This is a great property, there was tons of space for all of us to spread out and the clubhouse was a great asset as well. Close to downtown Frisco and the Summit Stage shuttles, but still feels secluded with the mountains and being just a few blocks off Main Street. Would definitely stay here again. Kids loved the main floor and having all the bedrooms upstairs was really nice for kids with different bedtimes.

For 12 people, the rental was exactly what we needed in terms of space. Lots of places to lounge around, storage for ski gear, and a decent kitchen to cook. My only suggestion is to switch to digital keys so we don't have to retrieve physical keys 10 minutes away.

This rental was perfect for our group of 3 families. Everyone had their own rooms with their own bathrooms and the kids shared the 4th bedroom. Great space for gathering without feeling cramped. The hot tub, sauna and pool were awesome. It's a 4 minute walk to the free Summit Stage bus, which so so convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent, well-maintained accommodation for me and my out-of-state friends. Super easy access to Copper Mountain and restaurants along Frisco Historic Main Street. Great selection of cooking utensils for eat-in dinners. Comfortable beds. Garage door height is sufficient to park the car with a box on the roof. Only issue we noted was drainage from roof creating massive frozen puddle at garage opening. This is really hazardous for walking and should be corrected!

We really enjoyed our stay. The number of bedrooms and especially bathrooms was great for a larger group. The condo is nicer than it appears in the photos. Our only issue was with the dryer. Towels were taking forever to dry and I think the lint trap & dryer vent hose need cleaning out. All in all- a great visit!

The property was very roomy and well stocked. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for getting on the highway or walking into town. The only negatives were a grill that barely worked and 1 bedroom that had 2 small windows that barely opened. It was hot so we went out and bought a fan for that room. All the rooms were equipped with humidifiers which were helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in June with 3 families. This is a beautiful and very spacious and clean townhome. I would say it is better than what the pictures show. Each of the 3 couples had a private master suite and the kids all loved the bunk room which was very large and a good hangout space for them. The pool and hot tub are just outside the front door in a gated area. The pool was quite warm and it was a great place for us to relax after busy days. I would highly recommend this place to larger groups traveling together. If I had any complaint it would be that you have to drive about 10 min away to the rental company location to check in and check out. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience by any means but it would be nice to have a lock box on site as many other rental properties have. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

There were cob webs on light fixtures. Lights are dim in bedrooms. In bunk room bathroom the exhaust fan would not stay on. The beds were comfortable. Hot water supply was good for number of bathrooms and people showering at the same time. It had a lot of space and the number of full bathrooms was great!

We used the home as a family retreat for our adult kids and their wives and another relative whi visited from Denver. We prepared the typical Turkey day feast with all of the sides and desserts. We have done alot of traveling and cooking wherever we stay and are always concerned with kitchen equipment and serving ware. This was one of the best stocked kitchens ever! It had everything we needed and more! The house was perfect for our needs and fit all of us comfortably. Especially liked a bathroom for each bedroom. Summit was great and we had no issues. The property met our needs and is a short walk to Main Street for dining/shopping. The electric range worked poorly and the patio gas grill was in desperate need of cleaning, so preparing meals had its challenges. The pool/hot tub was a hit!

We loved how spacious it was, how every bedroom had its own bathroom, location to town, the scenery outside the windows, how many decks, check in and reservation process. They definitely need to up date the boiler there was never any hot water for showers chill to luke warm. They need to replace the grill with a new one, this one is old , dirty, and rickety, barely staying together.

This property worked great for the 3 families we were traveling with. Lots is sleeping space and great location to all the amazing things frisco and surrounding area has to offer.
Only downside is the hot tubs weren’t always working so we weren’t able to enjoy them as much as we would’ve liked.

Perfect for our family of 10
This condo has so much room and the layout is wonderful for 4 couples or family. The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. All the bedrooms and the laundry are on the upper floor and very soundproof. We put the kids to bed and were still able to play games and laugh and talk without waking them up. And the early risers didn't disturb the others. This unit is directly across from the clubhouse which is great for the hot tub and swimming. The round table easily sat 8 people and the kitchen area was spacious. The sectional couch and easy chairs gave all of us a good place to sit and hang out. We appreciated the humidifiers in each bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the main floor, including a shower. There were two roll away beds in the downstairs closet and a pack n play in the upstairs bedroom. You can't go wrong with this condo for a larger group! It is a nice, quiet neighborhood, but also close to Main St, the bike path and the highway. The garage goes right into the kitchen which makes it easy to unpack. Loved our stay here!

Check-in process was smooth and easy. Unit was clean, nicely stocked with plenty of move, very comfortable. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was nice, no waiting. The location is prefect for getting around whether you're walking to town or getting on the highway to hit the slopes.

There was plenty of room for sleeping for the eight of us. We had great accommodations. Plenty of space in the kitchen and dining area for meals and great conversation. One couple who have planned many ski vacations said the it was the best place that they have ever had. Many my friends have always complained about not having enough bathrooms. Well there wear bathrooms aplenty here. Property management made everything easy for making our stay great. Frisco is a great location and provided easy access to I70 and ski resorts.

Rodent in house
Cleaning was still being done when I arrived at 4:15 she did not leave until 5pm so the 4pm guarantee did not have the frig was dirty there was no hand shop they were all empty there were not enough dishwasher pods or trash bags I had to go by some but the worst was the frost thing we saw was a rodent run across the living room I called immediately and was told they would send maintenance out with traps maintenance showed up with nothing and said if you see again call and I’ll bring my dog well we saw many more times my grandson was terrified we also had a baby crawling all over on day 2 I saw in bedroom where my 4 grandson were sleeping I trapped in trash can and threw outside so all in all my family vacation started pretty rough no one wants to see a rodent in the house they are staying in
