Notre luxe et cabine de cascade isolée est niché à seulement 25 pieds d'une belle chute d'eau avec un jet privé à venir dans les 10 pieds de la chambre des maîtres. Notre cabine isolée est située dans la Caroline du Nord Blue Ridge Mountains à seulement 12 miles de Brevard et 1/2 mile au large d'une route pavée. Une véritable retraite de chalet de montagne entouré d'une forêt vierge et bordée sur deux côtés par 8000 acres de préserver privé. Juste un jet de pierre est un porche spacieux où la solitude et de détente commence tout en installant dans un rocker ou écouter de la cascade apaisante, ou la pluie frapper le toit de tôle.
L'intérieur de la cabine de luxe dispose d'un plafond aux poutres apparentes, cheminée en pierre, larges planchers planches de pin avec soigneusement sélectionnés antiquités et des meubles qui capture le caractère de la région et de fournir le plus grand confort. L'élévation Blue Ridge Mountain approche 3000 pieds permet de brises fraîches de montagne et un besoin rare pour la climatisation.
La nature est partout. Près de 45% de la Transylvanie du comté est couverte par des forêts domaniales et nationales. The cabin gave us a sense of peace and tranquility with the gentle sound of the waterfall and stream and luxury cabin. There was everything we needed! The cabin was so clean and wonderfully decorated. Close enough to so many trails and scenic overlooks. Definitely a slice of heaven!

We had the most lovely stay at this cabin that was even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. Tucked away and secluded in the most beautiful wooded area with a private waterfall, this cabin is also located in a way that makes it relatively easy to access tons of desirable destinations (downtown Brevard, Asheville, National/State parks & forests, waterfalls galore). The vaulted ceilings in the cabin make the home feel open and spacious and the kitchen is stocked with tons of beautiful hand made dishes and all cooking essentials. The cabin has an abundance of pamphlets for all the local sights so it is very easy to plan day trips by reviewing the resources located right inside the cabin! We loved having the fire place burning each night during our picture-perfect autumn trip to North Carolina, for which plenty of firewood was provided. Thank you Kathy for the great recommendations of local sights and for your amazing hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home away…sitting on the porch in this idyllic setting while listening to the gurgling of the brook was just so peaceful. And, the evenings inside with a fire was wonderful.

This lovely waterfall cabin is always such a wonderful stay. The location is unparalleled with the small waterfall and rushing creek just off the porch, so peaceful. The cabin is always very clean and well stocked.The owner is prompt with communication. Highly recommend!

Our 5th time at The Waterfall Cabin. Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing. Some new changes to the cabin and property that are extremely nice. Kathy is the perfect host.

I love when the house is exactly how it appears on VRBO. The cabin was beautifully decorated, tucked away in the mountains with your own waterfall and bubbling stream.

The night before we took this trip I tore my miniscus, then we had an inordinate traffic delay due to a wreck on the highway, but the we arrived at this gem, it was all worth it. Our own private waterfall which can be heard from inside the house, charming period decorations and furnishings, and all the conveniences of home. It you want privacy, peace and a chance to recharge your batteries, this is it. The owners could not be more accommodating.

This is my second time staying at Waterfall Cabin and I plan to be back for a third. The cabin is very well appointed and oh so cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a surprise bonus! If peace and quiet, tranquility and relaxation is what you need, this is the place to be. ❤️

My wife and I have stayed at this property 4 times. The owners have put their hearts into making this venue a place where you can escape life’s routines and actually relax. They are very remarkable, very personable and makes sure you are comfortable. The cabin is guaranteed to remove any stress and allow (for us anyway) a chance to reset our minds, relationship and bodies to a very peaceful state. The waterfall is mesmerizing and Kathy did a wonderful job refreshing the interior. It is beautifully decorated and a FULLY equipped cabin…20 mins to Brevard for wonderful restaurants and quaint shops.
This will always be our “go to” as long as the current owners have it.

When it says secluded, it means secluded. The pictures were accurate as the waterfall and creek are less than 20ft. from the front porch. What a beautiful view!
The furnishings are more than adequate. They are not cheap like some rentals. A small issue was dealt with promptly.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterfall cabin in North Carolina and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The cabin was located in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery, waterfalls, and secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cabin itself was beautifully constructed and decorated, with all the amenities and comforts one could need.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the breathtaking views from the cabin. The waterfall and cascades of water were truly spectacular and provided a sense of peace and tranquility. I also enjoyed the many outdoor activities offered in the area such as hiking, fishing, and bird watching. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this cabin as a getaway destination for anyone looking for a secluded, peaceful and nature-filled vacation. The cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or even a solo trip. I can't wait to go back!

While the cabin is lovely and well appointed, the lighting is dangerously poor and made it difficult to find. Unbeknownst to us there is limited internet and cellular service for minimum five mile radius. In order to use telephone you must drive back or purchase phone card. The area is so remote we couldn’t see enough to find wood box to start a fire.
The Ad is misleading in that stream is more like a very small creek. And while there is a very small waterfall, there is possibility oftrout fishing. Not even brook trout is impossible .As we had rented for purposes of a trout fishing weekend. We were very disappointed. We did not stay the whole time. We left after a day.
To make matters worse two of our dogs escaped from our fenced in backyard. The caretaker could not reach us by phone, internet, or even smoke signals.
We would have never stayed there if we had not been mislead by the advertisements. The rough road, remoteness, no access to world… Renters should be aware of extreme remoteness and limited communication capabilities. We are mourning our dogs if we could have received call and contacted neighbor to assist.

Waterfall cabin is a lovely, well equipped cabin in the woods. The waterfall and stream in the front yard are beautiful and calming. Many hiking locations and waterfalls nearby - especially Dupont state forest. We had great meals at The Falls Landing and The Square Root in Brevard. The cabin is a little off the beaten track, but worth the windy back roads.

From the frontporch to the surrounding woods this is a beautiful welcoming cabin for nature, relaxing and comfort. The waterfall is just in front of the well maintained cabin and can be enjoyed from the front porch as well as the waterside chairs. It is such a great setting that we stayed there rather than going out. Nearby Brevard is always beautiful and we enjoyed on the way to the cabin to check in. It is hard to leave such natural glory.

Our stay was just what we had hoped for, a refreshing getaway to unplug from our fast paced life! The cabin sitting right on the creek with the constant sound of the waterfall is amazing! The cabin was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay! We appreciated the attention to detail in making it a comfortable and “homey” feel! On the highway into the cabin, we spotted a bear, turkey and numerous deer during our stay. At the cabin, there was a blue heron that flew up the creek and landed on the waterfall. Thank you for creating this little piece of heaven for guests to enjoy!

Birthday escape
My wife and I enjoyed a delightful stay at the Waterfall Cabin celebrating my 70th birthday. The cabin was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. But it was the stream and waterfall right outside the door that made it truly special. The cabin is a perfect spot from which to enjoy all the area has to offer. We spent one day in Asheville and attended an afternoon performance of Carmen at the Brevard Music Festival and then had a wonderful birthday dinner at The Square Root in Brevard. Highly recommend the Waterfall Cabin for a great mountain get away!
