Ce nouveau duplex joliment décoré dispose de 5 chambres avec chaque chambre offrant sa propre salle de bain privée. Un ascenseur pour aider à ranger les bagages et l'épicerie est situé au rez-de-chaussée.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve également une chambre «ado» nichée à l'arrière du couloir. Un futon avec deux lits superposés et une télévision sont l'endroit idéal pour que les plus jeunes puissent «s'évader» de tout.
Trois chambres offrent des lits King size et la quatrième chambre a une couchette avec lits jumeaux sur le dessus, double et un lit gigogne double. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain privée et télévision.
Le salon est au dernier étage et la vue vous coupera le souffle. Les couleurs douces et chaudes des canapés ainsi que les riches meubles en bois en font un lieu de rassemblement pour tous. Il y a une table de baby-foot qui est intégrée dans la table basse et a également deux tabourets coulissants pour le jeu. Retournez le dessus et vous avez une table à cartes.
Le coin salon comprend également une grande télévision.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a problem with the occupants in 116-A because the children were shooting nerf bullets over the partition for three days and the adults did not intervene until we complained to Ward Realty. After that, we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

5 out of 5 stars Our family had a wonderful vacation at this gorgeous beach front house that was fully stocked with kitchen items and was very clean. The decor was fabulous, and the location was fantastic with a minimal walk to restaurants, pier, aquarium, community pool, and beach. We did not have to get in our car and travel places allowing us more time to enjoy our vacation.

We had a lovely week long stay with our kids and dog. The pool was so convenient and the location can’t be beat. House was very clean and well stocked - kitchen had lots of cookware and spices. Dave was so helpful with booking and all our pre stay questions. Excellent house for a family getaway. We parked our car and moved it once or twice the rest of the week. Definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

This was our 12th trip to Topsail and one of the best equipped homes we've stayed in. It was fantastic to have all of the linens available and the kids absolutely loved taking bike rides around town and over the bridge with their dad. Location cannot be beat.
Our party included my parents, in their 70's, my husband and me, our four children 11-17, and our little dog. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the floors. Certainly not a dealbreaker.

Our family celebrated another Thanksgiving week at Surf City and this might have been the best week yet. You can't beat the location - just a quick walk to so many things: coffee, live music, a small grocery store, etc. The house was so comfy and made our stay even more relaxing. We clocked many hours on the porch watching the surfers and action at the pier. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

We had an amazing week at Anchors Away! The floor plan was perfect for our family and friend group. We had the night owls upstairs and everyone else in the second floor bedrooms. The baby was able to sleep undisturbed while the adults hung out upstairs. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out when all 8 of us were in the house.
The house is centrally located and we walked just about everywhere all week. We only used the car to go to the Salty Turtle (recommend) and to haul all of our stuff to Aquaholics to rent a boat (also recommend). The kitchen is well equipped if you want to stay in and cook and there was a gas grill under the home.
We loved that it was dog friendly and our girls spent hours out on the decks just sniffing the sea air. We really appreciated the elevator and I don’t think we will ever rent a multi story home without one again. It makes move in and move out so much easier.
We had a minor issue that I will only mention because of the excellent responsiveness of the owner. He was right on top of it and our issue was resolved very quickly. We were very appreciative of that.
I highly recommend this property.

Location, location, location! We had a nice family vacation. Home was nice. We enjoyed the pool and beach. Only thing we were disappointed in was the cleaning. It did not look like anyone cleaned prior to our arrival! Owner was great and responded to us immediately. He worked to make everything better! You won’t be disappointed with this house.

We have vacationed here two years in a row. The owner is fantastic and quick to respond to any of my questions. The views couldn’t be beat and the location is just a walk away to everything you need. My kids love the pool and we love that we don’t have to drive anywhere, just a walk out to the beach, or across the street to Shaka taco, sugar kingdom, IGA, etc.

We enjoyed our stay. House and location was ideal for our family. Us older folks could sit and enjoy the views, while the younger crowd could get out and explore. Everybody having their own bath was a blessing. Would stay here again.

Our first time to Surf City and it was great. The house is right on the beach and the pool was a huge plus. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. Walk to everything. Great views too! Highly recommended!

The house and views were perfect! We enjoyed an amazing week with family for Thanksgiving. The owners are very accommodating and the location can't be beat! We never had to drive anywhere once we arrived. Everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend this beautiful home and we can't wait until we can come back!

You can’t beat the location of this home! Within walking distance of so much. We loved being able to see the pier, especially at night. The house is plenty big to spread out and everyone not be on top of each other. The pool was never crowded, and we loved having that option after a day at the beach.

