A Gathering Place for Families and Friends
Le Family Lodge, situé à Pine Valley, Utah, est le lieu de rassemblement pour les familles de toutes tailles. Notre pavillon principal et nos quartiers d'habitation au-dessus du garage comprennent un total de 10 chambres; 1 Master Suite, 4 mini suites avec salle de bain complète, 2 autres chambres et 3 chambres avec lits superposés - lits pour 30 personnes - et c'est avant d'arriver aux berceaux portables et matelas pneumatiques. L'amphithéâtre extérieur est un endroit idéal pour mettre en valeur les talents de la famille lors d'une chaude nuit d'été. Les grands ponts extérieurs signifient que vous pouvez simplement vous asseoir et monter les escaliers dans les montagnes. Une petite bibliothèque est un endroit calme pour les conversations individuelles que les parents aiment avoir avec leurs enfants. Oh, et n'oubliez pas le terrain de volley-ball.

We had a great time and the facilities were perfect for accommodating everyone in our group. The owner was super responsive and we enjoyed the setting and amenities. Highly recommend.

This was our second time renting the property. All in all we had a great time and would likely rent it again. There were 30 of us and everyone was accommodated comfortably. There was plenty of room for eating meals for our large group. Kitchen appliances and accessories met all our needs, as did the large gas grill on the lower patio.
We loved the grassy area for games and activities, and the huge decks were perfect for games and relaxation ( very nice view of the valley).
The host, Makeli, was excellent to work with. We had one check in issue and one building mechanical issue that he worked quickly to resolve with very positive outcome. The Story Tellers Lodge is a fine facility.

The home, property, and area were absolutely perfect for our family reunion. 18 of us, ages 1-93, had enough space indoors and out to not feel we had to venture anywhere outside the premises. The boys did go fishing a few times at the nearby reservoir, we took short walks, and set up yard games which we all could enjoy.
Communication with the owner was easy and respectful. We always pack so many extras, but this property really had most of what we needed; sharp knives, large pots and pans, and trash bags. A fabulous choice and beautiful location for family photos as well.
Lastly, the home was very clean, the well water was tasty, and there were 2 large refrigerators and 1 drink fridge.. we couldn’t have asked for more!

We have a large family and were thrilled to find this location to host a reunion. The weather was pleasant for July and the rooms were ideal for our group. We had all age groups represented. We had young families with babies able to stay upstairs, a main floor room for grandma and grandpa and teens hanging out in the basement with plenty to occupy them. We had organized activities on the lawn and plenty of space in the kitchen and on the deck to spread out during mealtime. The kitchen was well equipped and the great room perfect for visiting. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return again next year!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! We had 20 of us, (10 adults and 10 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house and property were both beautiful and the little mountain town it was in was a perfect quiet family getaway! We will definitely keep our eyes on this place for a future trip! The owner was easy to work with and very responsive as well.

First and foremost, Makeli is by far the most communicative host I’ve ever had over 50+ rentals. The house is located in the most beautiful settings. Private, lovely, and secluded. Absolutely massive home, we had 20 guests total and couldn’t even fill the bedroom. Everyone mingled, played games, hung out.. it was great. Would never think twice about the property again. Highly recommend 10/10

We are from Florida and half of the family had never experienced snow. We had a white Christmas for sure and the cabin with huge and open windows to see it all, made it fabulous. The kitchen was great for cooking, and worked perfect for our cupcake bake-off. There were several washers and dryers to accommodate my large family and was needed with drying things from the snow. The property size was perfect because the kids were able to play outside in the snow without us worrying. The kids enjoyed the slide on the property too and we made smores with the outdoor grill. The family enjoyed the cabin very much, but there was a request for more TVs and especially to have one in the main family area. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin to anyone because the property was clean, beautiful, spacious, and the owner was very pleasant. Thank you Makeli!

Storytellers Lodge is magical! My family gathered at the lodge to celebrate the 70th birthday of our matriarch. We enjoyed 4 days of fun, love, rest, rest, and recreation. The lodge is amazing! The grounds are perfect. The surrounding valley is beautiful and the people who live here are very kind. Special thanks to the owners for opening their property to us for a great experience!

Loved the grassy area in the back and the king size beds in every room! Great gathering areas inside as well for big groups. There was so much natural light coming in from the windows that family pictures were easy to get done. We had plenty of bathrooms and the manager was incredibly responsive to any issues we came up against. We would definitely stay again!

Even though Southern Utah was in the middle of a heat wave, and experiencing record temps, our stay at Storyteller's was wonderful. We chose to cut back on some of our outdoor sightseeing, but still had a great time indoors, with all the space and ample things to do at the house and on the property.

The pictures do not do justice. More beautiful in person. All of our family walked in and were absolutely amazed. The kitchen is a dream. When you have 21 people there are a lot of dishes. We had those dishwashers running all the time. The bedrooms were furnished The host Makeli went way beyond to help make this a memorable experience for us. My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary with our children/spouses and grandchildren. He made sure we had enough chairs to have a simple ceremony out in the amphitheater, which was a perfect location. Our photographer had so many locations to use on the property and in the house. On our way to the house from LA area we got aessage the chef had a family emergency and she was not going to make it. I asked Makeli if he knew anyone. He posted our dilemma on some networks to see if someone was available. This just shows the high caliber host Makeli is. We all want to go back. We had a wonderful time. All 21 of us.

This is the second time we have stayed at Pine Valley Lodge. Every detail for a large group has been well planned in the design and furnishings of this large lodge. We loved the location. It was so peaceful. The people waved as we went by and were so helpful when we asked for directions. Beautiful valley! We really appreciated the welcoming gift basket of breads, cinnamon rolls, frosting, jams, chocolate chip cookies and truffle sweets. This is the very first time we have received a gift basket at any of the places we have stayed through the many years we have been having our family get togethers. We would go there again!

Perfect place for a family reunion! This place checks all the boxes! We absolutely loved our stay! The view from the main living area is breathtaking and so peaceful! With 26 people, we wanted a place that we could have a room and bathroom for each family to have their own space. The kitchen is so functional and storage and pantry space makes feeding a large crowd a breeze. The downstairs is every kids dream. They hardly wanted to come upstairs will all the fun they were having. Pine valley is a hidden gem and all the beautiful surroundings make it so much fun! Thank you for providing such an amazing home for our family to make memories. We will definitely be back!
