Un studio en bas avec un lit king-size, un bureau, une télévision et un bar avec un mini-réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Situé à proximité de la salle de fitness, clubhouse et piscines principales; L'unité est dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements à Legacy Villas. La terrasse arrière s'ouvre sur une cour intérieure, a des meubles de patio personnalisés et un chauffe-terrasse. Vous ne trouverez pas une meilleure valeur sur votre prochain voyage dans le désert. La salle de bain spacieuse a une douche séparée et une baignoire et une vanité unique. Les principales piscines communautaires et centre de remise en forme sont à quelques pas de l'unité. Off-street parking est situé en face de l'unité et un parking supplémentaire est situé le long classique Drive. L'unité peut être combinée avec LV108 pour créer une unité de 2 chambres avec deux suites de maître (sous réserve de disponibilité). Property and location were great! Only issue was parking. The first night of the festival we had to circle through for about 20 minutes to finally get a spot in the maintenance lot. Second night parked outside the main gate on a side street. We arrived on both night a little after 12. L

I booked a stay with this company and then extended I, one night into the extended period they evicted me claiming that I somehow had committed fraud, which is a totally baseless claim. They are refusing to refund the monies I paid them, and are forcing me to take legal action. I do not recommend using this company, California Vacation Villas, if you read some of the reviews on Yelp you will be even more convinced to not use them!!

I loved this here stay! Had most of the amenities that one would ask for! The neighborhood was pretty quite. I fell in love with the patio stay, had my coffee every morning. Way more to do than time permitted. Will most definitely be back sooner than later.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this gated community .we found the lap pool to be excellent for am swims .only critique is that no freezer for ice and ice machine quite distant .Property was quiet and parking easy .

Loved the accommodations and surrounding area. It's a beautiful spot--lush, well-appointed, great proximity to all the amenities. Had a wonderfully serene, splendid stay. Great workout room, pools, hot tubs, and was able to go next door for a tennis lesson and spa experience.

Nice place to stay
Have stayed a number of times in the same neighborhood , the location is great and the grounds are kept very nice. Possibly they could enforce the Adults Only pool policy areas much stronger But I would recommend

Great Experience
We really loved the complex and the room was very fair priced considering we were there on a busy weekend. We had a little trouble finding the correct unit once we were in the complex. Google Maps will not take you to the correct location.

The only negative was the thermostat control. The coolest possible temp was 73-75. Way to warm for me at night.

Great complex, room needs improvement
The services in general were great. The complex is so well maintained and the pool areas are great. Our room needed some care - it was very plain. It was dark, some of the light fixtures were not working and the patio could have been more welcoming. I visited my sister's studio where she and her husband were staying and the difference in appearance was so noticeable. You could tell their studio is managed with love. It was bright and well decorated, with extra touches that made it feel like a resort but yet like home.

great location, close to pools & fitness centre. clean and well supplied. Unit was great except for two things: 1. Patio furniture needs upgrading. One wicker table worn out and needs replacing. Small table needed as most other units have. 2. Air conditioner for upstairs unit was constantly on.

The desk chair has a leg that needs repair or replacement, but all else was fine. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio & walking the grounds, which are very nice. 12 pools to pick from was fun. All & all we liked our villa & would stay there again. You can hear the tv and voices from the connecting room, but it wasn’t a big problem, just closing the door between the bathroom and bedroom will block it out.

Clean condo
Everything was nice and clean. I would recommend having instructions on how to operate the tv to get local channels. I needed help and I found someone who knew. I don’t use Spectrum so I’m unfamiliar with how they work. Just a suggestion from a technically challenged person !!

Fire alarm
The condo is tired and outdated and musty. The plastic plants in back are filthy. The fire alarm went off other second afternoon was eventually quieted. But was going off again when we returned the 3rd afternoon so the low battery had not been replaced

The place was good. However, the sink drain did not drain and I killed a roach on the wall in the bathroom.
The problem is that I had a condo rented in the same place in March of this year for my daughter and grand daughter. We were forced to cancel do to Covid. We had no choice in the matter. The management company would only give us credit. When I call to make a reservation and use the credit no one will return my call.
