Sea Shell Condominiums, situé sur Siesta Key, juste de l'autre côté du pont de Sarasota, est le lieu de villégiature idéal toute l'année! Les Sea Shell Condominiums sont un complexe fermé avec un parking couvert assigné. Nos appartements sont entièrement équipés. Une buanderie est disponible à chaque étage. Les balcons du condo offrent une vue sur les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle de Siesta Key, ainsi que sur la beauté naturelle de la plage et des eaux tropicales. Nagez dans notre piscine chauffée, prenez un bain de soleil sur la plage ou détendez-vous dans les saunas. Les vacances de vos rêves vous attendent!
L'un des meilleurs condos de luxe mis à jour au Sea Shell. La chambre principale a un matelas à plateau-coussin New Serta King size et une salle de bain privée, porte coulissante donnant sur la véranda. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 nouveaux matelas à plateau-coussin New Queen Serta et d'un accès à la 2ème salle de bains. Il y a une télévision à écran plat dans la chambre d'amis. Le salon dispose d'un nouveau canapé en cuir Sleep, d'une causeuse et d'une chaise. Il y a un téléviseur intelligent à écran plat DEL de 55 po dans un grand centre de divertissement de style KeyWest. Cuisine entièrement rénovée avec comptoirs en granit et salle à manger séparée.
La plage est fantastique !! Sable de quartz blanc qui ne fait jamais chaud ni froid et ressemble à de la poudre pour bébé. Les eaux bleu azur se rendent jusqu'à cette plage immaculée. Les dauphins un natif sont un site commun. Le complexe est situé en face du petit supermarché, des excellents restaurants, des charcuteries, de la location de bateaux et de vélos, du glacier Orange Octopus. Essayez mes fav. caramel salé!, Pizza, 7 Eleven, boutique de souvenirs, etc.
La région de Sarasota en Floride est suffisamment vaste pour offrir des équipements culturels cosmopolites, mais suffisamment petite pour offrir une intimité isolée. Vous pourrez faire du bateau, de la pêche et de la plongée avec tuba à proximité.

We had an amazing week staying in Siesta Key and driving to other area beaches exploring SouthWest Florida. The condo was wonderful. The only advice I have is to bring lots of quarters for the washing machine and dryers if you don’t like wet towels like me!! Quarters are hard to fine on the island.

Condo was great! Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it’s fine. My 19 yr old son brought his best friend, so kinda wished one of the couches made out into a bed. Location couldn’t have been more perfect: ) I’d warn anyone with an SUV. They don’t fit under the parking spaces because the ceilings are WAY low. Laundry room was convenient. Kinda pricey at $1.50 to wash and dry. Bring quarters! I really love having the washer and dryer in the condo so you don’t have to wait around on it. But, all in all, we LOVED it! Had the best time and the location made all other things seem minor: ) We’ll definitely be back!

The location was great. The condo was well equipped and all the updates were quality. Didnt use the pool but was small. If oceanview is important there really isnt much of a view. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this condo.

The property is centrally located within very close range to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean, well equipped, very comfortable and very quiet. The owners were excellent to communicate during the entire process from start to finish. The condo building seemed to be well taken care of and the pool was cleaned daily. The outdoor bbq enclosed hut located directly on the beach was excellent for bbqs.
We had a wonderful week and it highly met our expectations! We plan on booking this condo again.

My husband and I have visited Sarasota many times over the years and have stayed in AMI, LB and Lido. Susan’s place on Siesta was our favorite of all. Beginning with the great communication, then the accuracy of the listing, cleanliness, location and amenities, everything was perfect. We hope to stay again in the future.

Very nice modern updated unit right on the beach. Great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Beach is amazing - everything you've read about Siesta Key as being the best beach in the USA is true! Unit was very clean and check-in/check-out was as smooth as can be.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seashell 408! Susan was quick and detailed with communication! Condo was totally updated and stocked with everything we needed. We have stayed at Seashell many times in the past and this unit was one of the nicest! Cant wait to visit again!!

Thank you for another wonderful vacation in Siesta Key! The email before we arrived explained everything in beautiful detail. It was hassle free from there and we had a fun and relaxing time! We would definitely stay again! Aside from the obvious, awesome location, not only steps to the powder white beach of Siesta Key, but an hour to Tampa and two hours to Disney, (did both)! We had some laughs over coffee on the patio, watching people below trying to find spots and park in the tiny and narrow, south end public access lot! Thank you!

We loved the condo the minute we walked in! This was such a great location....right on the beach and access to some restaurants. You can take the trolley up and down the Key...its a hop on hop off. So convenient...I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Having stayed at numerous properties (including this one) over the years this condo was one of our favorites. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well maintained, and was equipped with all the necessities anyone would need while on vacation. The view of the gulf from the condo isn’t spectacular but we knew that going in and were okay with that. You are literally steps from the beach and can enjoy the view all day! We prefer staying in this area of the key due to the many restaurants, grocery store, convenience store, and nightlife all within walking distance. Communication with the property owner was excellent and the whole rental process smooth. We look forward to staying here again!

My family and I decided to try out Florida for family vacation this year and this condo did NOT disappoint ! So so gorgeous and clean. All obviously newly renovated and welcoming. We felt safe in this area and also had everything we could ever need for beach days. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The host was quick with responses and gave a ton of suggestions on places to eat and check out! Will 1000% stay here again!!

Stayed for a week here. Convenient to beach and places to eat. Entertainment across the street at night. Can walk to several places nearby. Was not loud at night. Loved the shuttle service/trolly car that runs up and down the street for free. (Tips only.) We traveled to the village by the trolly. It was nice not having to drive unless you wanted to go over the bridge into Sarasota. Will return and recommend.

We stayed at the height of spring break, so the area was exceedingly busy with people and traffic. Even with a large crowd, our condo stayed pretty quiet inside. The beach and weather were great and the owner is very quick to respond and accommodating. She even let us check in a day early when the condo was available. The beach umbrella and other items were a nice perk and the kids loved the pool. If you're looking for a less crowded area, this isn't it, as the beach was absolutely wall-to-wall teens and people, but if you want an area with beautiful, warm water and lots of nightlife action, it's definitely got that.

Sue's unit was very well appointed, updated, and clean. We enjoyed staying here and we were very comfortable. Sue was very quick to respond to us after the hurricane ensuring us everything was back up and running ASAP

Perfect vacation booked for 2 weeks but cut short by 4 days due to Hurricane. Everything was great. Sue was great and even reimbursed us for 2 of the 4 nights we lost.

The property was clean and comfortable. Prior to the stay Sue sent a detailed email with instructions and some must sees in the area. She also called to check in on us while we’re there. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting this area.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo on Siesta Key! The beds were amazing. The condo was in a great location close to some great restaurants. We loved Miguel’s for dinner and The toasted Mango for breakfast! Sue was so nice and answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you Sue!

Let me start by saying the host was great. Sue provided instructions and places to eat, things to do. The condo was stocked with kitchenware, beach items, and spices for cooking. The beds were a little firm but comfortable. The place was clean and welcoming. Each room had a TV. You could see the ocean from the balcony. We were on the beach. Love, love, love this place. Will definitely come back!!!!
