Well appointed and equipped home in a terrific neighborhood. Plenty of spaces to spread out and the two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were great. One for my wife and I, and one for my parents. Kids each had there own room and a large bathroom to share. Pool was great fun especially in the evening after a day at the beach. Loved the homes location, close to Arashi beach as well as resort area for dining. However, we were glad not to be in the heart of the resort area. Our host, Jen, was super responsive and helpful for our first trip to Aruba. I would rent this home again in a without thinking twice about another property.

When we made our reservation, we assumed that we would have 7 travelers and need all 4 bedrooms. Unfortunately, several of our group could not attend, so we only needed 2 of the bedrooms. With that said, everyone in our group found the home to be a great home, very clean, and with everything needed at hand. The kitchen was extremely well stocked-probably the best I have seen in many VRBO trips. Unfortunately, we did have an early week breakdown of the 4 burner cook top, but the property manager quickly responded and set us up with a temporary cook top. All good!. The community is quiet and well maintained. Probably the best thing about the home is the pool. At night, the colored light show and the fire cauldron is very awesome-the colors are amazing. The owner and the property manger, were both quick to respond to any questions or issues. I highly recommend this home. It is definitely a "10".

I was a little nervous with this being my first experience renting a property for vacation. However, I must say, the owner and property manger ensured we had every thing we needed. The check in and check out process was smooth and effortless. Regret not doing this sooner. I fell in love with the property as soon as I stepped through the door. Very clean and well kept. The back yard felt like a mini resort...very relaxing. I highly recommend.

House was in great location, everything was within a short drive to. Clubhouse was a great bonus and we used it everyday. House was great, everything we could have asked for a group of adults!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Even though our flight was delayed, check-in was a breeze. The property is spacious with enough space to gather as a group and for each person to have some private space. The beds are super-comfy. Jennifer recommended renting a car, so we were able to explore the whole island with day trips to the National Park and to San Nicholas and Baby Beach. I highly recommend this property.

Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. Great location with a beautiful patio and pool. All the amenities were excellent. Could have not picked a better place to stay and this was our 10th visit to Aruba.

Jennifer was the most accommodating host i have ever worked with. This trip was going to be a large family vacation but unfortunately we had to reschedule and only me & my husband ended up in Aruba. The kids and their family will have to join us next time! The home was just as promised, BEAUTIFUL ! The house would have been large enough for our entire family of 10 . We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this home. The home was perfectly located and jennifer was great to work with! Great rental property for a family. Fully furnished house with a private pool. We wish the clubhouse had more amenities to offer( I.e. game room, etc) guests.

What we loved about this home was that it had a fully stocked kitchen, a large pool, beach toys, beach floaties, comfortable beds, and that it was conveniently located across from clubhouse. We also felt that the house was extremely spacious, so for a family of seven, we all felt like we had enough space to relax and unwind. In addition, the owner, Jennifer was amazing to work with. She answered all of my questions and gave me tons of suggestions on where to go and what to do. I could feel from the other end, that she takes great pride in her home and that she truly wants you to have the best vacation experience.

We loved the house , the pool with waterfall was fantastic, Jennifer, the owner was really helpful, beds were so good and comfortable, only thing would be if there were blackout window coverings, but it’s Aruba , one should rise early, house was very well equipped with everything, this was our 3rd time in Noord Aruba , highly recommend this property, loved it . Everything about this place is excellent: excellent space, excellent location, excellent hosts, excellent price. I stayed here for over a week and loved every minute of it.

We had a great time in Aruba staying at this home. It has a nice pool and comfortable seating areas for a party of 8 plus all the kitchen amenities you would need for cooking. The property manager was attentive to our needs and the clubhouse is just across the street for restaurant meals and more pool/beach fun plus easy access to taxis.

The property was beautiful. Checking in was a little stressful. Arrived in Aruba and didn’t received any confirmation on how to check in the property. Had to call Jennifer and get the information. Arrived at the property the house was beautiful but it seem like the floor didn’t feel clean. The comforter on the mattress didn’t look the clean either. The patio set in the master bedroom was destroyed, didn’t even bother to sit out there. Overall when we arrived it was stressful didn’t want to start off vacation cleaning. But after that we enjoy Aruba as best as we can.

