Cette jolie petite cabane rénovée se trouve à quelques pâtés de maisons du lac Charlevoix et du déjeuner en bateau public. Il n'y a rien de mieux que d'être à distance de marche de tout ce que Boyne City a à offrir avec un emplacement calme en ville. Cette cabine de bain 3 chambres 2 dans le centre-ville de Boyne City est une escapade abordable pour toute la famille. La cabine a été récemment mis à jour avec tous les nouveaux meubles, une belle cour clôturée. La maison peut accueillir 7 personnes confortablement.

We were able to visit Lakes Superior, Huron and Michigan all in one trip and we rented a boat on Lake Charlevoix. Too many great memories to try and write them all.

Everything was in good order and we enjoyed our stay.

The place is comfortable and tidy. Plenty of room for a family. Fenced in yard is great for dogs and very low traffic in the area. The outside patio needs serious weeding and cleaning. Needs new coffee maker. I would come back and rent this place again.

The property is we appointed, all amenities are thoughtfully taken care of. Great location near the bay and shops. I short drive to Boyne Mountain and walks to the bay area.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog. The place was cozy and spacious. The fenced in yard was really nice for the dog. House was very clean. Owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely would stay here again.

This house was clean and cute. It was absolutely perfect for us, our teenage kids and the grandparents. Best parts: it was central to EVERYTHING we wanted to do, we got to bring our Corgis, and it was walking distance to downtown Boyne City. Biggest challenges: The downstairs bedrooms get better AC flow (two double beds and a set of bunk beds). There were fans for the upstairs rooms. They were a bit warmer, but everyone slept well. Dogs need to be crated, but there isn't much room in the house for the crates. We made it work and will definitely be back.

Sweet, clean, totally furnished, we were pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Loved walking down to the beach and to the local restaurants. A big thank you to the owners ❤️

We stayed there as we were doing the MMM ride. The house is very clean and well maintained. It was within walking distance to downtown. As well as the start of the ride and the finish. The yard is massive and lots of room for our friends who can over after the ride. All in all it was a great weekend

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Conveniently located a block over from a grocery store was nice. Well within walking distance from downtown was definitely a plus too.

We were looking for a weekend away to ski with the family and this was the perfect spot! Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Huge fenced in yard for our goldendoodles. The house was lovely. We'd go back in a minute!

Loved our stay at this bright, warm, and cozy home! VERY clean and well taken care of. Quaint cottage feel, yet everything was updated and clean. Plenty of space for our group of 8. House has everything you need!!! Walk to downtown or the lake front. Short drive to Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs. Sledding park close by, and Boyne Mountain for all your winter activities. Did I mention this house is clean??? Will definitely consider this property in the future!

We had a nice stay with lots of seating inside for conversations.
The beds are comfortable, lines clean and plentiful.
Short walk to town to enjoy street music and eating.
Not really any close place to swim. We missed that. Especially because it is 2 blocks from the beautiful water. Thumbs up for this place.

This rental worked out well for our family. We appreciated the uncluttered home decor, big fenced in backyard, comfy beds/sheets, and close proximity to Lake Charlevoix & down town Boyne City. We would love to rent this property again on our next visit to the Boyne City area.

Great location in town. Very clean with stocked cooking/utensils in the kitchen.
Only compliant is maybe turn the heat up a bit before we get there. It was 50 in the house. Other than that great house.

Great back yard for bonfires! Lots of room in the house as well! Would really love all hardwood floors. Great screened in porch! Had a great time in your beautiful cottage