We had a very relaxing week at the beach..
Check in was a breeze. To our surprise, there was a welcome basket left for us on the kitchen counter. A very nice touch!
This was our annual family vacation at Top Sail. The house was equipped with everything you need-even linens. You can walk to everything you need which is nice especially for Grandma and the little ones.
We chose to eat in or get carry out but the restaurants were open for inside or outside dining.
The views from the house are gorgeous. You can sit on the deck and watch the surfers and beautiful sunsets. There is a pool to relax in or take the little ones to splash around.
The beach was not crowded at all. Everyone was respectful of space in this Covid era. We would certainly stay here again!

We just visited Anchors Away for a week over Memorial Day. It was exactly what our family needed! We just wanted to get away and have a change of scenery while still trying to social distance. Walking into the kitchen and seeing the welcome basket was such a special touch- coffee, treats, soap, tp, etc! What a great idea!There is plenty of space in the house and very nice setup. Each bedroom has their own full bath and having the family room/kitchen on the top floor is perfect for drinking coffee on the beachfront patio and enjoying the gorgeous view! Having the elevator was a lifesaver when unloading our luggage. It is a great location with everything in walking distance. Having the bikes that were provided was a great surprise for my kids! With is being a holiday weekend, the beach was somewhat crowded at first since it's near the pier and one of the public accesses, but nothing too insane. By Tues and the rest of the week, there were very few families and we had plenty of beach space. Just a few things to let the owner know as they probably wouldn't know otherwise. The "old" coffee pot doesn't work. It backs up and spills out of the top bc the pot doesn't push up to let the coffee flow through. No worries, there is a very nice keurig as well. The light under the microwave wouldn't turn off. Also, the gray vacuum has no suction (blows stuff out). There is another one that we used. These were tiny things that didn't affect out trip, but wanted to relay the information. All in all, we would 100% rent here again! It was perfect family time for us when we really needed it! This house was perfect for me and my family. We all had our own private bedrooms room and bathrooms, even my one year old grandson. It is right on the beach, so very convenient with the baby. I have never stayed this close to the bridge and all activity so it was a bit loud at times, particular Sat and Sun night but that’s the only negative comment I have. David, the owner, was great to deal with. Very accommodating and responsive.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay at the property due to coronavirus, but David was amazingly accommodating. We are planning on rescheduling so we can truly enjoy the beach views!

We loved this beautiful oceanfront home. It was as advertised with no surprises. The view is crazy good. We played in the ocean boogie boarding. Our friends took paddle board lessons. We cooked nearly every night in the well appointed kitchen, the house was sparkling clean. Good privacy between the bedrooms. The linens and decorations are lovely. Good communication with owner. We enjoyed Daddy MAC down the street and ate there 3 times with gorgeous beach view. We also enjoyed Beach bunny for ice cream and cute movie area for kids movie. Very family atmosphere and beach nearly deserted during the weekdays. I would highly recommend.

This beach house is a sparkling gem and we will be back! The beach goes for miles and
is quiet and peaceful! My husband and I have been to many beaches in the world and besides Northern Ireland this is one of our favorites! The beach house was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped so we did not eat out the entire week. I highly suggest the local fish markets for fish to cook for supper. There are many board games to play if it is rainy outside. Dave will respond promptly to any questions you have. Thanks Dave for sharing your house with us. We will be back!

First time to Surf City, but have been to the outer banks many times. We decided to go here because its so much easier to get to. After way too much research, finally decided on this place which was the right decision. When you look at the aerial photo, its the unit on the right so you have much more privacy.
This is a great place to stay for many reasons.
The house is laid out very well on three floors. There were just two of us so the third floor - kitchen, living area, porch, 1.5 bathrooms and master bedroom was ideal. With more people, the layout allows for some privacy.
This house does not have the typical "spotty" necessities. Full compliment of kitchen utensils and appliances; nice coffee cups and wine glasses; knives that cut, etc.
The supply of electronics is great - flatscreens throughout the house with cable, and a Wii in the living area. Also a decent supply of movies and a Blue Ray DVD player.
Furniture is good, particularly on the porches, including a few beach chairs.
Another great thing about this house is the location. An easy walk - less than a block- to several good restaurants, deli, pizza, gas station, bank, etc. You can have 12 Coronas on the beach and still go to dinner safely.
The beach got a bit crowded on Saturday, but during the week it was wide open.
I would definitely give this place a look if you are looking for a quality beachfront vacation.
If you go, and need rental stuff; bikes, surfboards, etc. see Rocky at 50South Surf Shop - two blocks away. He will take care of you.
