Cette unité de coin au dernier étage est de 1500 pieds carrés et offre une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Elle comprend deux chambres et un loft pouvant accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Avec 4 téléviseurs, lecteurs de DVD et VHS et sans fil haute vitesse, vous aurez toute la technologie dont vous avez besoin. Un barbecue cuisine et terrasse terrasse bien équipée fournit l'environnement idéal pour de grands repas. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse qui vous permet de voyager léger.
La grande chambre des maîtres privée comprend un lit queen size, salle de bains avec deux lavabos et deux dressings.
Très bien situé à côté de l'ascenseur avec chauffe le garage intérieur ci-dessous. Le club-house, salle de sport, un bain à remous et la piscine sont à quelques pas de là.
Le Parc olympique et Canyons Ski Resort sont à seulement 5 minutes de route et Park City Mountain Resort et Deer Valley se trouvent à seulement dix minutes en voiture. Alton, Solitude et Brighton sont à 30 minutes en voiture panoramique de l'autre côté de la montagne et de l'aéroport de Salt Lake City est également à 30 minutes.
Cette unité est équipée de la climatisation pour les mois d'été avec un vélo / sentier de randonnée juste derrière le complexe. Stayed for month of August this year and last year. Good location and condo has everything you need. 9 Great golf courses within 30 minutes. Weather beautiful, restaurants great. Hope to do it again next year.

Roomy, comfortable, clean, enjoyed the pool. Construction next to our building made for some congestion driving into building. Overall was a great stay

Wonderfull stay for month of August, playing golf on 10 different courses all within 30 minutes from condo. Condo is exactly as shown. Great to have indoor parking. Everything worked, nice view from patio, many restaurants in area. Great communications with owners.

The property was perfect! And as described. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. We had garage parking with a storage unit available to secure bikes. Condo was on 3rd floor with parking space easy to get to elevator. Condo was so comfortable, well maintained, and spacious. There were only 3 adults this trip but would be fine for more kids or even more adults. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Karin was so easy to work with and totally on top of codes etc which were quite clever in my opinion. Very nice welcome basket! Would stay here again for sure.

Host was very prompt, friendly and helpful. Fortunately we didn’t have to bother her but the Host went above and beyond and offered to keep her phone next to her past 2AM if needed as our flight was delayed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Karin’s place. First of all, Karin was really friendly and very communicative before we even started our trip. Upon arrival, the check in process was really simple and smooth. The condo is really bright, beautiful views, and just lovely. There is plenty of room for a family with kids, and multiple bathrooms. The best thing is the garage access. It snowed soo much while we were visiting and being able to jump right into a warm car that I don’t have to scrape ice and snow off of. We highly recommend this condo and will likely stay here again.

Great place near Park City, UT
We rented for a month and we had a great experience. The place was very clean, and stocked with all we needed. We immediately felt at home. The owners are very responsive and always trying to make us feel comfortable. Definitely we will consider this place at our first option when returning to Park City.

Great place for family
Karin was a great host. The kitchen was well supplied. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. The condo is well decorated and has a great view. Excellent location to the hot tub and excercise room. Having a garage to store our car and ski stuff made the trip even easier to commuting to the mountain.

Great location; easy drive to groceries, restaurants, and about 20 minutes from slopes. Comfortable space; well supplied kitchen. Heated garage parking is appreciated in winter. Hot tub on property very close and nice when working. Owner super at communicating and helpful.

Highly Recommend
We enjoyed our stay (3 nights - January 2022). The owner was a delight to correspond with and was incredible with keeping us informed on every aspect of our stay - they were very helpful/quick to reply with all inquiries i would highly recommend this condo (very clean and comfortable) and was in an excellent location.

Great Cozy Condo
We loved our stay in this cozy condo! The views from this corner unit are spectacular! We had a winter storm while here and this place was perfect! Roads always passable! The owners have thought of everything! Lots of games and great TV choices! We will return if possible! Thanks for your wonderful hospitality!!!!

Great Clean location and short drive to ski resorts

Super convenient location!
Super convenient location, which was hard to know as we'd never been to the area before. Loved all the walking paths and short distance to great restaurants at Kimball Junction. Just a few minutes to Woodward rec area where we snow-tubed several days. Condo was clean and as described. The only issue was the twin beds upstairs - they are in a loft area that's open to the downstairs so our son was awakened by us early risers. In hind site, my daughter and I should have taken those beds as we get up early. Easy check in/out, easy directions to navigate parking, etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My wife, two young daughters and in laws stayed in this condo. It was a perfect fit for our family. The upstairs has a loft with two twin beds, a bedroom and a bathroom which worked great for our family of four. My in laws stayed in the master bedroom on the first floor. The house was clean and stocked with all the things you’d think you would need to get: paper towels, soap, dish detergent, toilet paper etc. It is a great location! There are grocery stores and shops right around the corner and it is only a five to ten minute drive to the Cabriolet lot which offers a gondola to the Canyons base. Karin was very helpful, responsive and an overall great host! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay!
Our group had a great stay at Karin’s condo during our Park City ski trip. She provided detailed instructions prior to check-in and was very prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. The condo was very well equipped and spacious for our group of 6. And only about a 10 min drive to canyons!

Great condo
This condo is well designed, spacious and had everything we needed for our family of two adults and 13 and 10 year old children. The location is near I-80 and only a few minutes from the free Canyons parking. Underground parking was great, too. Owner was very responsive and accomodating.

Great Place
Condo was very clean and comfortable and the most well stocked kitchen of any place that we have stayed. Great communication with the owner making sure we arrived ok and that everything was in order.

Worked great for us
We needed a place to stay for a month in between selling our old home and closing on our new one. The condo was perfect for us. Close enough to both downtown Salt Lake City and downtown Park City to make either a drivable option for dining or other activities.
The owners were extremely accommodating and followed up several times to make sure our stay was going well. We would stay there again.

Loved the condo & hope to return next year.
Unfortunately, Park City was a ghost town and we were scheduled to leave when the earthquake took place. We decided to leave early due to COVID-19 and missed the earthquake. We made it home safely and look forward returning next year.

Easy access to Park City ski slopes and Historic Main Street. Unit sits adjacent to Tanger Outlets. Easy to communicate with owner (who genuinely cares about your stay). Bedroom TVs could definitely be updated to current technology. They are difficult to see and hear due to low resolution and sound. Other than that, the unit has everything you could ask for!

A little piece of heaven.
We were very pleased with the arrangement of the property....and it is well appointed with clean and eye pleasing furniture. There was plenty of room and lovely views. This condo is well maintained and we truly appreciated that. You are located near shopping and restaurants but most of all a short travel into the mountains for whatever activity you choose. We love the area because it is so diverse with the wide open spaces! Nature abounds. We hope to use this property again!!

Perfect cozy condo
We stayed for 4 nights and were hoping for a nice ski vacation. Unfortunately most of the family got sick after the first day, but oh how happy we were to be staying in Karin's condo. We loved the cozy living room and fireplace, and enjoyed the view from the deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all great. My kids really liked the loft area. Great location with shopping and restaurants very close by, and if needed, 2 urgent care centers 5 minutes away! Karin was a great host - very helpful and attentive. The condo was well maintained and clean, and we'd love to return.
