Centennial Coast Cottage - with Heated pool
Bienvenue au Centennial Cottage à St. Simons Coast Cottages. Le Centennial Cottage est situé à quelques pas de la plage et des piscines. Les Coast Cottages sont l'un des meilleurs endroits où séjourner à St. Simons.
Le Centenaire offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan et beaucoup d'espace pour toute votre famille.
Notre maison est joliment décorée dans un décor Beach Cottage. Les sols sont un beau coeur de pin.
Le chalet peut accueillir 11 personnes et possède 1 lit king, 2 lits queen, 2 ensembles de lits superposés et un lit de repos. Nous avons même un pack-n-play pour un petit.
Le premier étage dispose de 3 chambres, 2 des chambres ont des lits queen et le troisième a 2 ensembles de lits superposés pour 4 personnes. De plus, au premier étage se trouve la laveuse et la sécheuse.
La cuisine est au 2ème étage et a des armoires blanches et des comptoirs en granit avec une barre de petit déjeuner. La cuisine ouvre sur la salle familiale au plafond de 12 pi. La salle familiale dispose d'un centre de divertissement qui a un son surround. Vous pouvez brancher votre I-Pod ou lire vos CD préférés. Nous avons une bibliothèque de livres et de vidéos pour votre plaisir. La salle familiale a un écran plat 47 't. v. avec film gratuit et t. v. montrer la projection.
La chambre principale est située au dernier étage et dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Le lever du soleil de la chambre principale est magnifique. La suite principale a son propre balcon privé. Le troisième étage a une salle de divertissement pour enfants avec écran plat t. v .. La véranda est également située au troisième étage et dispose d'un lit de repos et d'une superbe vue sur la plage et la piscine. La véranda est un endroit idéal pour que les enfants passent du temps avec leur propre t. v. et Playstation.
Nous avons un total de 4 t. v. »s au Cottage. (salle familiale, véranda et les deux chambres principales)
Le chalet dispose d'un gril à gaz privé qui fonctionne au gaz naturel. Vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de manquer de gaz.
Vous adorerez les deux fabuleuses piscines face à l'océan, le pavillon et l'accès à la plage privée.
Nous sommes situés dans la meilleure plage de St. Simons. Nous avons une plage à marée haute et basse.

The house was great and well stocked for our family, and the 2 pools were great! My only minor complaint was how far a walk to the beach was. Nothing you can do about that. Loved the beach.

We loved staying at this home on St. Simon's Island. Was very happy to be able to rent bikes for a few days through the property mgmt company as the shops/restaurants are a 10 min pedal away. Lots of room to spread out, and the kids liked having a bunk room to themselves. The beds were very comfortable. There are 2 pools at the end of the street and one is designated for young children. New decking around the pool. The home was very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, just a one minute walk to the pool and maybe 3 minutes to the beach. We spent a lot of time by the water thanks to the short distance! The house is bright, spacious, and comfy. There are lots of stairs which are impossible to avoid due to the kitchen on the second floor and bedrooms on first and third floors. The pots and pans in the kitchen are superior to any place we've stayed before. We were missing kitchen scissors and paper for note taking, but these were minor annoyances. Everything was very clean except for the ceiling fans and vents which are in need of dusting. The property owner was a pleasure to work with, a great communicator, and we would not hesitate to book again with her.
If you have never been to St. Simons Island, there is a lot of public beach access and the entire island is walker/biker friendly. There are also several parks with playgrounds if you need a change of pace for the kids.

Our second stay at this property was just as wonderful as the first! Amazing location and amenities. Super close to the beach (complete with newly updated boardwalk), pools, and plenty of restaurants and fun nearby. Easy communication with the property manager with quick responses. Can’t wait to return next summer!

It’s always fun to go to the beach with family and this is a lovely area. The pool and the boardwalk to the beach are great for little ones. The house was nice but a little tired. It’s ready for updates. There are missing drawer handles in the kitchen. The stand alone shower on the third floor does not have hot water and very little water pressure. The sheets are nice and soft because of the many washings but there is no elastic left in the fitted sheets so not very comfortable. We made it work and had a lovely time in St. Simon’s. I would recommend this community but not this particular house.

We had booked this as a long weekend away with the grandkids. It changed into celebrating Grandpas life instead. Many laughs, many tears. The laugh outnumbered the tears & the last words were Let’s come here again.
Be prepared for a lot stairs. I’m the only one that minded them.

Unit was exactly as advertised. Bedroom set up was perfect for our family visit (Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, adult children). Location was very convenient for getting to the beach.
There are a lot of steps which should be considered for your travellers, but the layout is very nice!

When we booked this beach house I expected it would be a long way to beach access but it was not. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. . The town was so accessible and and we loved all there was to do and see.The house was perfect for our family. It is well stocked,clean and furnished well. We loved this beach house!

Wonderful stay!
We have stayed in this lovely community before but this was our first summer in this house. We had a wonderful stay - the house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. We also loved how close it was to the pool and beach access! We can’t wait to come back next summer!

We loved this home and the neighborhood. This was our first trip to St Simons but we will definitely be back. The house was perfect for two families with two children each along with both grandmas. Not a long walk to the beach and within five to ten minutes of everything you would need on the island.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. We went with my entire family and their children, so multiple families and it worked well for us! The trek to the beach was a bit muddier through some marshy areas but other than that everything really was easy and wonderful.
We even had some issues with the air conditioner and we called and they came and fixed it almost immediately.
Very grateful for our stay and would most definitely recommend for location, cleanliness, ease, etc. !
