Good value for money . Attention to minor details such as washing machine soap. Good customer Service.overall nice appartment. We really didn't feel like we need more.

We arriverd late at night. Snowing conditions. Everything looked the same at the small street. No numbers on buildings, no signs. Finding the challet under these conditions was no fun , but that is the only thing we had difficulty with. The rest was very good or excellent.

Good communication, nice location however without the car, there is a long walk to the ski lifts and up the massive hill, and bendy main road. Modern cute cottage but not big enough for more than 2 people.

The main disadvantage of this place what the heating system. If you a light sleeper, despite the comfy big bed the room is heated by a loud heating fire, which goes from the living room upstairs blowing the air into the room. We did not have a good night sleep, either our son who slept on the sofa next to it.

very beautiful and clean house, very close to valtournenche gondola, and just 15 min from breuil gondola, very nice and friendly staff, helped us with all questions

Everything was great) This place cozy, warm and beautiful. There is convenient local parking. Stuff of Chalet answered really fast on all our requests during whole holidays. We will be happy back there) Thank you for your hospitality.

The staff from Hello Chalet were really receptive. They were amazing, replied our questionings on time. Really impressive for their services.

The Chalet could have some good wine glasses.
