EZ access to ocean and bay side Pool, dock, bait freezer, neat and clean. Everything you need !

The house was well kept and had everything we needed. Boat/trailer parking for a 30’ was a bit tough but we made it work. Contacting the owner or manager was very easy and their replies were quick. Pool area was clean and dockage was large enough for my 30’ and 21’ boat. If I had to list any negatives, the bed frames in the guest rooms were loud and cheap. The beds slept great but could travel on you. The house was overall a nice place to stay. I have been going to the keys every year and think this size house with its amenities was a bit overpriced.

As advertised. Would stay there again.

This home was exactly what we needed. Centrally located in quiet neighborhood. Very clean, well stocked and felt like home. Fished every day in the canal, so relaxing. Caught Mango snappers, Key west grunts by the dozen. Manatee visits were one of our favorite parts of the day. Pool was so clean and refreshing, thankful for the shade from the Tiki hut. Nancy was so nice and kind. Would definitely stay at this place again and would highly recommend it!!

The house was very clean and offered more amenities than expected. Though we love staying oceanfront, this was a great alternative. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed the area. We would stay here again.

This place was great we all have a nice experience it is the first time in 5 years going to the keys that we found a nice neighbors. They told us where to go and super nice couple . The house over hall was great nice heated pool and the location was amazing we where able to go out in our boat every day since the exit is a facing the Atlantic Ocean. There is plenty space for trailer (just don’t make the same mistake I made) there is a dolly inside the little house that makes parking the boat trailer much easier I found out after I parked my. The rooms are spacious and the beds very confortable . Only thing that we found a little uncomfortable was the bugs inside the house there was little ants everywhere but nothing major . I would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay here. We had a family of 5-2 adults, 3 kids (10, 7 and 1.5 year old) My daughters had so much fun in the pool and fishing right off the back of the house. The house was fully stocked with plates, pots, pans etc. We would most definitely consider staying here again. :)))

This location was central and fantastic. The house was clean and came with many amenities not offered by others, including a heated pool! There is a park and dog park right next to the property, though you will have to walk to the end of the road to get to get around the perimeter fence line to access it. The property is next to a small airport, but we rarely, if ever, heard any noise from it. All in all, a great place to stay! I never had to contact the property owner/manager during my stay. Everything was as it should be.

Location is great! House Is in need of a lot of help! For the amount I paid, I expect small necessities! I stay at different house every year in the keys and they all have been very nice and fully stocked with anything and everything you would need to make for a pleasant stay. First thing I noticed was no paper towels. I emailed the manager/owner on VRBO asking where paper towels might be located. I was told there might be one roll to get me started and that I needed to contact someone else, which is completely unacceptable! That left a bad taste in my mouth immediately after paying $375 a night I believe I should not have to supply the simple necessities or have to contact multiple people. My expectations with the amount I paid per night I just need to show up with my toothbrush and cloths. This house is definitely not the case. And it should be in the description on VRBO that you need to supply all your small necessities so I could actually bring it with me instead spending a bunch of unnecessary money at the inflated prices in the keys. Also, state that you should bring your own kitchen utensils that are quality grade to be able to use and your own grill. There were no paper towels, and one garbage bag, and a couple rolls of toilet paper. All the furniture and kitchen utensils were either from a yard sale or the dollar tree, just very poor quality throughout the home. Very cheap old furniture and supplies that break in your hand while using. The outdoor zero gravity chairs are old and rusted and actually falling apart into pieces. The grill caught fire when we tried to use it and had to use a hose to put it out, so unable to use the grill the whole week, again unacceptable when the plan was to cook out every night! The oven takes forever to warm up. The internet password that was sent to me did not work, there was a paper that was difficult to read, so had to try multiple times with the password to finally work. There was a rule that you can only use the a/c to 72 degrees which again is unacceptable. I stayed in a hotel the night before and wished I just stayed in the hotel the whole week instead of spending the extra money on this substandard rental! This is just a small amount of the issues I encountered for the week! The home has a lot of potential but as long as people leave dishonest reviews the owners will never upgrade the home to standards!

Great location and the house was perfect I. Every way . No stairs to climb and the pool and and excess to water was close . Everything a family would want🙂

We had an amazing time and really appreciated all the amenities. We loved having our own pool, everything was clean, beds were comfortable, well appointed kitchen, plenty of room for parking…can’t say enough. I especially liked having the park next to us for jogging and boating had easy ocean access. We also enjoyed the manatee visit.