Just returned home from yet another vacation in Aruba! The house is perfect for families - close to the best beaches in Aruba. Amenities included beach chairs and beach coolers which are perfect for lazy days at the beach. The location is a short drive to beaches and restaurants. We loved coming back to the beautiful pool and enjoying dinner on the patio table. Across the street is the clubhouse which has an amazing restaurant (Cantina) to enjoy great food and cocktails. Jennifer (host) was fantastic and made our visit seamless from beginning to end! We will look to return to this rental on our next visit to Aruba. Highly recommend this house!!!

The house was beautiful in a really nice neighborhood. A group of 7 and we had more than enough room. Jennifer was wonderful with giving details about things to do in the area and just overall nice. I would definitely recommend this house, can't wait to visit again.

Home was beautiful, the pool with waterfall and jets was a very nice feature. Landscaping was well kept. Close to the best beaches and snorkeling. Jennifer was very responsive when we had questions. Home was spacious and clean, in a safe neighborhood. Kitchen had everything needed, including a Keurig, for when we chose to eat in. Bathrooms were upscale, and well designed. Beds were very, very comfortable! Chairs and coolers were available for days at the beach. We would highly recommend this home, and would absolutely stay here again!

The property was fantastic. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Evenings were spent in and around the pool. The kitchen had everything you could think of and then some. Location was great close to some of our favorite places like Tres Trapi and Boca Catalina. Jennifer was great, extremely responsive to all my questions. I’d recommend this place for your next stay.

Our family vacation was a great experience @ Jennifer's property! The place was just like it was pictured; very well decorated& the pool was fabulous! The property was equipped with everything needed for a family vacation! I definitely recommend this property to anyone who plans to come to Aruba with a party of 7-8. Thank you Jennifer!!

This home was amazing- bright, clean, new! The pool and yard are meticulous and beautifully cared for! Great area w super friendly security! The pandemic definitely altered some of our “clubhouse” expectation but in retrospect this was a positive. This kitchen has a better appointed than mine at home and dinners in were easy, if that’s something you’re looking for! (Dinners out were great, too- check out Cafe 080 and the Local Store for casual-dine-where-the-locals-eat places! Stay away from the big mall restaurants- any of the Joe’s set-ups!) We never heard or saw management...but our communication with the owner was terrific! I would recommend this listing to anyone interested in staying in Noord!

We are a family, 3 sisters and our husbands. We each had our own bathrooms and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and the pool area was amazing. We loved renting this home❤️

We were a group of 8 adult couples, we had NO issues at all with space, the property is fantastic. Jennifer was awesome, great communication and very friendly. Its very close to Arashi beach, and easy drives down to the Hotel area and other beaches, but go to Arashi...it’s the best beach in the island. I highly recommend staying here!

We were first time visitors to Aruba, with 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 4-16 years old. This house proved to be the perfect base for us. There was ample room for each to enjoy their own space. The pool was amazing. Lots of bathrooms; and an outdoor shower and bathroom for using with the pool. Balconies were a bonus. The location and gated community were spotless, with lots of amenities. Location was amazing, quick drive to all the key spots. Kitchen was well equipped, and everything worked flawless. We had 1 small issue with wifi (very important for teenagers!) and the management sent somebody to resolve within hours. Communication with the property owner was flawless with very timely responses. All her suggestions were spot on, some of the best advice ever given in my VRBO or AIRBNB experiences. The car rental company she suggested was amazing. I cannot overstate how amazing this property is and how the owner and management team made the whole vacation happen without a worry. I would tell everybody with a large group to consider this property without hesitation. It certainly helped make our trip a 10/10. Not a single concern or complaint.

The place was wonderful! There were no surprises This was perfect for our family getaway Everyone had their own space Kitchen was well equipped. Grill outside was excellent and we were familiar with it as we have one at home just like it. We utilized the outdoor living area, dining, pool and loungers Beach was about 2 miles away (Arashi) Some of the beach chairs need updating but it worked fine with us We hope to be back at the same villa soon as we repeat our visits yearly at the same time each year. Happy New Year
