A great house to come to and well equipped, all very much like the description/pictures. The neighbourhood is calm and relaxing, easy shopping fairly close by as well. Travelling from Europe only requires a fast-food delivery and to fill up the fridge for an easy recovery of time diff. The kitchen is well equipped with very good equipment (dishwasher, fridge etc...etc even a potato peeler). The terrace with cannal view is really nice. Plenty of room for 6 people to eat outside and relax in pool or just dive in the TV corner with good seating. Inside with good A/C and washing facilities, dining possibilities if preferred. We had an excellent vacation in this home. The home is spacious & in a great location as it's very close to the beach. It was clean & had brand new appliances & a fully stocked kitchen . We used the pool every day & it gets full sun so it was the perfect temperature. We loved the lanai perfect for outdoor living & watching all the wildlife on the canal.

This property is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. Emily and Adam have everything you need and more! Plenty of towels, an actual working grill, and I can’t say enough about how organized and clean everything was. The beds were comfortable, the cookware in the kitchen was plentiful, the pool was so nice and at a perfect temperature. The pictures don’t lie. Everything looks exactly like it’s shown! We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you Emily and Adam, for taking such great care of your home, it truly shows!❤️

This was one of the best homes I have rent in the area. The house was perfect. Everything you could need was there. The communication with Emily was great. She made sure that I did not need anything the entire stay! The pool was warm and relaxing the highlite of my stay! So much space in and outside! Great location! All around perfect! We loved Emily and Adam's house. Everything from messages welcoming us to Florida and letting us know how to get into the property to asking us if there was anything we had questions about or needed. We thought we would spend a lot of time going shopping and to the beach-which is a very short drive away and they have plenty of towels and beach chairs at your access if you wanted-but we just couldn't leave the house and the pool. It was so relaxing with the TV and Bluetooth soundbar. We had questions about real estate in the area and Emily hooked us up with a very nice friend who is an agent who gave us info not only on properties and such but also suggestions for a fish market and places to go eat. The only reason I gave the location a 4 is because a couple of nights we could hear cars racing down Rotunda, one street over. Nothing that would keep us awake. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to again. Thank you Emily, for a great week and your wonderful hospitality!

Great place for our little getaway. Beaches and restaurants were close. Spent many hours in the lanai. So relaxing. Our hosts made everything EASY. Super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

The home is beautiful. Rotonda West has many lovely homes available for rent, and I would recommend that anyone select a house other than this one. The owner was initially nice and very communicative by text. However, after checking out, the owner threatened to keep portions of the deposit and accused me of many untrue things based on her property manager’s assumptions. She accused me of having more people at the home than indicated in my reservation; she assumed I traveled with a husband (I never told her that); she scolded me for using all 3 bedrooms (but I rented a 3 bedroom home); she accused me of leaving the home a mess (despite me only leaving a few sheets unlaundered and despite her not having any photos of the “mess”); she accused me of scratching a sink (which she said was not discovered by her property manager or cleaning crew, but subsequent guests); and she confronted me about her property manager’s report of the number of cars parked at the house (1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). After defending myself and offering explanations that I did not have to provide, the property owner backed down and said that since she lives afar, she had to rely on her property manager. There isn’t a lot of diversity in the area. We are a black family. The scrutiny that we endured felt like our visit was not welcomed and we were being watched. I have stayed at other vacation rentals without issue. There are many options in Rotonda West. Stay someplace else.

Emily and Adam's home is beautiful! It is spacious, has a beach feel, is very open, and inviting. It looks just like the pictures you see on the website. There was just the right amount of furniture and it didn’t feel crowded. The walk in shower with a 7 foot tall shower head was a definite plus for those who are tall! I loved that the entire south side of the house was either window or sliding door! It made the home feel even bigger. The door that led from the pool to the bathroom was handy with two kids! The highlight of the home is the lanai: perfect pool, comfortable benches in the sun and the shade, a dining area and it was equipped with a large TV and Bluetooth speaker! Emily and Adam had open communication from the moment we saw their house on HomeAway. Emily was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to provide answers. The communication lasted throughout our entire stay! I will refrain from giving an opinion on the beds as I feel every person is different. I found them all comfortable in their own way. I would say the king bed was firm and comfortable. The double/queen bed was definitely softer. The twin beds are meant for kids. The home offers pool/beach supplies. At least 5 beach chairs, a couple boogie boards and pool noodles, some kid-sized mask and snorkel gear, beach toys, and a variety of floaties, beach bags and beach towels! Pretty much everything you need. The kitchen had ample supplies as well. I appreciated the Tupperware, pots & pans, spices, baking goods, tea pot & kettle, coffee maker, a Keurig (we never used) and of course our favorite: the Margaritaville machine! If I had any complaints about the house, they are minor. We are not early risers and the light in the morning pours into every room, as it should, it is Florida after all. I would suggest sleep masks. The only thing I marked down on was location. The road is fairly quiet, but people drive down it way too fast! Sadly, there is no sidewalk either. That was a bit disappointing as we are used to the kids biking on their own. The home itself has a big front yard and the neighborhood is very quiet! Overall, we could not recommend this home more! You won’t regret it! We were so pleased, we wanted to stay an extra week, but it was already rented out. We look forward to returning again, maybe in the fall or winter and invite our international family as well! Thank you Emily and Adam for lending us your home!

