The property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable for our family of 6. The back yard is just the right size for outdoor games and dining, and the front yard is a lovely view from the porch rocking chairs. We loved the close proximity to Narragansett Town Beach and Newport. Carissa at Narraganset Properties was a joy to work with. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We hope to return next year.

We had a lovely time at this home in Narragansett. It was a brief car ride to many beaches or restaurants. We loved sitting outside either on the front porch or in the backyard. It was very private with beautiful gardens. The owner was very responsive to any questions with a quick reply. We only wished that the living room furniture was a bit more comfortable. Maybe more cushions? Definitely would recommend for couples or families wanting a relaxing vacation.

Chris & Deb's house was a perfect match for our multi-generational family's needs! We loved the front porch with rocking chairs and fenced in backyard for our two small dogs. There are flowers everywhere in the yard which adds to the charm of the property. The house is spacious and up to date and we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Chris & Deb for everything!!

My daughter found this fantastic house so we can bring our two dogs on vacation with us instead of boarding them. The house had everything we needed for cooking and grilling including a basic set of spices. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved playing with our dogs in the fenced-in backyard. The location was perfect and within 10 to 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. We are already planing our trip for next summer because there is so much to do in Rhode Island and this house is in the perfect location. The owner is quick to respond to any questions about the property. I highly recommend booking your vacation at this property.

The rental was a great space for our family. It had plenty of space for all of us. The master bedroom was huge and nice to have laundry on second floor. One of our favorite spots was the front porch with the rockers. Another great feature was the Narrow River Beach being a ten minute walk away. It was a nice little neighborhood for walks and there was a playground nearby as well. The place was relatively clean, but we did encounter stray hairs and a moldy shower curtain in the upstairs master bath when arriving. Luckily, we found a replacement shower curtain under the sink. Additionally, the grease trap in the grill was full when we arrived and only half of the grill was functioning properly. Overall it was a great stay and we were happy with the accommodations. The house was well stocked with everything we needed except lobster utensils! Thank you for a wonderful week and fond memories.

Spacious vacation home with comforts of home. Nice neighbor. Walking distance to private beach/ lake. Kayaks were included and great condition and kayaking was awesome. Home is within short distance of state beaches, light houses and Newport. One of our best vacations defentily will return and rent same home.

The backward private and cozy.A family of 8 could fit their nicely.I would say the only negative thing is the house could have been cleaner. The base boards, stairs and lampshades were dusty and cobwebs. All of the hard wood floors could have used a good washing.That did not stop us from having a good time.

We booked last minute for a four night stay with two other couples. Nice clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard for lawn games. Property management dropped the ball for check-in but a representative showed up two days later to rectify.

Our little family of three were very happy with our trip to Rhode Island, this home was exactly what we needed. It has plenty of space (could easily fit 8 in the 4 bedrooms), nice kitchen, a cute backyard with lawn games, a lovely front porch to watch birds and have coffee in the morning, and is very central to all we wanted. 15 minutes to Newport, 15 minutes to the City beach and 20 minutes to the state beach. And the beach supplies (chairs/umbrella/cart) were very handy. A great place and a real value!

Pros: Very responsive owners who came out to give us another AC unit in the heat. Great yard for kids. Large master bed and bath. Private neighborhood beach to walk to. Fairly close to public beaches. Cons: Some maintenance issues while we stayed, like cleanliness of kitchen, doors needing a wipe down, dryer taking hours to dry, holes in window screens, and other little items. A number of small things that were annoying for a vacation, given the price. Owners addressed what they could quickly and were very nice, but still, it is vacation.

Nicely equipped four bedroom house in a quiet and secluded neighborhood about 20-30 minutes drive from the beaches. Very nice front yard and porch area with four rockers. Private, fenced in back yard with a big table, plenty of chairs and a gas grill on the deck, under a shady tree. Nice TV in the living room and free WiFI. Our only negative comment is that the mattresses were a little saggy in the middle..

We enjoyed our stay very much. A few things. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The back yard and furniture was dirty. Towel rack in up stairs bathroom, on top of the steps was broken. It was just leaning into the wall. Bit all in all great house we would rent it again. Thank you John Ogden

Our stay at this house was very pleasant. We enjoyed the convenience of the location just off Route 1A to the many amenities of the greater Narragansett/Newport area. The rooms were decorated with fun furniture and finishing. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and grilling/eating on the back deck. The yard is surrounded by beautiful plantings and we enjoyed games of crochet in the fenced in the private backyard. The living room was comfortable on a rainy day with good wifi and cable tv access. Our favorite was watching the sunsets off the front deck in the evenings. Highly recommended!

Great location close to the beach and lake. Stores and restaurants all with 15 min.. All maintenance problems where handle very quickly. Inside of house very nice, ,kitchen was great, ready to start cooking as soon as you get there. Overall the house was great, would have been nice to stay for the summer.
