Une vue imprenable sur la base de Winter Park vous attend dans ce condo 1 lit / 1 salle de bain. Ce condo a été récemment mis à jour et dispose d'une cuisine complète avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, un foyer au gaz, une télévision à écran plat et des couchages pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. La chambre a un lit King size. Vous êtes sûr de profiter des vues incroyables du côté de la pente depuis le salon, la terrasse et la chambre.
À seulement quelques pas de l'ascenseur avec un accès facile à la réception, au casier à skis, au centre de remise en forme, au bain à remous et enfin - à la NOUVELLE GONDOLA !!!
Zephyr Mountain Lodge est à peu près aussi proche que vous pouvez dormir à la télécabine sans camping à l'extérieur !! Zephyr possède quatre bains à remous, une salle de remise en forme, un parking souterrain chauffé, des magasins de ski sur place et à proximité des restaurants et des magasins. Il y a aussi un anneau de patinage sur glace à proximité. Chaque condo a une cuisine à service complet. Laveuse et sécheuse sont situées à chaque étage. Le condo est situé au 3ème étage dans Riverside Bldg face à la base.

The property exceeded our expectations in every sense. Its proximity to all the events within the village was wonderful. The mgmt staff was very helpful in assisting with our reservation and our entire stay went off without a hitch. We will definitely return for another long weekend.

What a wonderful one bedroom unit at the base of Winter Park ski. Although it was a late season skiing, the gondola is open therefore we can easily access to Mary Jane Area. We parked in underground garage with easy access to room and ski lockers. We stayed in Riverside section which we highly recommend. It is a little walk to 2 hot tubs on Slopeside. Room is very clean and comfortable. We have to connect with property management for things we need in the room and the response was so quick. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, this place is very good. We've stayed at Zephyr multiple times and the location is key. This condo is as pictured. It is nice to be facing the mountain and right at the base. A few minor things could make this condo excellent. My son said the sofa bed was not very comfortable, but after a full day skiing he slept anyway. Charlotte, the manager, is GREAT. We had issues with the internet and she was on point, responding at any hour. It took 2.5 full days of my vacation to get the internet working. The owners could really stand to invest in some simple updates. Smart TVs are really inexpensive and expected when you travel now. They did offer cable- yikes. When was the last time you watched cable??? WP basically closes down at 7pm, so thank god for The Office reruns on cable. I guess the owners would have to update their internet to offer smart tvs, which would have been lovely since we had issues with Zephyr internet for 2.5 days. (I wasn't skiing and had to work, so it was a real inconvenience.) Also, a boot dryer in a ski condo is a must. I can't believe they didn't have one. But overall, this place was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having the fireplace and porch was lovely. A few modernizations would have made it perfect. And the manager, Charlotte, is excellent. She responded at any time and was super helpful. But, on our next trip we will look for a condo that has it's own internet and some modern upgrades.

This is the 3rd (and longest) stay we have had in Winter Park. This condo has a great location, very easy to get to the slopes and stop in for a lunch break. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The bed was comfortable, and the hot water is amazing. I’d love to see an addition of a laundry basket for those who are there for a longer stay & need to utilize the laundry facilities (coin operated, and located on every floor), but I just used one of our suitcases for transport. Overall, I could not ask for a better stay!

Could not have picked a better location. We very much enjoyed our stay with our kids. The condo could use some more silverware and an additional mirror. Nothing that would keep us from re-booking but more items we would bring with us or order if we visited again. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We came up for a long weekend and absolutely loved this place. Host is great and you can’t beat the view. My wife was able to see me on the slopes from the room.

Great location to the slopes, elevator and laundry room. Could use a few more forks, so I didn't have to wash so often. Plenty of blankets! Loved the king size bed. A small laundry basket would be useful to haul back and forth from the washer/dryer. Only one elevator was working. The jets in both hot tubs were not working properly.

Great location and nice view. The unit needs a refresh. Sofa is stained and almost gross, chair is worn in arm to threads. Only one regular spoon in drawer, rest were huge. Disposable used plastic Ramen containers in cupboard. Bed is comfortable. Need a new shower curtain liner as it has pink mold which can be dangerous. Simple fixes would really make the unit more enjoyable.

Locations was perfect. Right accross from lift, and ground level ski locker so you can deboot and enjoy the little slopside village. Never need to go to town.

This is a great condo for a family of four. Proximity to the Gondola is exceptional (3-minute walk from room to lift!). Our unit was clean and plenty of space to eat and lounge after skiing. There are two hot tubs and a small gym in the building as well. There is a small store below for basic food items (cereal, milk, beer, etc), plus two rental shops, a Starbucks, and many restaurants. Be aware though that most close by 8 or 9pm...other restaurant options for later dining can be found 10 minutes down the road in the Winter Park town center.

Deal breaker for me is the bed was uncomfortable. One side was very slanted making the person on that side roll to the center of the bed. Minor annoyance was the TV system just has the kind of cable you have to flip through channel by channel like the 1980s. Everything else was great.

We absolutely loved Winter Park and the location of the condo. The condo needs some updating as the carpet and couch look a little worn, but overall we had a fantastic stay. The owners were accommodating to one of our requests and easy to work with. Would stay again!
