You don’t often find a place with 2 King beds! Very nice place, loved the outdoor shower and the screened in outside porch. You get to the porch through the master bedroom but that wasn’t an issue for us. Only 1 bathroom but it’s big and has 2 sinks. Plus you have the outdoor shower so that wasn’t an issue for us. Very comfortable- we would definitely stay here again.

Good location. It's a 15-minute walk to the closest beach (Poodle), 5 minutes on a bike, and an 8-minute ride to Rehoboth Ave. The owner was quick to respond. Check-in and out was easy. The only thing to note is that we ate two meals a day at home, and there is not much counter space to work with, especially since the counter is shared with seating as it's the only place inside to eat inside. Great porch outside though, with a big table. But often, it's just too hot and humid to sit outside. Overall, a great experience and would stay again for sure!

This property is in a perfect little area near downtown Rehoboth. Easy to get to off the main highway but on a safe, relatively quiet street. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk, even with a wagon full of beach supplies and a stroller.
Unfortunately, the day we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working. We reached out to the hosts through the app and via phone. They were very responsive and quickly worked to rectify the issue, having an HVAC company out within hours. Thankfully the issue was minor and we were able to stay in the unit without any further issues. Would highly recommend this property to friends/family.

The apartment was clean, had a great location to the boardwalk and was an easy stay. We appreciated the washer & dryer and absolutely loved the screened upper deck. We were a little disappointed that the hammock wasn't there but, to be fair - we didn't inquire with the host. Walls are a little thin with the downstairs neighbor so something to be aware of. The walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk is roughly 20 minutes, though you can reach some of the beaches in 10. It's a fast drive to the boardwalk though and we found the Park Mobil app to be a breeze. There is parking to be found within a few blocks if you look. Just make sure you select the closest meter on the street you are parked when using the app and you are all set. We loved that we could add extra time from our phones without running back & forth. The home is on a beautiful residential street with friendly locals & vacationers. Everything you could possibly need is nearby from restaurants to shopping, amusements and beaches galore. Outstanding stay.

This dwelling is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home features a well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a full bathroom (with dual sinks and shower). The home is a walkable distance to downtown Rehoboth - which features many charming shops and restaurants reminiscent of what you would expect in a quaint beach town. If you are looking for a great house that feels like home, you surely will not be disappointed. There were small little touches that made the home feel quite cozy and warm: puzzles, books and lots of appliances. The enclosed patio was a dream! Susan, the owner, was responsive and accommodating. What a wonderful experience!

This was a great place for me and my family to stay at July 4th weekend! Great location, being 5 mins from either Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach. We loved the screened in porch and having dedicated parking. The only thing we wish the property had was a dishwasher, but that wasn't too bad as we used paper plates mostly. Would definitely stay there again!

Great modern and clean place in a quiet area (bypassing the hassle of coming in on Rehoboth Ave), but just a short scenic walk along Silver Lake to the beach and on to downtown.
Relaxing on the screened-in porch in the back was a surprise treat! Enough space for everyone to spread out, have breakfast, or play games.
The hosts are responsive and friendly, not that we needed much as everything was ready and functional in the unit!

Very clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. On a quiet street in South Rehoboth. Easy 10-min walk to beach. Enjoyed watching the turtles, geese, and heron on the lake as we walked into town. A lovely spot!

This was the fourth time my family stayed at Dodd's Addition and we haven't grown tired of it yet. We continued to be pleased by the furnishings and decor.....no cheesy beach bric-a-brac and mismatched cast-off furniture. The owner, Susan, was always responsive to questions and needs.
