The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to shopping, parks, and attractions. It was spotless and nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen (and an upgraded refrigerator). It's great to have plenty of space, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a nice patio and back yard. The property manager responds promptly to questions and has always been cordial and accommodating to special requests. We certainly hope to be back next year!

My family and I were out of our house due to renovations and this house was perfect for the three of us. My daughter loved the Bay Window in the dining area, and my husband found the beds very comfortable. The gift basket was also much appreciated! I ended up staying an extra day and communicating with the property manager was very easy. We didn't really use the backyard area as it was November, but it seemed very nice! Easy parking, very nice neighborhood.

My husband's family gathered in Burbank for a wedding. My immediate family met us there . Location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and residential but close to everything. We were able to do a tour at Warner Brothers for the 100 year anniversary.

Family of four, including 2 adult children visited Burbank to spend one day at WB Studio Tour and one day at Universal Studios. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable, clean, lots of towels, would stay here again.

The home is an older home with some updates made to it. It was comfortable for our vacation on universal studios. It was about 20 minutes away. We did wake up to a natural Halloween decoration out the front door.

With a few days until our departure and places quickly being booked we came upon Greenview property that was within our budget. The property was a very cute 3 bedroom 2 baths home which was great. Upon, entering the home we were welcomed with a lovely gift basket filled with goodies. The home looked like the pictures advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept, and downtown Burbank is a 20 minutes walk. The drive to Universal is around 20ish minutes. The property manager was easy to communicate with.A couple of points: We had trouble with the dryer by the fact that it wouldn't dry our clothes, and it took a couple of tries for our clothes to be dried. The table in the family room had some scratches on it a long with the dining room table, but it didn't take away from the overall beauty of the home.We didn't have a chance to enjoy the backyard since we were out all day/ everyday during our stay and were too tired to try the grill * next time since my husband has become quite the grillmaster*We couldn't figure out how to use the remote in one of the bedrooms, but that's okay since we were so tired after our adventures, we just went to bed.We definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lovely stay near Universal or to enjoy Burbank. Greenview was lovely and very welcoming for our family and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you SO much!

Very nice house, located in a clean neighborhood, convenient for groceries and shopping. Costo and Mall were closed by. Universal Studios few miles away. We will consider to stay next time we are in the area. Host is very friendly and helpful. Thanks! God bless!

There were many unique things about the property, like a firepit and barbeque in the back yard. While we were busy and did not utilize the back yard, it was well maintained and was quiet. There was plenty of seating and room for the 7 of us that stayed at this house. Another unique thing was that all the bedrooms had a TV in them. Although my wife and I did not use ours, we were too exhausted for the day's events, it was nice to have the option. While the house was well stocked with everyday things you need and use, it didn't have a recycle bin in the kitchen to be able to sort out the recyclables. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here with 3 teens to tour multiple campuses and it was the perfect location. The property was spacious for the kids and me and had the perfect amenities for meals. We spent time in the garden and I had my morning coffee and evening wine in a lovely setting. All features were as advertised and communication with the property manager was easy. We rented this house for our last summer getaway. The house is a little older but has been remodeled. Great location close to many stores and shopping. The neighborhood was very quite. Yard in the back could use some work but otherwise good.

Also, we like to play cards and games. The house was clean and well furnished, though my bed was too hard. We were disappointed that the yard was only partially fenced, so not safe to let the dog roam unleashed. The dining table and chairs are tall and heavy, so getting up and down was difficult for us, so no card playing or dining there. The patio was a little need of an update. On the whole it was a nice place, well equipped, beautiful kitchen, but for our needs it was a disappointment. I should have paid more attention to the photos and description. Next time I will look for "fully fenced yard." However, the host was polite and responsive when I had a question.

Renting the house was a positive experience. The host was easy to reach and fast on replys. The location of the house was perfect for us. The house was also nice. One suggestion would be to gate the backyard, that would make it a lot safer especially for those with pets. Overall great house.

We were a group of 4 adults visiting Burbank for a conference. The house was fantastic, very clean and in a lovely quiet street with a good barbecue garden area. Only a short 10 minute walk to downtown Burbank shopping area. Uber eats deliver quickly and very easy to get to Hollywood area. Would highly recommend.

We had such a great stay at this house! It was very close to Universal Studios, and other nearby attractions, but also conveniently located near shops and restaurants as well as the Burbank airport. The house was clean and was just as listed. The neighborhood was quiet, and it felt safe. We will stay here again if we ever are in the area!

This house was perfect for our 18-night stay. Clean and roomy 1920s charm with a nice backyard and patio in a quiet residential neighborhood. The king bed was very comortable and we loved having two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. We ate in for about half of our meals, so the spacious and well-equipped kitchen was a big plus. Two supermarkets and numerous other stores and restaurants are within a mile. This was our first vrbo rental and the contrast with a cramped, noisy hotel room was dramatic.

My brothers and I came from out of state (several different states!) to surprise our mother for her 90th birthday! Greenview was PERFECT! it is a comfortable delightful property, in a great location.
