This property, from the house itself, to the location was absolutely perfect!! The house was clean with eveything we needed. The location to the beach access, so easy and fast. The hosts made the check in process so easy and seemless. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a awesome experience. The property was well maintained. Wouldve liked to stay longer maybe next time. Great location to beach, historical landmarks and great restaurants.

My sister, brother, and I had a great time. The location was absolutely perfect. We loved sitting on the deck and being able to see and hear the waves. It was a very short walk to the beach access. The cottage was beautiful, and all the beds were comfortable. Being older, we especially enjoyed the reclining furniture. The interior and exterior pictures on the website were spot on. On the one day that we had rain, we had a blast playing corn hole on the lower level covered area. Communication with the owners was a breeze-they were friendly and welcoming!

Affordable, clean, good layout, hot tub, and bikes, not much more to ask for in a beach house. 10/10

What a wonderful place to stay in Kitty Hawk. Right across the street from the beach. Nice bedrooms with comfy beds. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 grandkids. The pool in the backyard is a nice treat. Brad and Rhonda are super sweet hosts.

I have never stayed in a house that had absolutely everything ! Towels. Sheets. Beach chairs. Bicycles. Beach toys. Pool toys. And the list goes on. Brad and Rhonda were amazing hosts. It was the best!!!!

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfortable home that was close to the beach. The kitchen was especially well stocked for cooking meals and the open layout of the home made it possible for us all to eat together even when additional family staying near by joined us. We also really appreciated the beach towels and equipment- beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas and paddle board. This house contained lots of thoughtful details and amenities.

This is a wonderful cottage! So many toys and extras are available for you to use! Communication with the property owner was very easy. The home was clean upon arrival and is just as pictured in the listing. The house is very close to the beach, restaurants, shopping… it’s a long list! That made our vacation so nice as we were juggling many ages of kids and naps!

This was such a nice place for a family! We really enjoyed the outside area under the house in the evenings. Everything was well stocked and well thought out. The owner was available and friendly.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything is just as pictured, very clean and has everything you could need. We loved the covered deck to relax in the evening. Owners were very quick to respond to a question we had after checking in. We LOVED this house and can't wait to stay there again 😁

Wonderful time and wonderful property!

We had a great stay and will hopefully be back! The location is perfect, the home was well stocked and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

First off, the house had everything one would need to feel like they were home away from home. The suite was a also a bonus we didn’t know we’d need. My daughter is autistic and was having a bad week. We were able to stay in there with her, and no one could hear her crazy screams. This honestly shocked us haha. Since we were meeting up with my family, this lessened the stress of having to put them through that. Then there’s location. It was close to everything, which was convenient. Then not too far from places like duck and Corolla to sight see. Loved also being right next to the ocean. With all the toys offered to burrow during our stay, this made it our experience that much better. Would stay again.

Our stay was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and some. Every bedroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and well taken care of, which was perfect after a long day of enjoying the town. At the house you could watch the waves from the front window from across the street. Beach access was only 3 houses down. We really enjoyed that everything that we needed was available for us which made the vacation easy. There were bikes to borrow, two beach carts, plenty of sand toys, beach games. The host was very attentive with any questions we had along the way.

Brad was responsive and helpful, the home was PERFECT for a relaxing getaway with friends! Loved every minute of it!

We loved staying in Kitty Hawk and this house was in the perfect location! Lots of beach gear provided and well stocked kitchen. We had 7 in our party and had plenty of room to have 2-3 more people if we needed. Our oldest teens stayed in the detached room and it was perfect for them since it has a bathroom and kitchenette. Would stay here again!

The property was very nice, cleean, and in a good location. Communication with the property owner(s) was problematic at times. Questions or communication through the Vrbo site were answered at times by someone supposedly not the one who should be answering or communicating. Actually calling Brad at the phone number listed resulted in immediate solving of any problem, and apologies. Hopefully, that has been resolved.

Our booking was scheduled for 10/2/22 - right after Hurricane Ian hit. We debated for several days whether to go or not. The property manager understood our concerns and was very helpful in keeping us updated on the weather conditions. In the end, we decided to go, and am very glad we did. The weather wasn’t ideal for a beach vacation, but our group had a good time anyhow. This is a wonderful beach home, and is very well equipped with just about anything you need. We had one small issue with some lighting, but the owner came right away and took care of it. Actually it was more user error than it was a problem. Our view from the front deck to the ocean was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub. They pool looked very nice, but it wasn’t swimming weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again, and recommend it!

First, the location is great, across the street from the beach. We wanted to be near the ocean instead of near the sound. The house itself is clean, has a functional floorplan, and is in great condition. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is. But the reason we picked this place was the extra toys and amenities. Since we'd flown in, we really appreciated all of the extras like beach chairs and beach towels. (This is a very rare perk that we really appreciated!) They also had bikes. Again, this is an extremely rare feature. We had a small issue, and the hosts were very responsive, and went way above and beyond to resolve it for us. It was unexpected, and truly appreciated! We also liked having a washer and dryer. We packed and planned for doing laundry halfway through the trip. Again, just another convenience that made our trip even better. And did we mention the jacuzzi?? This was the cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it.

What else can I say about this wonderful property that hasn't already been said? Just a few minutes from the Wright Memorial Bridge, this rental is right in the center of all the action! Happy Endings is a quaint property with all the amenities our group needed to enjoy our stay in OBX located just a stone's throw from the beach! Above ground pool, hot tub, easy to access apartment-esque living quarters downstairs with extra fridge, bathroom with shower, and a bed. Upstairs, in the main part of the house, 3 sizeable bedrooms perfect for accommodating any group with kids or not (ours was adults only)! Plenty of seating for for meals with a large dining room table and bar seating as well. Brad & Rhonda were phenomenal hosts and were quite assertive to our needs via calls and text messages! Can't wait to book again for next year!
