The whole apartment is very nice and comfy.

Good location

We arrived to the smell of a burning plastic plant pot on the balcony. The administrator was on vacation and the owner of the flat didn't respond to us. The only person who was in the lobby didn't speak much english and didn't know how to help us. The sofa was also very stained. We had to sleep in the smell of melting plastic. We later contacted the building manager who told us he will write to the owner, but it's been over a week and we still haven't gotten an answer. We believe we should get at least a partial refund for the inconvenience! Very dissappointed.

Spacious, quiet

Coffee machine not working, bathroom could be a tad cleaner, parking lot logistics are confusing

1. There is only 1 sofa bed instead of 2 in bedroom 2, which doesn’t match the order info and caused inconvenience for us. 2. The hair dryer is broken. 3. The house owner acted negatively to solve our problems, instead of giving a solution or remedy, she at first ignored our messages deliberately(cuz I told her that I would send her a message immediately from booking platform via phone) and then gave a reminder to tell us the checkout policy which was very rude from our side.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It was very secure and there was a full service laundromat and bakery on site.

The only issue was that the futon was a little hard but the bed was very comfortable.
