Les cottages de Camp Creek, nichés derrière les dunes de sable imposantes et le maquis côtier dense sont situés dans la magnifique plage de Seacrest, en Floride. Cette petite communauté de chalets au toit de tôle, avec de grands porches, est à seulement 200 mètres des eaux émeraude et des sables sucriers blancs du golfe du Mexique (via un accès notarié privé).
La grande piscine communautaire de 86 pieds et le bain à remous sont situés à seulement trois maisons en contrebas. Équipée de la famille, cette maison propose des jeux, des puzzles, des vidéos et des livres pour tous les âges.
La maison de plain-pied offre un accès facile aux personnes de tous âges. De nombreux sièges sur le porche vous permettent de profiter de tous les sons et odeurs de l'océan, tout en dégustant un repas ou juste un moment seul.
Seacrest Beach est une communauté balnéaire calme et conviviale avec des kilomètres de pistes cyclables, de hautes dunes côtières et des lacs calmes juste à côté de l'autoroute 30-A. We enjoyed a very nice week in this wonderful family cottage. It is very comfortable and has plenty of room for everyone. The location is a short walk to the beach and steps from the pool. It is in great location on 30A as well and the host was super helpful in planning! Highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

We could not have been happier with the house…great location, lovely area that felt very private and quick walk to the beach. Great porch for reading during afternoon showers! The house was perfect for us and our French bulldog. Will definitely return!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location was great, we rented bikes for the week and liked the proximity to Alys and Rosemary Beach. The home itself could use some overall updating/cleaning to make guests feel more comfortable. The beds did not have proper bedding; offering a fleece throw and no comforters. The bedding was stored in totes in the closets, along with vacuums, etc, leaving little to no storage for our luggage in the already tight spaces. There were no pool towels but ample bath towels. One of the large burners on the stove did not work. The home was very dusty throughout which impacted my allergies. These are minor things I feel the homeowner could improve to make the overall stay more comfortable.

We loved our stay in 30A. The location was perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. Perfect house and location for those looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great property for vacation. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Property was very clean, and had everything you need for cooking, grilling, etc.. Short walk to the beach from the cottage. Also, short drive to restaurants, and grocery store. It rained a couple of days, but it was nice sitting on the front porch and relaxing, enjoying down time. Great vacation and we will definitely be back. Thanks Diane for being so accommodating on short notice. Bryan - Baton Rouge.

This property was great. Super convenient to so many things- beach, pool, walking. House was exactly as described with no surprises. Comfortable for two families and a dog. We felt very safe letting out kids play around the common grounds. Would definitely return again.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. We stayed for 3 weeks and felt like we were right at home in this cottage. Everything we needed was provided; I would recommend this cottage to anyone that is looking to stay along 30a! Loved having our private beach access.

Enjoyed our beautiful week at the beach. The cottage met all of our needs. It was a close walk to the beach and loved that it was on the end as it was perfect for walking our little dog and not feeling like we were bothering others as the cottages are so close together.

The listing was exactly as featured. The community pool was easily accessible, and larger than expected. The only suggestion would be an upgrade to the propane grill. The burners and burner covers need replacing. This was a minor inconvenience as everything else about the cottage completely met or exceeded our needs. Thanks so much!

We had a great time at the house! It’s a very short walk to the beach and the little community is so cute. The pool was great to have as well. Very clean and easy to communicate if needed with the owners!

This place was great for our family on Spring Break! Communication was great for this property. The beach was great and this spot is more quiet than the surrounding areas which for us was great! Looking to come back for another trip soon! Thank you!!

The house was an easy walk to the beach and close to the pool. The beach was not overly crowded and the pool was very nice. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the porch and the fact that the cottage was on the end and not between two units.
The cottage was nice, but could use a little updating. Some of the burners on the stove didn’t work very well and were really not usable. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and not comfortable (per kids who opted to sleep on couches instead). The cottage was clean, but when we got there all of the towels under the sink in the guest bath were wet. I didn’t find a leak so I think they just weren’t dried completely before they were put away. Other than those things we thought it was very comfortable.

Great little cottage off 30a
My husband, parents, dog and 6 year old stayed for a week in this cottage. We had a nice time and never felt too cramped. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was great. We brought our bikes and could easily ride through Alys and Rosemary. It was was a busy week in the small community with lots of other families. The porch really extends the living space but we wished it had some ceiling fans. Overall great week.

Great location!
We had a very nice stay at the cottage. It was great for the two of us but I would imagine that it could be pretty tight to have people in all three bedrooms. Great location for those not wanting to be directly in the middle of the congestion in Seaside. Well appointed unit and the communication with the property manager, Diane, was outstanding!
