Very good price

No water in room, no water for breakfast, you get it but then you need to pay for it and they don’t say the price.. not included in breakfast 😅 Price not same like on booking.com. A lot of hair in the tub, not very clean. No one there when we came at 22:00. We need to call them, they don’t speak english very well. Don’t recomend. :)

So cheap, value for money was great. Good size room.

Small room

The bathroom was exceptional, and the bathtub made it feel like we're in a spa. The breakfasts were really filling, although not too varied, but they were delicious. The bed was huge. Finally, you've got a restaurant and a good pint of Tyskie which you can even have in the hotel garden which has a bench swing and a couple of tables with plenty of seating. P.S. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The pillows. They are far too thin and small for a comfortable sleep, and you only get 3 on a double bed. There was a stain on the bedsheets. There were no hair dryers available (apart for one left by another guest).

No heating in the room, turned off every night from 11pm to 4am, at the same time wasn't available hot water, the same about the heating and water was happened every day between 11am to 4pm, thank you for friendly staff to provide for me 3 duvets, otherwise I would be frozen in my room. First night, I made complain to the owner, because the heating was turned off at 9 pm and wasn't working up to 6am, I had to sleep in 2 jumpers and leggings, but it wasn't enough to get sleep in warm condition. I didn't sleep all night. I asked an owner for electric heater, but he has refused it. The worst experience in my all life. Never again

Nothing actually.

First of all, the facility cannot even afford decent bedding. My partner and I had our beds joined together and I had a thick duvet and my partner a thin one. Terrible worn pillows, after which the neck hurts. No parking spaces for guests, we had to park at the blocks of flats across the street, but it was a problem, because we were looking for a place probably about 10 minutes. Towels were discolored from bleach,and on the cabinets and bedside lamps a layer of dust. In addition, there is a lack of space to hang and arrange your clothes plus no signal in the TV. I wouldn't recommend that place and will definitely not come back there either.

The bed (matress) was comfortable for me. The WC/shower room was decent in interior without mould. That's it.

Nobody who registered me speaked english / russian. Took half an hours to be escorted to the room. The rooms carpet was so dirty (not vacuumed also) I did not want to take my shoes off. Two beds in room. One was not even fixed after someones sleeping before. Shower was clean (but small boot), toilet did have a pubic (or some kind of alien) hair on the seat on my arrival 😂 💨 The worst part is non soundproof accomodation and whole building. Single thin layer of drywall is terrible for good nights sleep. Thin wodden rooms doors are like there's no doors at all. Squeaky staircase. Personel was tidying up first night until late and it was just impossible not to hear those noises even with ear plugs. And keep in mind, below there's a ballroom which can be (and on my stay during weekend was) rented for a party that is coming to your bed, you like it or not :) I did not take any detailed photos as they do not show those small "inconveniences".
