Comfortable accommodations for our group of 7. Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, 3 kids. The location can’t be beat. Can walk to playground, splash pad, park, sunset celebration, tourist attractions, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Best property we’ve ever stayed in. Truman Annex is always great but this place has the best view of water and park. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

We go to Key West a few times a year but had not stayed in the Truman Annex before. It is really nice and more quite than other locations. This house has the extra attraction of a view of the water from the second floor deck. We had a great time as always and this house is a great place to stay when you want quite at night and still close to all the fun on Duval.

Awesome location in Truman Annex. View of water and sunsets. Close to restaurants, museums and historic Old Town. Easy check-in and check-out. Our family had a great time!

The home was perfect for us and our friends. Love the easy walk to any part of Duval, in addition to the park/exercise trial by the water! Daily pool time was a must and the views from the upper deck were spectacular.

House is beyond charming in the very quaint Truman Annex. Walking distance to everything. Incredible view off the second floor(main living area). Highly recommend!

Excellent location to the entertainment of Key West. A beautiful view of the sunsets every night. This place had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our stay easy. We also enjoyed the heated pool for our relaxing days.

Beautiful place and house. Pool was nice after long day of walking. Host was responsive after the next door property had palm tree trimming from a service using a chain saw. They got dust in the pool but host was persistent in getting pool cleaned. Wasn’t the fault of the owner but it was appreciated. Very comfortable stay!

Super unique property for Key West. Property backs up against a park with direct water views but located inside the safe / quiet Truman Annex. Convenient access to Duval and Mallory Square - house itself is probably nicer than the pictures with a cool mix between Key West charm and updated finishes. The pool was mostly shaded, which was perfect for our two young kids. Property manager was terrific to communicate with. It’s worth booking and will look for this property the next time we return.

The location, home and amenities were perfect. Private and peaceful, and short walk to the insanity on Duval. Best vacation!!!

This property was perfect for our family! There is so much space that we could all have our own area while also having a wonderful living room space to play board games and watch movies. The balcony porch was the perfect spot to sit in the morning with coffee and to watch the cruise ships come in and out of the port. The pool was a great addition in the heat of Florida and everything was within walking distance from the house! A couple of notes: - We used the grill a couple times and noticed that it was low on propane. This is not concerning though because Nancy was amazing to work with and I'm sure if we would have run out of propane she would have had the tank replaced. - If you plan to cook and use the coffee maker in the kitchen, make sure you get the essentials before arriving! There were no coffee filters, oil/oil sprays, salt, pepper, etc. Overall, it was the perfect property for our family celebrating our parents' 30th anniversary and we definitely plan to come back!!

Everything about this home was as advertised and it is in an absolutely spectacular location. We were a group of adult couples; no one felt crowded and there was plenty of space to stretch out. Everything was clean, the pool was well maintained, and everything in the kitchen worked as it should. There were plenty of sheets, pillows, and towels (both pool and bath) to go around. Lastly, our host Nancy was a pleasure to deal with. We didnt have any needs during our stay, but the booking process and all of our questions were addressed timely and professionally. This is my first rental-by-owner experience and she has set a high bar for future people to live up to.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Location is perfect, kitchen is big and great to cook in, enough space for everyone to spread out and private pool is a bonus.

This property was better than advertised! Clean, spacious, great location and one of the few in Key West with ocean view. We used the pool, deck, grill and found it very convenient to downtown. Will book again