One of the best places we have stayed! Simply and beautifully decorated with everything we wanted and needed. Great pool and lanai with pool cover and outdoor area heater for cooler weather. Spotlessly clean. Emily, the hostess, was not in Florida when we were, but she was very friendly and immediately available to answer any questions. Easy access into the house when we arrived. Lots of thoughtful, personal touches and decorated in the light Florida colors. Beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, books and games, bikes, pool accessories, and plenty of towels. We have only positives to say about this place!! It is also well located with interesting places and activities, great beaches and fishing piers, and good restaurants within the area--as well as easy short day trips if you like to explore. Hoping the place is available when we are able to return!

This house is exactly like you see in the pictures. The area was close enough to everything you want to do. Beaches, Restaurants, Bike riding, Trails ETC. We loved the area so much that we bought a house while we were there. If I had any questions I went thru Emily and not the property manager, he was not very helpful EVER!!. I would definitely stay again or recommend it to family and friends.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our summer vacation than this home. The house is spotless, beautiful, and has a wonderful open floor plan. The living room opens to the pool and the lanai has a TV that you can view from the pool which was our nine-year-olds favorite feature. The close proximity to Manasota key (10 minutes or less)was super important to us, as well as Boca grande. The neighborhood is wonderful and very safe, and there is a park inside the rotunda for the kids. Emily is a great hostess and made sure everything was spot on for us. We can’t thank you enough Emily for a great week!

Broadmoor was ready the moment we arrived. Upon arriving, the front/back yards, lanai, pool and the landscaping is kept up to high standards- the condition both outside/inside of Broadmoor is spotless. The inside of Broadmoor was exceptionally clean. Fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, some cold bottled waters and a perfect size snack basket awaited us as we entered the home after a long day of travel. A welcome book regarding details/rules of the property and Rotonda were readily available. We had a few questions and the owners answered right away. Broadmoor is filled with light, beautifully furnished, and everything in the house is of the best quality-especially the linens & towels. Everything was in great order from the laundry room to the pool deck. The rooms were more than adequate for our family. The kitchen is a cook's dream, fantastic appliances, top of the line utensils, pots and pans, more than enough to satisfy any cook. I was able to cook & entertain for my in-laws hassle free because the kitchen was so well stocked and organized. We spent a lot of time in the pool/pool deck area which is set up so efficiently. There is plenty of towels, water toys & games for everyone. Several chairs to relax and get some vitamin D. We loved the outdoor TV lounge/dining area to taking a break from the sun. It got cooler in the evenings and there was an outdoor patio heater that we used while relaxing and watching March Madness. Broadmoor is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy! It was great to be able to focus on the vacation itself vs the mechanics of property rental. Truly a comfortable family stay! Guest satisfaction & maintaining high quality standards throughout the house is very important to owners, Emily & Adam, and the care and thoughtfulness was felt throughout the whole experience. Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay during our time in Rotonda. We would absolutely love to book through them again. I would highly recommend this property and working with these owners.

We have stayed in Rotonda each year for the last 4 years, because we love the area. It is quiet, but close enough to Englewood and Sarasota to have fun touristy things to do. This house has been our favorite house, by far. It is the perfect size for our family, the pool is big enough for us all to swim and float in, and Emily is an amazing host. She checked in with us to make sure our stay was just perfect, and it was. We hope to be able to stay in this house for years to come!

Our stay at Emily and Adam’s home was excellent. The home presented exactly as the pictures showed, and was spotless and so tidy and well organized. We appreciated all the extra thoughtful items too- soaps, napkins, welcome basket and even salt and pepper! Emily has taken the time and consideration of thinking of all the things you could need, from the kitchen items to the beach chairs. The pool was crystal clear and warm!! Lots of deck lounges too. We could totally relax right away here, and if we had any questions, Emily was quick to reply. Rotonda is typically a quiet and safe community, and is an excellent location to get to many beaches, state parks, and the major attractions aren’t that far off either. We would not hesitate to book here again. Thank you Emily and Adam!

Enjoyed our week at a lovely home with a nice sized pool. Furnishings including mattresses and towels were upscale. Were disappointed to find it’s already booked for much of next winter.

The home is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Beds and furnishings are top-notch; new furniture and a flat screen tv on the spacious lanai. The home is located a short distance from five golf courses; the perfect place to relax after a round of golf. The owners made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Look forward to going back.

This property was very clean and had all the amenities we could have possibly needed for our two week stay with family/friends. The cupboards had all we needed for starters when we arrived including coffee pods, tea and even a welcome bottle of wine. There was some construction nearby but our hosts did their best to make up for any disturbance caused. We hope we can stay again in the future. The pool was lovely and outdoor lanai which the men enjoyed for the Super Bowl. We also used the bbq which was an added bonus for outdoor living. Thanks again, Steve and Li-anne
