well equipped with everything you may need. The washer and dryer were great to have. We loved staying at this home and the hosts are kind and responsive, We hope to visit again soon!

The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Right on the beach. Private boardwalk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kids really loved the pool! Molly and Paul always responded promptly to any questions we had.

Great fun at Atlantic Breeze
There was very relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with. We especially appreciate the ice machine, it was used a lot. There was a wide variety of videos to watch, the kids really enjoyed that. The decks were great to sit and watch the ocean and sunrise. Having never rented a beach house before, we weren’t sure what to expect. The grandkids loved the pool and all the pool toys and beach toys that were there. It was great having our private walkway to the beach. The beach at Surfside was really nice. It wasn’t crowded at all.
There are few things we would recommend. We would have liked to have the tub/shower in the downstairs master like you advertised. The hot tub worked fine, but it would have been nice to have a bigger one. Someone who is tall like me could fit in it better.
We loved the house and looking forward to returning next year.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay, so much we are hoping to come back next year! The house is exactly as described, and exceeded our expectations. Good location, close to restaurants, beach, and neighboring towns. The private pool is also a great feature. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Amazing Location
We were thrilled to find this beach house for our first vacation in over a year! The home is beautiful and the owners thought of everything you could need! Kitchen was well stocked and with new-looking items, which is always a plus. Beds were super comfy to sleep on! The access to the beach was absolutely perfect...with 3 little ones, it made the trips back and forth so much easier. The pool was amazing because it is mostly covered and so you can get away from the hot sun or the rain. We were also impressed with the outdoor chairs because they had plenty and in great shape. So many things about this house made it all a wonderful experience. Molly and Paul were very accommodating and responsive to any needs we had!! Would highly recommend this beach house!

Wonder holiday get-away!
Our family enjoyed an extended stay at this beautiful home over the holiday weeks. It was exactly what we needed to tuck away during a pandemic to get fresh air and different scenery. The private heated pool and private hot tub allowed us to feel distanced and still enjoy a vacation vibe. Everything we needed was available to us and the communication from Paul & Molly was amazing. They helped us with shopping recommendations, pool assistance and even gave us ideas on the best place to rent a golf cart! Best of all, we woke to ocean views every day. Thank you so much!

Wonderful beach home!
The owners have thought of everything in this lovely beach home, and it actually feels like a home, not a rental. The kitchen is well-stocked, the linens are nice, and everything was very clean. We liked the access code on the door, so we didn't have to worry about sharing (and losing) keys among our group. The location on the beach is perfect for families. With the private access and proximity, kids and adults can go back and forth without having to pack everything up. We enjoyed everything about this place and would definitely return on our next trip to Surfside!

Beautiful spot away from Myrtle Beach hustle and bustle. Awesome views of the beach from the house and short walk there too! Loved the porches to hang out and enjoy the scenery. Family has voted it out best vacation yet
We had the pleasure of Renting this home for our Spring Break 2017. Owners were amazing to work with from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better home with all amenities. We enjoyed all aspects from pool, hot tub and private walk to the beach,beautiful home with beautiful clean decor and especially lovely decks with amazing views.We loved the area. Best Experience To Date
We booked this amazing vacation home a few weeks ago for a vacation in August. Unfortunately, right after we sent in the deposit we had to cancel our trip. I contacted the owner Molly, who could have not been more understanding and nicer to work with. She immediately refunded my deposit and promised to refund the booking fee (could be incorrect term) of $275 if she was able to re book her home. Well as promised, a week later, I received my deposit. Then a few weeks later I received my booking fee of $275. If KARMA is real Molly’s cup must be overflowing. Ironically, even though we are not renting her vacation property, this has been one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had with rental owners! We will definitely use you for future vacations and share your rental property information with others. You, without a doubt, have the best customer service!

Happy Vacationer!
My family rented this vacation home for the second time this year. It hasn't changed a bit, very clean and comfortable, exactly the way we left it last year! The owners are so friendly it seems like you're just using a friends house for the week. The beach is beautiful and the town of Surfside is very nice. You can relax at the house/pool/beach/hot tub all day or drive 5 mins for golf, dinner, mini golf etc. Perfect vacation location.

Better than expected!!
Our family has stayed in many different rental homes and condos over the years searching for the perfect place to call our home away from home. A location that we would want to stay in year after year. We have found it!! We had not been in the house for more than an hour and had already made the decision that "this is the place". We absolutely loved everything about the property. Everything was in perfect working order, the homes was up to date and very clean. The location of the home is in a very nice area as well. I can't think of anything negative to say except that we could not stay longer.

Perfect vacation!
Our family has vacationed several places along the coast in the past, and our trip to Atlantic Breeze at Surfside Beach is truly at the top of the list! We had a full house of three generations - 7 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 1-9 and it was perfect for everyone. The house is lovely, comfortable and very well furnished. The location was great as we were only steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to several restaurants and the pier. We loved the pool and it was particularly nice as its partially under an overhang with some protection and relief during the hottest afternoon hours. I cannot think of a single negative aspect to our stay - we made great memories, had a fun and relaxing time and hope to return someday!

Simply the Best !!!!
Our party included 6 adults. My Husband and I, my mother-in-law and father in-law and our 2 friends shared this beautiful home for 7 days at the end of April-May. Our ages ranged from 46-72yrs of age. Everyone absolutely loved it. We had more than enough space and all the privacy you would need. As one of the other reviews state, you will not feel like you are in a rental. You will feel as if you are staying at a friend's or family home. Everything you need is there, with more than enough incidentals to get you started, (dish detergent, clothing detergent, toilet paper, etc.) The pictures are true and up to date, everything you see you get and more. Everything is clean and well cared for inside and out . We didn't use the pool as it was still a little cool for us. We did use the hot tub and it was glorious, perfectly located, tucked away with all the privacy you would need. Steps to the beach and what a beautiful beach they have. Several little restaurants and ice cream shops are within an easy walking distance. Very safe neighbourhood . The Owners, Molly and Paul, are very personal and so accommodating. They answered all my questions, and I had a lot, very prompty. Molly kept in contact with me leading up to our trip, we even received a Christmas Card from them. They even allowed us to stay on an extra night at their compliment when our flight didn't leave until a day after our rental time expired. I highly recommend this property, and its owners as I had nothing but a positive experience dealing with them. I hope we get to visit here again in the future.

A Fabulous Beach House!
We celebrated our parents 50 year Anniversary at Atlantic Breeze. My family of four, My sisters families and our parents. The house did not disappoint! Well laid out, with everything you need to kick back and enjoy the beach...right down to beach toys,chairs and shovels! The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are gorgeous and Clean! Perfect for families ! The kids loved the pool, which was perfectly placed under the house giving some shade. We all had a wonderful time and hope to go there again!
