Il suffit d’une visite à Carpinteria pour attendre votre prochaine visite avec impatience! Venez découvrir pourquoi tant de gens aiment cette incroyable ville balnéaire. Nous offrons notre magnifique maison de plage. Il est situé à un pâté de maisons de la plage, sur Third Street, et à égale distance du quartier principal de la ville. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de maisons de plage à louer dans cet endroit magnifique de Carp. Profitez du temps de la «plage la plus sûre du monde» et des excellents restaurants et magasins de la ville, sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Notre maison de plage offre un environnement pour un séjour mémorable à Carpinteria. À proximité, vous pourrez également profiter de Santa Barbara, surnommée "la Riviera américaine", et de tout ce qu'elle a à offrir.

Our recent stay at this house in Carpinteria was a wonderful experience. The beautiful home is just a block away from the beach and Linden Ave, making it an easy walk to both while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated all the thoughtful details, from the beach chairs and umbrellas with a beach buggy to the outdoor shower stocked with shampoo, body wash, and tar removal ingredients. We enjoyed using the outdoor fire table, and my son and his friend loved playing basketball in the spacious backyard. The house was clean and well-kept, and we were blessed with beautiful weather. We can't wait to rebook!

The beach house is not only extremely well equipped with comfy beds, plush bath towels, kitchen items, games, etc. but even a crib and feeding chair for our 9 month old grandson. The location is ideal - between beach and restaurants/shops. We walked everywhere.
Best of all, I can't imagine another host as wonderful as Lisa! She responded to all messages immediately and was "over-the-top" accommodating,

We had a wonderful experience and Lisa was an amazing host! We were a block from the ocean and walking distance to the campground where my cousin was camping. The home was well equipped with the proper cookware and spices, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, backyard games, and all the things. Would definitely recommend!!

The property was a great place for our time at carp! The kids lived the basketball hoop and location to the beach. Owner was always in contact. Made our check in and check our easy!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house in Carpinteria. It was a bit tight for 4 adults and two kids, but everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and Lisa (the host) is very easy to communicate with. We loved the location and went almost everywhere on foot. We all wished we had stayed longer.

We found the property to be absolute beach perfection. It was very clean, had lovely beach decor, comfortable beds, clean bed linens and towels, wonderfully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, and fire pit. It’s close proximity to the beach added to our enjoyment. Lisa was warm and generous with her kindness. This one is a gem located in lovely Carpinteria.

The house is even nicer than the photos depict. Very clean. Comfy beds. We walked to the beach each night. The host was amazing and so easy to communicate with. Honestly probably one of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. We’ll be back!!!

A great house at a great location. Very well appointed kitchen with most everything needed. There are beach chairs and umbrella. The yard is perfect for kids and outdoor dining. The owner is communicative and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is an awesome place to stay! It’s centrally located and the beach, shops, and restaurants were all walking distance. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Lisa was friendly and super easy to communicate with. We had a great trip. Carpinteria is such a special place, and I’d definitely recommend this house for your stay!

Downstairs bedroom bed was wet when my parents went to bed. It's not just small spot. It was so wet that we had to remove everything from the bed. Contacted and spoke to the owner but never got the call back since we had to attend graduation.

The home was perfect, clean, cute, set up well, has beautiful flowers on the patio, and the host, Lisa, is awesome! Couldn't recommend it more - loved everything about it! Easy to walk to the beach, to restaurants and stores. It's a winner!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this sweet home. Perfect location in town — just a few steps to the beach, short walk to Carps downtown, and a great running trail along the bluffs to the seal rookery. Carp still has that small beach town vibe but is also a short hop to Santa Barbara, which was great for us. The house was cozy & had all the amenities we needed. The owner was exceptionally communicative and helpful.

Communication was great right from the start. Lisa was incredibly accommodating in regard to schedule. The house was perfect; the photos were accurate. The backyard was a great place for my group of teens to hang. The kids were able to to explore the beach and Carpinteria on their own! We’re coming back! Thank you.

This was our first time in Carp and our first time using VRBO. Lisa was great from the beginning. She communicated openly and was very accommodating. This house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was perfect for walking back and forth. Highly recommend this property. We will be staying again!

The house is wonderful! It was perfect for our needs with two teenage boys…the backyard and especially the basketball hoop was a huge hit. Lisa was a amazing host, very responsive and helpful when needed, hands off when not. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house is beautifully decorated, attractive, fully furnished, and the perfect spot for a beach stay. The backyard is lovely, and completely fenced in for our little ones. It has EVERY imaginable item needed for cooking and entertaining (including really good cooking knives!). The owner is extremely friendly and personable, and so accessible. Love this place!!

What a fun, darling beach house. Perfect location, easy to walk to everything. The host is wonderful and communicates well. The back yard is a great, fun space to hang out when not at the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you! 🙏🏼

My mom, sister and 1 year old nephew had the best time. Absolutely beautiful home so close to the beach. Also close to all the best restaurants and parks. Lisa was the best host and was so gracious. We will be staying again!

An absolute gem
We rented this beach house for our family of 5. The kitchen is more than well stocked. The property shows pride of ownership in every way. The location couldn’t be better. Steps away from the beach and walking distance to everything else Carp has to offer. Lisa is a warm, communicative, gracious host and we feel so lucky to have found her and this place. We were blowin away by the quality of this rental and we will definitely be back soon!

Lisa was always quick in her communications and her pride and personal decor in her home is obvious. We had family and friends over to BBQ one evening and we all had plenty of space to lounge, play games, and laugh under the pretty lights on the patio. Very comfortable and we’ll be back!
FYI, bring your own beach stuff, which I always do when I rent, but I’m used to seeing a few beach chairs and an umbrella for guests. There is a nice assortment of sand toys for children. 🙂
