Very Nice Unit was excellent for the two of us and location to Marina was great. One slight negative was the parking situation with boat trailer on property parking lot. Home Owners Association was not helpful finding a solution. Otherwise we will be coming again to same area to fish in 2020 hope the unit is available.

The garbage bins for collection are behind doors near the elevator. Took us a while to find them! The condo is sufficient and priced right.

This was our first time renting a place to stay from Home Away. I was a bit apprehensive, but the hostess of the condo we stayed in assured me it would be fine. Speaking of the hostess, she was very prompt and courteous when answering any questions I may have asked. This one bedroom condo is very clean and roomy for the two of us and everything was there that was listed in the reservation notes. The only drawback on the condo is the same as someone else mentioned, in that the view from our patio consisted of the parking lot. Unfortunately, we looked at a trash dumpster for three days before it was finally moved (could have been from some kind of construction cleanup), and some trailered boats. It should also be noted that the community itself is very quiet and peaceful and this is a rather remote area, so plan on 30 - 40 minutes drive, depending on where you want to go sightseeing. If you are just looking for a place to relax with no interference from the hustle and bustle of town, you would like this. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this condo, though, and would probably stay again, if the opportunity presents itself. On a final note, as a suggestion (not complaining), it would be nice if there were a couch throw or lightweight blanket in the condo for those who are married to someone that can't sleep all night and gets up to lay on the couch like my hubby does. Had a lot of fun

In late May 2018 my wife and I stayed here for 4-nights. Burnt Store Marina is an upscale gated community, 30 minutes outside of downtown Cape Coral and a 45 minute drive from RSW International airport and Ft Meyers itself. The condo unit itself was clean and comfortable, furnished with all the amenities of home. I'd say up to 5 people would be comfortable staying in this condo. The price I paid was comparable to a 4-star hotel, minus the cleaning and VRBO service fee. The owners responded to all of my communications quickly and thoroughly from the date of booking to a week prior. We would highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone. We'd definitely stay here again!

We used to live close so this was in a good location between Ft Meyers and Sarasota, Tampa. Nice marina wish we could have brought our boat from Texas. Only con would be the view of the parking lot instead of the marina but the cost was great.

The condo was clean and well furnished, close to the central hub for marina activities. Very nice salt water pool that serves two building. Will definitely consider this unit for future rentals. Burnt Store Marina is great!
