This is a great rental house. All of the beds were really comfortable and the house is kept clean. Pictures are accurate for the listing and many conveniences were available. Everything a party of 5 would need was findable & available.
I did not find the community pool, but the beach is so close we spent our time there.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house for anybody looking to be close to shopping and all things beach life, but also a quiet cozy neighborhood.

We couldn't have asked for better renters. Alan and Andrea responded immediately when we had any issues. It was in a great neighborhood and the tenants were fabulous. The only issue was on google maps it doesn't give correct direction to the house and we had to figure out how to get to the street by ourselves not any reflection on the owners.

Myself and two buddies came down for a fishing trip. Communication with Alan before our trip was very clear and understanding of our late arrival day of check in. Located in a great area close to everything. Never had to wait more than 10 to have an Uber driver there to pick us up. Would definitely stay here again.

My business partner and I went down for the Barrett Jackson Car auction recently. The property was as advertised and the host was very responsive on all counts. This is a condo style building with neighbors on both sides and they are awesome as well. Everyone is so nice. The place was quiet and would make a great place to retire. Anything you may need is right there! I will definitely recommend to others. They even have a crib in one room for the little ones.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property, this year! It is beautiful inside and the pics represent it well. Host responds promptly and the neighbors are friendly. There's everything you need including bikes and a basketball goal in the garage. My grandtwins both play and loved practicing. And don't miss out on the pool!! Will most certainly be back!!

We loved our time at the Delray Beach Getaway. We have three children, 8, 6 and 3. There was plenty of toys, puzzles, games and such setup for them. Lots of iguanas around too! The pool was nice, it's conveniently located around many major grocery stories, coffee shops, restaurants etc. We frequented Gulfstream Park. We're already looking at dates for Winter : ). Alan and I spoke quite a bit during our stay, he was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful vacation here! Everything was great. The hosts were very attentive. We had a fun time at the beaches, local attractions and pool. (Hint: to access pool, press down on the tall pole on the gate.) We loved every minute! Thank you so much for everything!!!

I'm a Memaw visiting my grandtwins. The house was perfect. Both boys play basketball and there was a basketball hoop in the garage that they loved! And the neighbors didn't mind them playing at all! The 3 bedrooms were great for when they stayed over. We borrowed a TV for one of the bedrooms so all of us could relax to some TV at night. The master bed was super comfortable. Every single thing you needed was available. I definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Delray Beach area!

The house is very clean, spacious and well equipped. They have everything for the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, kids toys, etc.). The neighbourhood is quiet and very nice. Short drive to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great stay and had everything we needed.

House is in an old neighborhood that is seeing a lot of rebuilding and is close to everything. It was honest to the photos including the layout and cleanliness. Best features are the new kitchen, the wide open fist floor and the master bedroom.

This was my first time renting on Vrbo and it was a great first experience. This home was clean, with 3 comfortable beds, a crib, and 2 full bathrooms. It was in a great location- very close to the beach and a large selection of food establishments. We would definitely rent from this house again!

Property was clean and spacious. Great location for us, we could ride our bikes right from the place to the beach, etc.
Many restaurant choices close by on Federal Hwy. Owners were very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. There is a pool there, but not advertised. I wish the owners had let us know about that in the listing. We usually cook on the grill, and were very happy that their grill was top notch! Would definitely stay here again.

Very Pleased!
Renting property sight unseen can be problematic, but not so with this one. This rental is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is spacious, clean and charming. Arrival was made easy by the owners even though our flight was very late. Their responses to any questions I had were immediate and helpful. I would not hesitate to rent this property again, and I likely will.

Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach
We rented this property because it's close to family we are visiting in Delray. Convenient location: it's walking distance to Fresh Market & Trader Joe's, as well as coffee shops & restaurants. Hosts were responsive when something needed to be repaired during our stay. We will stay here when visiting family.
