Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Beach house was exactly what we expected. Walk to the beach was only a few steps. Could see the beach from the house. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had and kept in communication with us as needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very comfortable with the exception of the front bedroom mattress. We have been doing family time at the beach got 22 years. Staying here the last two years has been the best. As grand parents age , the elevator is a must.

The home was lovely, but the housekeeping needs attention. There is a refrigerator in the dining room that reeks of fish. I made the mistake of opening the refrigerator door and it was full of fish juice and was so foul smelling. The dishwasher was not clean and only one pod was available to use. Had I known, I could have brought dishwashing supplies. The house is gorgeous though. The host was lovely and talked to me, prior to the visit.

Plenty of room to spread out comfortably. Love the 2 refrigerators and chest freezer for ice. There’s a perfect table for puzzling too!! Easy access to beach.

our family (three generations) 8 people have stayed at this location for the past 6 years. The house is very well maintained and stocked, the property manager responds immediately and any problem is taken care of promptly the beach is a few steps away and is clean

The House is Big and Beautiful!! We enjoyed the closeness of the Beach 😎 Two Refrigerators snd two Ovens made the Kitchen a Paradise!! Double Balcony made my morning coffee ☕️ a relaxing way to start my day. We all enjoyed the hot showers never ran out of hot water !! Definitely a Place we look forward to spending our Family Time again !! Thank you 😎🏝️☀️

Perfect spot for family beach vacation. Very secluded away from crowds so easy access to beach. House was very nice with plenty of room for 14.

We rented this property for Mother’s Day for family for my mother in law. The home is in a very quiet area and has great easy access to the beach. Even my MIL could get to the beach with her walker over the walkway. Marisol was very easy to work with and communication and response time was excellent. We had a few hiccups… the third floor ac was not working when we arrived, but it was corrected the next afternoon. The last night we were there it rained and leaked through the roof in the living room, just reported it upon leaving, the washing machine would not drain when we did a light load of clothes the last morning we were there, and the ice maker did not work… but not a big deal, we just bought several bags of ice and it was great to have the chest freezer. Loved the fact that there are two refrigerators, two ovens, and a chest freezer. Kitchen is well stocked. The elevator was the biggest attraction for us, without it mom could not have made the trip probably. Having the shower downstairs to rinse off prior to coming in is a plus as well. All in all… minor issues.. but we are looking at returning for Thanksgiving.

You all need to work on the AC a little bit better. It was too hot.

House is very comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location …. Beach is just steps from the door !!

Needs a little help in some areas. Garbage disposal does not work, key box is difficult to get into, and several light bulbs were burned out (we replaced them). Overall, quite nice though..

We stayed with 9 adults , 2 teenagers and one 12 year old. We were able to fit comfortably in the house. The drive to most attractions is about 30 minutes. The walk to the beach is very close and easy! The view from the deck is wonderful ! Had a few hiccups with some appliances.

Lovely views! The place had everything; we found the beach toys in the closet outside. The kitchen was my favorite room; plenty of space and convenient placing of items!

2nd time at this wonderful beach house for Dickens weekend with family from CA, PA, TN and TX. It was also my 70th birthday. No better place, very well furnished with beautiful views of the beach and easy short walk to the beach! And the elevator is a great asset! Planning on it again next year!

We were in town for a motorcycle rally, the property was great.

Beautiful home outside and inside, fully equipped. Loved the kitchen and living area. We had a group of 10 ladies on retreat. This house definitely needs another half bath upstairs because the one full bathroom was built within the walls of one bedroom and not centrally accessible to the second bedroom. Also Lock box for keys was very difficult to open

Great place to give my mother her 83rd birthday party!

The property was even more beautiful in person and very specious with only steps away from the beach. From patio deck you're able to see the moonrise and sunset. I recommend this property.

This property is fabulous. I would spend a weekend here every month if I could. The advertising was 100 percent correct, maybe even understated. Our entire family was pleased with every aspect of our stay. The neighborhood is nice and secluded and quiet, as well as the beach. The beach access is so simple and easy. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are spotless and the beds were great and plentiful with space left over. And Marisol was easy to reach and a whole lot of help when I needed her. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time- had adult kids meet in Galveston for a long weekend. Everything was very clean and just like the pictures. We all had a great time- it was our third visit there and will definitely be back.

This is a large house making the living area, kitchen and dining area very comfortable. One great amenity was the 2nd small refrigerator in the dining room that we kept the drinks in so we didn't need to use the coolers. Kahala Dr. is a private street so there was traffic of cars or people. The walk to the beach was just across the street making it great for all of us. Unfortunately the room we slept in had 2 double beds that really needed to be replaced. The grill they have is not a gas grill but a charcoal grill. They had a lot of beach toys and chairs. This is a keeper and we hope to come back next year, but we hope they invest in 2 new double beds!

A couple of things did not work. (dish washer and downstairs bathroom. However, shower was nice downstairs.). Nice crossover for the beach. The elevator was very helpful for the two parents over 80, however, children do not need to use it. It really helped loading and unloading the vehicles. Upstairs bedroom is especially nice. The beds in the middle bedroom downstairs could be updated. and add a TV. Bunk bed room upstairs is especially nice. Lot of nice extras in the kitchen. and really nice TV in the open area.

This house is perfect for multiple families. The space is comfortable with a large kitchen. Two refrigerators and a freezer was a plus along with the walk-in pantry. Short walk to the beach made our stay very enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed this wonderful home so much! The location was terrific and the homeowner was very quick to respond and so accommodating with a special request. I would highly recommend. We have been renting beac houses for over 6 years and this one checked all the boxes and did not disappoint.
