We were very happy with our stay. Right across the street from John's Pass and many restaurants to choose from. Right in front of beach, easy access.

Close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year.

Joe’s condo was exactly what we were looking for - beach front facing the Gulf, a great view of the sunsets from the balcony, convenient to John’s Pass shopping and restaurants. The unit is nicely decorated and was very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Pre-check in and check out instructions were very clear. I had a few questions and Joe responded quickly. We already booked for next year and we cant wait!

Our one week stay started out a little sour, as we didn’t have hot water for the first two days and communication with the owner was somewhat difficult until day two. Once we were able to discuss the hot water issue with the owner, corrective action was fairly prompt. Because of this inconvenience, the property owner worked with us in a satisfactory fashion to adjust our rent. This condo was very clean and well kept. The condo is located in a very convenient part of Madeira Beach. The recent upgrades to the stairway, elevator, pool and beach access which uses a key fob is very convenient. Checkin was well organized and easy. Reserved parking locations is great! The kitchen was well stocked. We would consider renting this condo again in the future.

Madeira Norte was exactly as described. The convenience of being able to walk across the street to John’s Pass was perfect. We enjoyed dolphin watching from our balcony daily. The sunsets on the beach were gorgeous. The property was secure and clean. There was everything you need for a day at the beach, including, chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler. The pool area was very relaxing. We will definitely book again for our next trip down. Thank you for a relaxing, memorable last Spring Break with our oldest daughter before she leaves for college in the fall. Wish we could give it 10 stars!!

We had the perfect week! The condo has everything you could possible want. The view is spectacular! We saw dolphins everyday!🐬😎. The condo itself is simply beautiful. We enjoyed the location as well. We could walk over to John’s Pass or a short drive to some awesome restaurants. We hope to return next year to this gem!

The condo is very nice and supplied with everything. The bed was so comfortable and we appreciated having a door code, instead of a key. The vessel sinks are beautiful but for someone who is only 5’2” I had to stand on my tiptoes when brushing my teeth!😝. The TV’s worked great and it was wonderful having a condo where you can set the temperature to what makes you feel comfortable on those super hot and humid days (we have found some condos where you cannot control the temps😖). This is the second time we have stayed in this property. It is convenient, comfortable, clean and has all the things you need for week stay at the beach.!

stayed one week at this property. The location was perfect with a beach front unit facing the West. The check in process was a bit cumbersome with multiple keys and codes. The unit was well equiped but a bit dated in the funrnishings. Overall the unit was comfortable. Many great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Had a great time. Everyone was very friendly I loved the location condo was great the owner of the condo was fabulous and I would go there again!!!

This condo is in the perfect location. The sunset was so beautiful that we could see from our balcony. It was clean and had everything you need to fully enjoy our stay. We walked across the street to Johns Pass to shop and eat. This was my first vacation in Florida and I will be booking my next vacation here.

Love staying here! The views from the master and balcony are amazing! The sunsets I live for! This year we could get out to the sand bar and hunt for. shells and sand dollars which was a great adventure for the teens! Johns Pass right across the street walkable. Close to many great restaurants! Even had dolphins swimming in the area beaitiful site! We will be booking again soon! Host is very responsive with inquiries!

My family enjoyed our stay! The views from this condo are awesome! The location is across the street from John’s Pass Village. Next time we will fly as the owners literally have everything you need for a week at the beach - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, ect. Just pack your clothes! We may try to come back next year!

The condo had a great view of the Gulf from the living room and the bedroom. Imagine waking up in the morning, opening the blinds and seeing the Gulf from your comfortable king bed. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had an umbrella and beach chairs. John's Pass was directly across the street so no need to drive. Great location! Definitely will return someday.

The unit was a great value with a view. It was well stocked and close to John's Pass. Will definitely book again.

The property is in a great location right beside John’s pass. My family enjoyed the short walk to do the stores and restaurants. However, my family won’t be back to stay here for vacation. When we arrived the floors were so wet you could barley walk on them. The towels were not done and ready to be used. The dishes still had food on them. The A/C did not work for the first couple of days. And the elevators at this place worked only a couple days. So staying on the third floor and having to walk the stairs with beach gear was very inconvenient. This would have been nice to know before we got there because when talking to people who live there they would tell us it’s been a problem for awhile. But to really top it off, after we leave the owner emails me and tells me that nobody has left this place in bad shape like I have. He shows me pictures that his cleaning lady sent him and I’ll tell you what they are. A smudge of sunscreen on the mirror. Some sand that I swept into a pile on the floor for the cleaners to get (I would'v swept but the vacuum is in the guest bedroom closet all the way in the back where nobody seen until we were leaving) and also I did leave a little sand on the counter where the beach toys were left. A bag and a bottle were left behind which is the only yeah I forgot to get. And a strainer was left on the floor because I didn’t realize it was there because my 1 year old liked to play with. Good location, but not a good overall property. Stay somewhere else!

So the view is outstanding! We loved every minute of this trip! The kitchen was well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. I slept so well the entire trip! There were beach chairs and towels in the unit. The tv is large and has smart functions. Joe was very responsive to questions and just a super nice guy! The only issue we had was how crowded the beach was, but we just went down early and set up our canopy to have a spot. This is a fantastic beach front condo.

We had a wonderful stay at 310 Madeira Norte. The complex and the condo were clean and comfortable. The view amazing! We loved the pool and the easy beach access. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Joe thought of everything you might need on vacation if you left it at home. Super convenient to John's Pass. Great view from the very comfortable king sized bed!!

We have been staying in the area for over 6 years and this is the first time we have stayed so close to John's Pass. I was a little reluctant, but the location was wonderful. The condo is directly on the ocean, with all the beach chairs and an umbrella provided by the owner. The condo provided one guest pass for parking, which was such a blessing for our family/friends to come and visit. To access the elevator and/or stairs or to enter/exit the beach, a key must be used for security. The condo was very safe and security was on location. It was the most convenient and relaxing week we have had in many years. Overall, we would return to Madeira Norte again!

Great condo with a kitchen stocked with allnecessary utensils and dishes etc. Also many many spices and herbs.

We just adored this rental property. Very elegant but practical. Wonderful finishes and well designed for hosting our extended family with small children through teens and grandparents. The kitchen is large and well appointed with all the pots and pans and equipment for cooking and hosting a large group. The bunk room is perfect for the kids. The beds were comfortable, linens top quality and towels abundant. We really appreciated the laundry facility and downstairs outdoor shower for after the beach walks. The nearby town is so cute and has lots to explore.

Best location in John’s Pass at a good price. The condo is nicely equipped and very well maintained.

We have a family of four with kids 8 & 10. The condo was perfect for us and very comfortable. The kids said the beds were really cozy! The balcony overlooking the gulf is Huge. The condo is very well equipped with towels, chairs and umbrella and lots of kitchen essentials and even a crockpot which was great. We had a great trip despite a few chilly days. Being able to just pop down to the beach is a must and this unit was perfect for that. Being close to John’s pass was also very convenient if you like to beach shop or do jet skis and they have the best pizza at DeLosas! 😁. We hope to stay here again
