Had issue with shower shutoff, Rachel was super helpful in resolving situation.

The home was perfect for our of family ski trip. We were able to stay for a month and we’re very pleased with the house, location and customer service from Rachel. She left us a welcome packet with special care and all the instructions we needed to feel at home. The house is a three story duplex (you don’t really see or hear the neighbors though - they have a completely separate entrance). There is a mud room, two bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room on the first floor. The second floor is an open, sun-lit kitchen, small balcony, dining and living room. On the third floor is a private loft/master bedroom and bathroom with a little desk area. The internet was great. Two of us teleworked during the day and had no issues with connectivity or speed. The hot tub was large and right outside the door with plenty of towels to dry off with. Rachel was very accommodating with our dog and that was so important for us to be able to bring him. You’ll love the “poop loop” as they call it. It’s part of the cross country ski trail just down the street that dogs can run and play off leash. We went daily. The house was so convenient to the grocery, town and the ski bus. Very easy to get around. We rarely needed our vehicles while in CB. We highly recommend 701 or 703 Sopris for your next stay in Crested Butte. We have already started talking about our next ski trip and are ready to come up in the summer. We plan to stay at one of Rachel’s properties again.Don’t miss out.

My famly and I stayed at this Crested Butte gem for a ski trip and will definitely be back!! Rachel was wonderful to work with - very responsive & helpful!! The private hot tub was a huge hit for my crew. We also loved the full kitchen & easy access to Elk Ave (main street with shops & restaurants).

Our group really enjoyed staying at this property. The proximity to town was perfect for dinners out and catching the bus to ski in the morning. We loved the private hot tub as well. The only drawback was the beds downstairs need to be upgraded for comfort.

Everything went well on our stay. CB is a cool town. The location is one block from Elk Ave and two blocks from the main intersection. Surrounded by other similar houses and a park down the street. Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for the three of us. Hot tub felt great after skiing T-bars all day.

We loved our stay at Rachel's house in Crested Butte. The house was a great fit for our extended family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the living areas were great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The hot tub was a big hit as well. Rachel was very communicative and answered any questions we had very promptly. Another wonderful feature of the house is its location. The free shuttle to the mountain is about a block away, and we never waited more than a couple of minutes for a bus. Historic and lively Elk Avenue was only another block away, and it was great to be able to walk down there for some shopping or dinner. We would love to come back again!

Townhome was as advertised. It was in a great location. Easy walk to town and to the 4 way us stop to get to the slopes. Hot tub was a nice size and was a good recharge at the end of the day.

Everything was easy, house was well equipped with several extras like the hot tub, great house for young children, nice walkable location. Landlord kindly offered us a free night next time when we had to leave a little early due to one person having altitude sickness.

We've rented in Crested Butte three times and this was our most favorite. The location is absolutely perfect and we love that it had a little yard for our dog. Amenities were great and the family/dining room was perfect for us. We stayed with my husband, dog, and my parents. We will be back!! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte. The location was perfect - quiet and still within walking distance to all shopping and dining. Our only complaint was the beds in the downstairs bedrooms. They may have been okay for a couple of nights but they were not comfortable especially for two adults for an entire week.

I wanted to bring the family to Crested Butte, one of my favorite places in CO. We'd been here in the summer, which is AMAZING, but to ski CB in the winter is a life experience. I did a lot of research about where to stay- on mountain, out of town or in town. After finding this house, I knew it was the perfect choice. Now, would it live up to my expectations…The short answer is ABSOLUTLY YES! The house was perfect, from the amount of bedrooms, to the hot tub, living room and the location is PERFECT. We hot tubed each afternoon after three great days of skiing (CB got 20” while we were there) and then walked downtown, ate dinner, had ice cream and shopped; thoroughly enjoying ourselves the entire time. Will we come back- 100% yes, and will we stay here again- 100% YES! The house helped make it an awesome, memory filled weekend.

We were also walking distance to the bus stop to the mountains which was very convenient. The home was very clean and supplied lots of towels for the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals. It was very comfortable and a beautiful place to stay. We highly recommend this location and would consider staying here again.

The property was perfect for my group. It was a great location for walking to town or taking the shuttle up to ski. The property was perfect for 5 adults and we had plenty of space. Rachel was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family was looking to escape Denver for a month since everyone was online because of Covid and this house was perfect for us! Comfortable beds, everything needed in kitchen, great hot tub, short walk to ski shuttle and shops, close walk to off leash run for dogs and last but certainly not least Rachel was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll be back!

The only reason we have this a 4 was misunderstanding on my part about the number of stairs. I assumed that we entered on main floor and therefore would not have to have dealt with stairs everyday. Entering on basement level there were a lot of stairs to top floor.( just had back surgery)

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was such a great location for a family--my son learned to ride a bicycle on the street in front of this house. The park is right there & the town is so close. We loved it! The house is lovely & the hot tub was great!

We had an incredible week in CB at this amazing property. We had two couples and their young child. The floor plan worked out perfectly and the location could not be more perfect!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The views from the family room are beautiful and it's in a perfect location that's walkable to downtown.

Great convenient place to stay in CB!

What a great location. Two blocks from the Main Street in town and the shuttle to the ski area, therefore, no need to drive once you are there. The house is charming and it was clean and well kept. A bottle of wine greated our arrival and we loved the large hot tub. We highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks Rachel.

Stocked with everything you need! Excellent location can walk to everything. Comfy beds and jacuzzi is great! Lovely place to stay and I’m extremely picky :)

Large bedrooms and separate bathrooms provide privacy and space. Location is close enough to town that you can leave your car parked and walk to any restaurant or store.

We have stayed at a few other properties over the years and this one was by far the best. I was incredibly well maintained and the owner was great about being super responsive when getting the whole trip set up. We had plenty of room for 5 people and dogs and we able to walk everywhere in town from downtown to the local nordic tracks. The town shuttle stop is just around the corner and we were able to easily walk over to the stop in our ski gear and make it to the slopes for a full day of skiing and then back for a soak in the hot tub. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again and would love to see it in the summer!
