Based in the oldest part of Seahouses only a short walk from the beach and thriving harbour.
Situé dans la partie la plus ancienne de Seahouses, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage et du port en plein essor. Base balnéaire moderne et idéale pour six .. Rez-de-chaussée:

3 chambres: 2 doubles, 1 superposés, les deux avec des poutres.
Salle de bains avec baignoire-douche et WC.. Poêle à bois électrique dans le salon inclus. NSH, électricité et draps inclus. Location de serviettes. Stéréo / CD. Cuisinière électrique. Four micro onde. Laveuse / sécheuse. Lave-vaisselle. Réfrigérateur. Wifi.. Coin salon commun. Parking (2 voitures). Ne pas fumer. . Niché dans une cour paisible, ce charmant cottage en pierre rénové offre un hébergement attrayant et accueillant dans la partie la plus ancienne de Seahouses. À seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage et du port animé, il constitue un excellent point de départ pour des vacances à la mer. Les nombreuses attractions de la côte du patrimoine et de la campagne primée se trouvent à quelques minutes en voiture. Des magasins, des pubs, des restaurants et un parcours de golf de 18 trous se trouvent tous à proximité. Commerces 300 mètres, pubs 50 mètres.
Le linge de lit est inclus dans cet établissement. N'oubliez pas de prendre vos propres serviettes. Vous pouvez également louer des serviettes de toilette moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Jusqu'à deux chiens seulement.

The property was excellent and near the harbour so in easy reach of everything. With really nice pubs, restaurants and takeaways we were spoilt for choice for food. Bonus was the kippers at the other end of the road. Will definitely look to stay at the property again. Loved the property, situation and the surrounding area.

This is our second visit to Puffin Cottage. Me my partner and my dog spent a week here. We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Fantastic warm, well equipped cottage in the middle of Seahouses.
Fantastic warm, well equipped cottage in the middle of Seahouses. In a secluded courtyard with safe parking. The cottage was used by 4 adults and 1 child and was perfect for us. 5 minutes walk from the harbour and main street which has shops and plenty of restaurants. The nearest pub is a minute away! Possibly the only slight critism would be that there is only 1 bathroom. Maybe the large storage room next to the bathroom could be converted to a shower room at some time?

Seahouses centre
Lovely spacious property (there were 4 of us staying, 2 adults and two teenage kids) - and Georgie the Cairn Terrier.
Perfectly located for everything.
1 minute from the pub, 1 minute from the harbour, 4 minutes from all the shops and facilities, 10 minutes (in either direction!) from fantastic beaches.
The car remained almost unused all week, everything right there on your doorstep. Excellent.

Kitchen not clean.
Kitchen not clean. Extractor hood dripping with grease, cupboard doors each side of hood thick with grease and pans not clean. This unfortunately made me doubt the cleanliness of the whole kitchen so set about cleaning the whole lot. Not really how you would want to start your holiday. Apart from that, cottage spacious, although could do with an extra loo! Location and local amenities excellent. Had a really good week, shame about the cleaning that had to be done first.

This is our family's second visit to Puffin Cottage.
This is our family's second visit to Puffin Cottage. it is an ideal centre for exploring this part of the world, and the closeness to the harbour satisfies all of us. We are Grandsie (me) my daughter , her partner and their 5 year old daughter, so accomodation has to be chosen carefully- which is why we came back a second time, and will probably make this our go-to cottage for this area.

Parking is not easy in this part of the village so having 2 dedicated spaces is a great feature.

Great cottage.
Great cottage. Clean with good facilities and well equipped. If I was to make a suggestion to make it better I would say it lacked a bath mat, hand soap in the bathroom and toilet roll.
However we had a fabulous holiday and would use the city again and recommend it to family and friends
