Breakfast and breakfast staff 10/10. Beautiful views. Really comfy beds. Great staff. Beach club and staff were 10/10. Get the beds down to you right.

They have weddings that take over half the hotel. There were 2 during our 3 day trip. We could not use the restaurant. The weddings were loud. Loud music and people shouting and we had our windows closed. We did move rooms. We couldn't enjoy drinks at the bar as the music from the wedding was do loud. Ruined the romantic trip we expected in the mountains. Quite disappointed we were allowed to book when there were weddings on. Make sure to ask if there will be weddings on during your stay. August and September is wedding season in Ravello so be careful.

Breakfast was great each morning, staff was incredible.

Palazzo Avino exceeded our expectations in every way -- and that says something because we were looking forward to a very lovely vacation ! The location is incredible, the property is beautiful, and the staff was helpful, and gracious.

We loved everything and can't wait to go back.

Amazing property in charming Ravello. Beautiful views, impeccably maintained, up to date furnishings. Great staff, great food. Beach club very nice.

The eastward orientation means the sun sets very early here. Lots of weddings means some parts of the property (and staff) not available starting in late afternoon (and noisy late). Some rooms just too small. Beach club access too limited - 8 people at a time, hourly.

Amazing views, polite and helpful staff, lobster and martini bar in the hotel is exceptional for evening drinks. The hotel also has an in-house 1 star Michelin star restaurant.

Location was idyllic, staff were so friendly and accomodating. The actual building was breathtakingly beautiful and well maintained

Bathroom was quite small and awkward

The view was incredible and facilities wise, it had everything you could want.

At their beach club my wife cut her knee open on a rock getting out of the sea onto their steps due to the waves. Her knee gashed in several places, bleeding all down her leg. I asked staff for help and wipes but was met with very a slow response as the man continued to put towels away and tidy up even though I’d just asked for assistance. He returned after about 5 minutes with a small wipe and didn’t once check on my wife who was still bleeding at this point. He never actually returned to check on her. I then had to ask another lady who was more attentive but even when I flagged the still bleeding knee, she then proceeded to check in other guests to their sunbeds in front of us and took their orders before then returning and saying you’ll need to come upstairs so I can help further. This was quite shocking, furthermore, there were about 5 flights of stairs to go up, when my wife’s knee was injured, i was in disbelief we were being asked to climb them to receive any proper help. Once up there, the woman was helpful and while this was in no way a life threatening injury, the response was pretty alarming considering the wider high levels of service we received at the hotel itself.

Fantastic facilities, beautiful setting and brilliant food and drink offering. The smell in the lobby is incredible…so fresh!

unless you pay for one of the higher tiered room, the mountain view room is a lot for the money and small on space.

impeccable service, beautiful property and facilities

The hotel is breath taking, just so pretty! The facilities are wonderful. It’s very calm and so peaceful. The cocktails here are the best I have ever had! The hotel also had helium air to fill up my balloons, it’s so hard to find helium air there, so this made me so happy.

The room was small - they don’t show this size room on the photos. But regardless, the other hotel facilities makes up for it.
