Ces cottages pittoresques et authentiques (construits dans les années 1940) de Key West 'Old Florida' sont confortables et très propres, et ont été entièrement rénovés avec une piscine d'eau salée chauffée, un jacuzzi, 2 bar / grill extérieur avec des sièges dans l'enceinte de la cour arrière clôturée ( 5000 pieds carrés). Vous n'aurez AUCUN enfant hurlant autour de ce complexe ... juste la paix et la tranquillité pour une détente ultime. Ce petit chalet peut accueillir confortablement 2 adultes. Il y a un canapé-lit queen pour une nuitée. Très petite cour arrière clôturée avec chaque chalet ... parfait pour Fido. Véranda grillagée romantique. Quartier très calme et adapté aux chiens. Beaucoup de stationnement sur le composé. Chaque chalet dispose de 2 vélos, 2 chaises de plage, parasol, poussette de plage. Il se trouve à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants, des boutiques et des activités nautiques.

Judy has thought of everything- lovely furniture and decor; close enough to the beach but far enough from the crowds; all the dishes you could use; top quality towels; the pool; bikes and beach equipment are a plus. Our second time staying here, will stay again.

We have stayed at several VrBos in recent years and this is definitely one of the nicest! Everything was clean and as pictured online. You could not ask for a better stocked kitchen and lots of useful things all throughout the comfy cottage. The location is perfect, close to the action but a little ways back from the main drag so you are not in the noise or traffic areas. Within easy walking distance to the beach and John’s Pass (shopping and restaurants.) Judy and Drake were quick to answer questions and handle any needs. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Our check-in was terrible. We could not get into the rental and were stuck sitting under the porch roof for over 90 minutes in the dark in a rainstorm trying to contact someone. Seems they forgot we were coming and never programed the door lock. The pool/hot tub did not work, water temp was about 60 deg., unusable. There were clumps of dust and hair under the bed and bath sink was dirty when we arrived. We never did see or hear from Judy, the host.
Once we got in and settled however, we did have a decent stay.

This was a great spot close to the beach and John’s Pass but yet so quiet and relaxing. Our cottage was very clean, bed was comfortable and the pool area so serene and inviting. Our first day there was a cool 62 degrees but the protection of the trees around the pool area made it very comfortable to enjoy being outside. It was also wonderful to have all the beach supplies and bikes for our use. Judy was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect for us. We will definitely stay again!

The cottage was comfortable and owner was responsive to a heating request and a rep was sent to repair. We had an unusual cold front that hit Florida over the holidays. Overall the experience was very nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

Loved my stay here. Very comfortable and enjoyed the backyard pool and hot tub almost everyday. Very close to the beach as well. Very pet friendly so my dog also enjoyed our stay. We felt safe taking our walks in the neighborhood. Judy was a great host. I worried that the vacation would have to be cancelled due to Hurricane Ian but Judy was very flexible and accomodating. I ended up arriving a few days late and then extending my stay which worked out perfectly. Hope to return someday!

Awesome place to stay
The cottages are kept impeccably clean. Met the two neighbors and had a great time with them. Great location! Judy was very friendly and was there if you needed anything! Recommend this property to anyone . No kids allowed. Made our vacation stay very relaxing.

The cottage was very clean, neat and welcoming. The area was peaceful and inviting. Judy and her husband are very kind and caring people. They made sure we had all we needed and more. I wil definately return to this gem near the beach. I highy recommed this place, if you are looking for a quiet, clean and peaceful place to stay on vacation. Great place with great location
The cabin was very clean and well appointed. It was a short walk to the beach and John's Pass which was a lot of fun with restaurants, shops and live music. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return in the future.

The Sunshine Cottage
Although it was cool and rainy for much of our week there, we still enjoyed our stay. The cottage is off the main drag so it is really quiet and peaceful, but still within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. The cottage was as advertised and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed meeting and spending some time with occupants of 2 of the other cottages. The hot tub was wonderful and the grills worked well. We will likely stay there again, beats those high rise condos for sure! The owners were available, friendly and helpful.

Tropical Paradise
Our stay at the Sunshine cottage was wonderful and very relaxing. The cottage was as described in the listing and we really enjoyed the extra touches included such as the bikes and the beach chairs and wagon. The location was amazing and very quiet, but was a short walk to the beach and John's Pass. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautifully landscaped pool area. We are hoping to come back soon!

Vacation hidaway
The property is a great relaxing place. The owners are awesome.
The water heater went out and they were there with in the hour to fix it. They had to buy a new one but had it installed immediately. Great hideaway that I don't want to share with others but feel the owners deserve high marks.

Lovely space!
My husband came to Tampa-area for work and I tagged along since I can work from anywhere. We decided to get a place near the beach and Judy's was a great find! We loved the pool area and it felt like a private little sanctuary to work pool side. We enjoyed grilling for dinners. We didn't have any real issues but when we reached out to Judy about some things, she was always kind and quick to help. We also enjoyed walking to the beach and riding the bikes around town. We brought our little dogs too, and they enjoyed chasing lizards in the fenced in pool area. Just know that the dogs are not really allowed on the beaches (sea turtle nests, I think).

My absolute favorite
Judy’s cottages are my favorite place to stay in Mad Beach. We’ve stayed in the past and this time had three of the cottages, and if possible it was even better. They are super clean and very updated. Everything is perfectly thought out so that you have exactly what you need. Being able to show up and only need to buy groceries. Is amazing. We were here over the fourth and Judy reached out to us with information about fireworks. She’s just proactive about making your visit great. We’ll try to stay here every time we come back!!

It has everything you need!
The cottage was beautiful, it was our vacation home away from home. The pool and hot tub were amazing and almost private since we rarely saw people in there when we went. The shed with beach stuff and bikes was another bonus and we made use of all of it! It was a great time and we highly recommend staying here!

Spectacular
This is a little slice of heaven! The sunshine cottage was the perfect getaway for us and the cottage had everything we needed and more! They provide you with bicycles, buggies, coolers, umbrella and beach chairs, everything packed up and ready to go for the beach! If you don’t want to go to the beach the pool is just steps away with a beautiful outdoor space! We felt like we had the entire place to ourselves, even though there were 3 other lovely couples there.

Beautiful, relaxing cottage!
Judy’s tropical cottages were absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and well managed and maintained and it had all the amenities anyone could ever need. The location was super quiet and yet we were able to walk to the beach, shopping, and overall a very safe place to visit. We brought our little dog along on vacation and she absolutely loved it too! This is a must to visit!!
