The property is as advertised. There was a great little town within the community with restaurants and shops. The beach was a short bike ride or drive away. The grill was clean and had all the supplies. A backup propane tank was in the garage too for when it ran out. Also 15 min drive to a great local public golf course with a driving range. Larry was very responsive to our communications and had a pleasant and positive demeanor. We would definitely stay again.

We just retuned from a much needed vacation and had a lovely time at this property! Larry was easy to communicate with and very responsive.
The home is equipped with everything needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
We enjoyed early morning bike rides, nearby south cape beach, the marketplace for mini golf and ice cream and so many other local spots.

We found our property to be perfect for a peaceful family get away to Cape Code. The location was near so much to do and see that we could have spent a week just in the local area. Larry was a great host and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a location with plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax.

Wonderful stay!
Very comfortable place to stay for our family of 5! The house was layed out well- plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. The backyard and patio were really nice- we enjoyed using the grill! We were especially grateful for the 2 full bathrooms and the easily accessible washer and dryer! Larry was easy to reach and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Cape Cod vacation.
After 30 years since our last visit, the Cape is timeless for it's natural beauty. Our week long stay at the Mews Village property was perfect. Great spot, great home and the neighborhood was as peaceful as can be. Thank you Larry for making your home available on VRBO.

Very Clean Comfortable Home In a Beautiful Location
First and most appreciated Larry, the property owner, was very prompt and responsive to our questions after our arrival. The house is very clean and the private patio and backyard faces a beautiful golf course. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes,utensils and several new pots and pans. The master bedroom mattress is so very comfortable for a great nights sleep. We watched the Patriots vs Buccaneers on the large living room Samsung TV. The clarity, sound and extended channel choices are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your home. Thank You!

Relaxing time in New Seabury
Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped, with strong wifi and excellent TV . The over sized garage was a nice bonus. We would not hesitate to return.

Great Location and Home
Very comfortable home located on a golf course. The size and layout of the home was perfect for my family to spread out and have quiet spaces. The New Seabury area is very attractive with well cared for homes. We enjoyed our stay very much and found everything in the home to work perfectly.

Beautiful property
This is a beautiful property in the nicest of areas. It’s very close to several beaches, it’s very quiet at night (which is important to me) and the area is very well kept. The owner was great in responding to communications. Definitely recommended.

Excellent peaceful vacation home
We rented the house for three weeks and felt very much at home throughout. Great location, comfortable house with high quality appliances. Very private backyard facing the golf course. Larry was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

You've Tried the Rest, Now Try the Best
After coming to the Cape for 25+ years, and staying in "quaint rustic cottages" , I grew tired of broken air conditioners (if there were air conditioners!), lumpy mattresses and windows that had to be held open with a wooden block, I decided to give the Mews Villa a try. The property was, as described, "exceptional". The appliances were modern and top of the line. The raised, wood beam ceiling offered an open and airy feeling, and the landscaping was beautifully executed with bursts of vibrant hydrangeas punctuated by hibiscus.
The location of the property was perfect! I could commute easily to the seminar that I was taking, see the Film Festival in Woods Hole, and meander up 6A to the Artist's Cottages in Orleans. The property at 71 Mashie couldn't be surpassed!

Great Cape Cod Location
The property location gives everyone something to do - Nearby are the south Cape beaches, fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, biking etc etc. Very well maintained and clean property abutting New Seabury's golf course. Many updates to property - Modern kitchen with all new appliances - Garage, central air, outdoor patio area with gas grill, multiple TV's with comfortable couches and stable/fast wifi for those that unfortunately may have to do some work. The New Seabury community feels very private and comfortable. The owner Larry is great to deal with and made sure that we had no issues with our stay. Highly recommend this property for family's and adults looking for a memorable Cape Cod vacation!

Perfect base for a Cape adventure
Nice location in a quiet and clean community. The unit was more than big enough for our family of 5, the den accommodating the oldest teenager. The unit is well equipped for dining in and there are a number of locations to dine out in the immediate vicinity. Mashpee shopping outlet is within 10 minutes by car for all you supplies. Nice outside area with a big grill, works well for breakfast and dinner. Some of the garden is a little overgrown and could benefit with tidying, but do not let that distract you - there is plenty of outdoor space.
Community pool (again could do with a little tidy up, though the pool is fine and served by a lifeguard) is 2 minutes walk away, which we used most days. Provincetown, which is about the furthest you would travel is about 90 minutes away.
Highly recommended.

Nice property with lots to do close by
Nice private property in very nice neighborhood on a golf course. Lots of great things to do near by - shopping, restaurants, beaches etc. We would definitely rent this place again.

