Can’t wait to return!

Loved the location, the cleanliness and the new bathroom was really great. I loved the iron and ironing board, the basket and pegs made life so easy for our stay. The beds were comfy and the linen so clean.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable. Had a very comfortable stay.

A dryer may have been handy but wasn’t disappointed with anything.

Cleanliness was great. Pretty house from outside. Great parking with easy access.

Need a teapot! 😂 Also, the area was and view from front rooms was disappointing, but not the owners fault.

While previous reviews indicated that the property was in a quiet location we found it to be the opposite.

Roomy and comfortable furnishings. Spotlessly clean with a very tidy yard.

Traffic noise was ongoing and intrusive from 4:30am until 9:30pm. Property is located on a very busy road.

Shhh, this is a find.

Simple lay out, clean, easy to find, everything we needed and more. Lovely touches such as the inclusion of pet bowls and washing machine provisions. Both adults and children commented on how comfy the beds were and we all slept soundly. Great safe yard for the dog.

Wonderful stay. Lovely place for a weekend. Very comfortable beds. The owners take great care.

Exceptionally clean. Great attention to details like tea, coffee, milk on arrival, magazine, heating and air con. Easy arrival instructions. Beautiful garden. Walk to town. My dog enjoyed fenced yard.

Extremely clean, well fitted, Aneta and Steve were wonderful to communicate with. Great for our dog to run around in the fenced off yard too.

This is my favourite place to stay when visiting Orange. The home is neat, organised and comfortable in a central, quiet location. The host is friendly and an excellent communicator who is very kind and accommodating.