Exactly as described and very clean! We have stayed in the Keys since 2012, and have never had a home stocked like this one; kitchen had literally anything you needed! Pool was perfect and so was docking area for our boat! We kept up with laundry throughout the week and only had to buy our detergent and dryer sheets and a four pack of toilet paper and paper towels! We had room out front for our 2 trucks and a boat trailer. Not a complaint, but oh man the rocks out back sure hurt your feet, so make sure your shoes are nearby;) We recommend Island Fish Company for dinner and Worldwide Sportsman and Robbie’s Marina for a good time! Lots of fishing and we caught a huge variety: Tarpon, Shark, hogfish, parrot fish, mangrove snapper, porgy, lion fish, yellowtail snapper and more!! Oh, and the highlight was our three Manatees that came to visit us 3-4 times at our dock!! Thanks Nancy for sharing your lovely home, and already requested next year! Sincerely, The Bland Family

We would definitely stay here again! The property was excellent; ideally located near stores, boat rentals, fishing rod rentals, and only an hour to Key West or Key Largo.; and it was super cute, clean, and well maintained! Plus, seeing the manatee off the back dock was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this property

Upon arrival we found the property clean and ready for us. The property was as advertised which is not always the case. We had 6 adults and a 12 year old and a dog. There was room for all including two boats on the dock. The park and dog park being across the street were a plus. My only feedback to the owner would be the fan in the master bedroom which can get a little noisy at times, other than that great home. Will will be seeking to rent it again!.

Just what we were looking for. Newly remodeled with everything we needed to get started. It was very clean and that is a plus. The kids had a great time in the pool and fishing off of the dock. The kayaks were a big hit also. We all enjoyed sitting by the canal every night after dinner watching the manatee’s. Even got to see a mom and her baby. I talked to the owner Nancy a couple times because we had to leave the house for an hour for fire marshal to inspect and Nancy treated us to breakfast at the Stuffed Pig and it was amazing. We had a great time in the Key’s and we will definitely consider renting this home again when we return. It is very convenient to a lot of great food and fun! Thank you Nancy!!

Great location, house was perfect & pool was nice after a day of fishing. Will definitely stay again.

The house is on a semi narrow street with very few options to turn around while pulling a boat trailer, however, you can pull into the public bldg lot near the hiway and then back down the street about 10 houses or so to park boat/trailer. Street is not busy, very little traffic. We were able to park the 26’ trailer so that we had room for 2 cars and a truck., The location off the hiway and to open water is Superb! The house is much bigger inside than it appears from the outside. The pool is perfect, the dock space great. The canal clean. The bedrooms large. I only started with the turn around issue first because if you pull down the street to the house without being aware of it you will get a big surprise. It wasn’t really that big of a deal. I will rent here again without hesitation. This place gets a big thumbs up from me.

The house is amazing and the location is perfect! The floor plan is well thought out with plenty of room for families to move around. The outdoor space was a bonus! So close to the ocean and the pool was great! Across the street is a dog park with a nice walking path that leads you to the ocean. Such an amazing property and the price was a win win! Will definitely come back!

Great property - backyard especially perfect! We ate every meal and outside and spent most of our time at the house in the backyard. Property was exactly what we expected. Location perfect - close to everything and easy to find. Property manager was quick to respond and neighbors were friendly - absolutely no problems just perfect.

The place is amazing from start to finish. Plenty of parking, clean, comfortable for 5, heated pool was terrific, location is great, neighbors were great, bait cooler, cleaning table, large dock, and the ocean side access was great for fishing.

Such a great place to stay. House was clean, lots of cooking utensils, great pool/dock area with heated pool. Even a step down portion of the dock for easy access to hop into a kayak or on a paddle board. Owner was responsive and even had items sent to the house quickly that most likely just needed replacement. Super helpful and was even able to help with some boating questions. Very cute cozy home and would definitely stay again. Only comment is to remember to bring beach towels and some extra bath towels of you will have a houseful. We hope to come back and stay again!

Everything was amazing. The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our visits from the manatees. The pool was the perfect temperature at night. Kayaks were a big hit.

We enjoyed the house and the open eater at the end if the canal made it a quick trip to deep water. Beds are very comfortable. The steps down to the living room are a bit steep and for older adults not easy. Would recommend a rail or something to hold on too. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property manger Eddie was very nice and made sure everything was working properly.The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a awesome set up for docking your boat. The pool and tiki hut was very nice to have. The plus about this house is there is very little stairs, one step and your inside. The water Access from the canal to the ocean was great, less than 5 mins and your in the ocean. Would recommend these place to anyone. We will be back !

The canal is narrow but the end has a perfect cutout for turning around. The house is wonderfully appointed with everything we needed for the week. The only suggestion is to bring beach towels because those are not provided but linens and bathroom towels are. The beds are super comfortable! The living room also super cozy and the couches are great for relaxing after a day on the water. My boys(13, 10, and 3) were never once bored. They fished, swam, and kayaked every day. The pool was the perfect size to cool off after a day on the water. We loved our week and look forward to returning.

This is a very comfortable and clean home which was ideal for our family vacation. If you have a boat, you will be at the ocean within a couple of minutes. Beautiful.