Best Vacation Rental EVER!!!
This was our first trip to Cape Cod and the location could not have been better. We were able to go from one end to the other, visit Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, travel to Boston, the Kennedy Compound ... we did a lot in our short stay!
The owner, Larry, was amazing! He was very prompt in responding to any inquiries, honest, and a pleasure to work with. His villa as described, is far better than imaginable. It was a home, lots of room for all of us. I was traveling with my mom and my three teenagers and there was more than enough room to spread out. The neighborhood is lovely - very homey - lots of places to stroll and walk as well as access to the pool and fitness center. The kitchen is stocked, even a keurig as well as a bbq outside.
We have booked all of our vacations through VRBO over the years and this was definitely one of the finest experiences and homes we have stayed at!

Relaxed vacation
A very comfortable house with everything you need. The kitchen is not big, but it has all the appliances and utensils you need to cook. Good size dinning room located next to the kitchen with access to the patio. Patio has a view to the Golf course. Nice size bedrooms with big closets and plenty of linens and towels. Larry the owner is a phone away if you need help or have questions. The community pool is only a few steps from the house. Try to arrive at the house during the day until you know your way around, It's a very nice area but secluded. New Seabury Market Place and South Cape Beach are only minutes away. Mashpee shopping has plenty of stores, groceries & restaurants. I will recommend this house for a vacation.

The pictures do not do it justice!
Walking into the house the first time was a very pleasant surprise. I thought it would be much smaller from the pictures, but it was actually very big. The house was very clean, light and airy, and there were a variety of rooms including the bedrooms, a separate den, a separate dining room, etc. My personal favorite spot was the private backyard. This house is in a pretty, manicured neighborhood and very close to the pool. I would stay again!

Perfect Location
Very comfortable and easy living home centrally located on Cape Cod in the New Seabury Resort. Views of New Seabury's Dunes course 13th hole - South facing with large sliders providing plenty of summer sunshine - Private and quiet part of community with limited car traffic. Community pool located steps away, Fully equipped kitchen, gas oven, large outdoor grill, three HD TV's with full cable line up, comfortable air conditioning with large living room and dining room, garage with bikes and large private patio area.
The owner is very accommodating and helpful - The house was just as described and very clean when we arrived. South Cape Beach Park is minutes away as well as shopping and restaurants at the award winning Mashpee Commons development.
Highly recommend this property for family's and travelers - Cape Cod fun in the sun for everyone with a comfortable gathering spot to relax in.

Excellent property for family vacation
We spent two weeks at this wonderful house at Mashie Circle in Mashpee, which is located inside New Seabury Resort, and every day we couldn't be happier coming back to this house after a day at the beach or exploring outdoors. Clean, spacious, very well appointed, with very efficient central air, the house was a pleasure to come back to. The house has two spacious bedrooms (one with two twin beds, and one master suite with master bathroom), big living room, big dining room with enough space for 8 people at the table, and a family room with sleeper sofa. There are three flat screen TVs in the house if that is important to you. The kitchen is well stuffed with tons of pans, pots and utensils and well working gas oven. Multiple appliances are available to use, including different coffee makers, toaster, blender and more. The house also has a spacious patio and a very well working grill, which makes cooking a breeze. The house also offers the use of a garage. The owner, Larry is the most accommodating. Community Pool is conveniently located in a very close proximity to the house ( 200 yards or so). Marketplace, which is located inside the New Seabury resort, offers a number of food options, including incredible lobster roll at the Bob's Seafood Cafe. Mashpee Commons, a very unique shopping center on Cape Cod, with variety is food options, supermarkets and various stores is located within 10 minutes driving distance and definitely would worth your time.
All in all, this house is highly recommended for the great family vacation .

Perfect Retreat
This property is exactly as described in the listing. It is conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The owner, Larry Wells, is most accommodating and extremely easy to work with. The outdoor gas grill is awesome. The washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air all contribute to an easy and relaxing vacation. This summer is the second summer we rented this property, and I would highly recommend it.l

Cape Cod visit
We had a wonderful stay in this condo. There were four adults and one baby. It was a pleasant surprise to us that everything was just as it was advertised. It was very clean, wonderful comfortable furniture, and a bonus full dining room and extra "den" with a pull out couch. There were three flat screen cable tvs, and a great AC system. My personal favorite: didn't see a single bug of any kind!!!

Beautiful vacation rental...must be seen.
WE found this lovely home so comfortable and spacious. The amenities were everything we asked for and made us feel as if this were our home. The beds were extremely comfortable, the TVs and entertainment equipment were of a high caliber and helped make our stay a special one. Central air, lovely patio and gas grill, flat screen hd tv's, separate dining room and 3 bedrooms kept us very comfortable. The location was perfect. aout 2 miles to the nearest beach which was serene and very clean, and steps from a community pool. Larry, the owner, couldn't have been easier to work with and was very accommodating. The New Seabury community is one filled with beautiful home, charming vacation rentals, very near to high caliber shopping, quaint towns, gourmet restaurants and accessible to most major sightseeing attractions. We would definitely consider going back to this property next time we visit the cape.
